本发明涉及热水器技术领域,特指一种电热水器。
背景技术:
现有市面上的电热水器由于电子电路繁多,成本较高,故障率高,且体积庞大,不易安装。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种体积小、成本低、防干烧的电热水器。    
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:包括有进水发热仓和出水发热仓、温控器、档位开关,其特征在于:进水发热仓和出水发热仓中间由水流调温器连接,温控器和档位开关均位于两发热仓之间,温控器和档位开关分别与两发热仓内的发热管电连接,两发热仓的下部之间装有水电隔离开关。
本发明采用上述技术方案后,可代替现有的同类产品,它可做到通水则通电,停水则断电,防止干烧,完全省略电子控制电路,且体积较小,成本较低。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明,见附图1所示,本发明的较佳实施例主要包括有进水发热仓1和出水发热仓2、温控器3、档位开关5,进水发热仓1和出水发热仓2中间由水流调温器4连接,温控器3和档位开关5均位于两发热仓之间,温控器3和档位开关5分别与两发热仓内的发热管电连接,两发热仓的下部之间装有水电隔离开关6。
本发明的工作原理为:当水以0.002Mpa以上的压力从水电隔离开关6流出,热水就按档位开关5选定的功率来产生热水,用水流调温器4调节出准确水温,当某个档位的水加热超过65℃时,温控器3的开关就会断路使该档停止发热,当水温下降到一定程度时温控开关又再导通,恢复发热工作,由此做到防超温和防干烧功能。
以上所述之实施例只为本发明的较佳实施例,并非以此限制本发明的实施范围,故凡依本发明之形状、构造及原理所作的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围内。

1.电热水器,包括有进水发热仓(1)和出水发热仓(2)、温控器(3)、档位开关(5),其特征在于:进水发热仓(1)和出水发热仓(2)中间由水流调温器(4)连接,温控器(3)和档位开关(5)均位于两发热仓之间,温控器(3)和档位开关(5)分别与两发热仓内的发热管电连接,两发热仓的下部之间装有水电隔离开关(6)。
