本发明提供一种开关装置,包括转轴、风力发电机、压缩机,在转轴中心处设置一离合器,通过压力显示自动的开启与关闭,或是通过遥控来控制,与目前技术相比:本发明转轴处设置离合器,有效的控制了风的流动与否,很好的保证风力发电机的正常运行。

本发明涉及一种开关装置,尤其是一种风力发电机的转轴自动开关装置。
背景技术
在风力发电机应用中,空气收集到一定时间,储存罐内的空气会满,因此不能继续储存,以免超出引起罐体爆裂,此时得要停止风的压缩收集,需要设置开关控制。另外,压缩机在工作中,有时会出现故障需修理,必须停止风的收集,才能对压缩机安全的进行修理维护。而风是通过平衡杆上的转轴输送,因此需在此处设置一个可控制开闭的开关,从而控制风的流动。
发明内容
本发明针对风力发电机所存在的状况,提供了一种风力发电机的转轴自动开关装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取以下措施来实现:
一种开关装置,包括转轴、风力发电机、压缩机,其特征是在转轴中心处设置一离合器,通过压力显示自动的开启与关闭,或是通过遥控来控制。
与目前技术相比:本发明转轴处设置离合器,有效的控制了风的流动与否,很好的保证风力发电机的正常运行。
具体实施方式
实际工作中,在转轴中心处设置,一离合器,起到自动关闭的目的,从而切断风流,确保整个系统的安全。本发明可作为储存罐内气体满与不满的风向标,有效的保证储存罐的安全。
实际案例,本发明应用在风力发电机中,使储存罐的安全系数提高36%。

1.一种开关装置,包括转轴、风力发电机、压缩机,其特征是在转轴中心处设置一离合器,通过压力显示自动的开启与关闭,或是通过遥控来控制。
