技术领域
本发明属建筑材料技术领域,尤其是指一种大型单元装配式夹芯装饰板。
背景技术
市场上现有夹芯装饰板的一种是由外层金属面板、内层混凝土夹芯构成,夹芯可加骨架以增加板材强度,骨架一般为钢丝网架或者C型钢等,板材进行拼接安装时,用自攻螺丝作简易拼接,缝隙不严密,会产生漏水,连接不牢固,特别是在高层建筑中,在阵风影响下还会松、断,无法保证安全。另外,安装时没有很好的着落点,板材与建筑结构间的固定困难,且当电源线需要通过该板材时,往往只能走明线,影响美观。
发明内容
本发明正是为了克服上述不足,提供一种易于安装且强度大、安全性高、美观实用的大型单元装配式夹芯装饰板,其不仅可作为墙板装饰使用,还可以替代各种墙面砌筑材料和铝板、铝塑板作外装饰用,并且可以大大缩短建筑周期。主要改进之处在于在夹芯内放置金属管,金属管除作支撑外,还要用作安装吊口、放置电源线等,具体是这样来实施的:大型单元装配式夹芯装饰板,包括金属面板、夹芯,其特征在于夹芯上下部位均贯穿有一金属管,所述的两金属管管端由连接金属管焊接成框架体。两金属管间还置有斜支撑,金属管框架体及其斜支撑,形成行架片,可以增强夹芯板的强度。金属管的管孔还可以作为搬运吊口,方便了安装,省力,而金属管中又可以穿线,不影响建筑物的外观,为了使作用效果明显,金属管的直径设计为夹芯厚度的五分之一至五分之三。
本发明的夹芯是氧化镁、高纯镁、纤维丝、无机布构成的浇注层,具有重量轻、强度高、保温、隔热和不燃烧的特点。
本发明的板材上下端面呈L型凹凸口,拼接时上下相互嵌套,装拆方便,同时还能增强板材的强度,可适当减少板材主体的厚度,节省材料,且拼装完成后最上方的一块的凸口能作为盖板作防水用。
本发明一金属面板中部设置有凹凸加强筋,用以防止金属板变形,使金属板与夹芯填充料粘结牢固。
本发明板材的金属面板可以是单面有金属面板或双面均有金属面板,若是单面金属面板,其夹芯外表面上设有吸音孔,可用于需要吸音的场合,减少噪声。单面金属面板的大型单元装配式夹芯装饰板,其夹芯中均匀开设有若干螺纹孔,螺纹孔垂直穿通连接金属管;双面金属面板的大型单元装配式夹芯装饰板,其另一金属面板及夹芯中均匀开设有若干螺纹孔,螺纹孔垂直穿通连接金属管。通过螺纹孔,可利用连接件与建筑结构牢固连接,并可根据建筑的规范要求调整安装精度。
本发明正是通过在夹芯中加设较大直径的两根金属管,使板材强度大,安装方便、安全性高、美观实用,集多种功能于一体,形成大型单元装配式建筑材料,既可作为大垮度高标准厂房、展览馆等,又可作为高层和多层商住楼和住宅的内外隔墙,又可替代铝板、铝塑板作外装饰用。

具体实施方式
实施例1,大型单元装配式夹芯装饰板,由两块金属面板1和其内的夹芯2构成,一金属面板1中部设置有凹凸加强筋3,夹芯2是氧化镁、高纯镁、纤维丝、无机布构成的浇注层,夹芯2上下部位均贯穿有一金属管4,两金属管4管端由连接金属管9焊接成框架体,金属管4的直径设计为夹芯厚度的五分之一至五分之三,两金属管4间置有斜支撑5,另一金属面板及夹芯上开设有吸音孔8,另外还均匀开设有若干螺纹孔6,这些螺纹孔6垂直穿通连接金属管9,板材上下端面呈L型凹凸口7。
实施例2,大型单元装配式夹芯装饰板,由一块金属面板1和夹芯2构成,金属面板1中部设置有凹凸加强筋3,夹芯2是氧化镁、高纯镁、纤维丝、无机布构成的浇注层,夹芯2上下部位均贯穿有一金属管4,两金属管4管端由连接金属管9焊接成框架体,金属管4的直径设计为夹芯厚度的五分之一至五分之三,两金属管4间置有斜支撑5,夹芯2外表面上设有吸音孔8,夹芯上还均匀开设有若干螺纹孔6,这些螺纹孔6垂直穿通连接金属管9。

1.大型单元装配式夹芯装饰板,包括金属面板、夹芯,其特征在于夹芯上下部位均贯穿有一金属管,所述的两金属管管端由连接金属管焊接成框架体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大型单元装配式夹芯装饰板,其特征在于两金属管间置有斜支撑。
3.根据权利要求1所述的大型单元装配式夹芯装饰板,其特征在于金属管的直径设计为夹芯厚度的五分之一至五分之三。
4.根据权利要求1所述的大型单元装配式夹芯装饰板,其特征在于夹芯是氧化镁、高纯镁、纤维丝、无机布构成的浇注层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的大型单元装配式夹芯装饰板,其特征在于板材上下端面呈L型凹凸口。
6.根据权利要求1所述的大型单元装配式夹芯装饰板,其特征在于金属面板是单面金属面板或双面均有金属面板。
7.根据权利要求6所述的大型单元装配式夹芯装饰板,其特征在于一金属面板中部设置有凹凸加强筋。
8.根据权利要求7所述的大型单元装配式夹芯装饰板,其特征在于单面金属面板的夹芯装饰板的夹芯外表面上设有吸音孔。
9.根据权利要求8所述的大型单元装配式夹芯装饰板,其特征在于夹芯中均匀开设有若干螺纹孔,所述的螺纹孔垂直穿通连接金属管。
10.根据权利要求7所述的大型单元装配式夹芯装饰板,其特征在于双面金属面板的夹芯装饰板的另一面金属面板及夹芯上开有吸音孔。
11.根据权利要求7所述的大型单元装配式夹芯装饰板,其特征在于双面金属面板的夹芯装饰板的另一面金属面板及夹芯中均匀开设有若干螺纹孔,所述的螺纹孔垂直穿通连接金属管。
