Abstract
本发明是一种治疗小儿遗尿的中药。本发明针对小儿遗尿的临床特点，着眼于肾、脾、肺三脏功能失调，以补肾温阳、健脾益气、宣肺醒脑、固涩止遗为治疗原则组方，克服了传统药方以补肾固涩为主的不足，解决了小儿遗尿不能根治的痼疾。其主要成分和含量为(重量份数)：补骨脂10～15，菟丝子10～15，黄芪6～12，益智仁6～12，石菖蒲6～12，炙(生)麻黄3～10，桑螵蛸10～15，鹿角霜10～15，煅牡蛎10～30，鸡内金10～15。该中药对原发性、继发性遗尿和神经性尿频均有较显著治疗作用，临床应用安全无毒副作用，适合应用现代制药技术研制开发成携带服用方便、小儿容易接受的口服液、颗粒、胶囊、片剂、袋泡剂等。
Description
一、技术领域
本发明属于中医药领域，具体涉及一种以中草药为原料而组成的治疗小儿遗尿的中药处方。
二、背景技术
遗尿症是以小儿不能自主控制排尿，经常睡中小便自遗，醒后方觉为特征的一种病症。有资料表明，国外儿童遗尿症的发病率为5％～15％，国内儿童调查表明发病率为5％～12％，可见，遗尿是儿科临床的常见病。本病大多病程长，或反复发作，重症病例白天也会发生遗尿，严重影响患儿的身心健康和生长发育。积极治疗则可缩短病程，消除不良后果，恢复患儿的自尊和自信。
中医学对遗尿有较全面而深入的认识，先天禀赋不足，下元虚寒；或久病之后，失于调养，肺脾气虚，膀胱气化功能失调是导致遗尿的主要病机。因此，温补肾阳，益气健脾，固涩止遗是遗尿的基本治疗原则。目前尚无有效根治小儿遗尿的中药。
三、发明内容
1.本发明的目的在于针对小儿遗尿的病因和临床特点，提供一种安全、有效的治疗小儿遗尿的中药。
2.本发明的技术解决方案是基于中医药理论对小儿遗尿机理的认识和治疗原则，结合多年诊疗本病的临床经验，反复筛选、精心研制成的具有补肾、健脾、宣肺、醒脑、固涩止遗的中药处方。
3.一种治疗小儿遗尿的中药处方，其特征在于它是由下列重量份配比的原料药物组成：
补骨脂10～15，菟丝子10～15，黄芪6～12，益智仁6～12，石菖蒲6～12，炙或生麻黄3～10，桑螵蛸10～15，鹿角霜10～15，煅牡蛎10～30，鸡内金10～15。
本发明的药物，其特征在于它是由下列重量份配比的原料药物组成：
补骨脂15，菟丝子10，黄芪10，益智仁10，石菖蒲10，炙或生麻黄5，桑螵蛸10，鹿角霜10，煅牡蛎15，鸡内金10。
本发明的中药组方具有补肾宣肺、健脾益气、固涩止遗的功效，主治小儿遗尿，睡中小便自遗，每夜或间隔几天发生，甚至一夜尿床数次，不易唤醒，面色无华，纳差，舌质淡红，舌苔薄白或白腻，脉濡滑或沉细无力。
本发明针对小儿遗尿的临床特点，着眼于肾、脾、肺三脏功能失调，以补肾温阳、健脾益气、宣肺醒脑、固涩止遗为治疗原则组方。方中补骨脂、菟丝子性温入肾经，补肾温阳，为君药；鹿角霜、黄芪、益智仁有温阳益气，暖膀胱，止遗尿之功能，为臣药；桑螵蛸、煅牡蛎、鸡内金固涩止遗，石菖蒲醒神开窍，麻黄宣通肺气，加强诸药宣发温煦之功，使膀胱得固，则遗尿自止，共为佐药。诸药合用，共奏温补肾阳、益气健脾、宣肺醒脑、固涩止遗之功。
临床试验表明，本发明的中药对原发性、继发性遗尿和神经性尿频均有较显著治疗作用，临床应用安全无毒副作用，适合应用现代制药技术研制开发成携带服用方便、小儿容易接受的口服液、颗粒、胶囊、片剂、袋泡剂，可进一步提高患儿的依从性.
四、具体实施方式
实施例1：本发明的药物是由下列重量份配比的原料药物组成：
补骨脂15，菟丝子10，黄芪10，益智仁10，石菖蒲10，炙或生麻黄5，桑螵蛸10，鹿角霜10，煅牡蛎15，鸡内金10。
实施例2：本发明的中药处方，按常规方法水煎取汁口服，治疗小儿遗尿和神经性尿频，安全有效。
实施例3：本发明药物应用现代制药技术如水煎、醇提等方法，可研制开发成携带服用方便、小儿容易接受的口服液、颗粒、胶囊、片剂、袋泡剂，可进一步提高患儿的依从性。

1.一种治疗小儿遗尿的中药，其特征在于它是由下列重量份配比的原料药物组成：
补骨脂10～15，菟丝子10～15，黄芪6～12，益智仁6～12，石菖蒲6～12，炙或生麻黄3～10，桑螵蛸10～15，鹿角霜10～15，煅牡蛎10～30，鸡内金10～15。
2.根据权利1所述治疗小儿遗尿的药物，其特征在于它是由下列重量份配比的原料药物组成：
补骨脂15，菟丝子10，黄芪10，益智仁10，石菖蒲10，炙或生麻黄5，桑螵蛸10，鹿角霜10，煅牡蛎15，鸡内金10。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗小儿遗尿的药物，其特征在于适合应用现代制药技术研制开发成携带服用方便、小儿容易接受的口服液、颗粒、胶囊、片剂、袋泡剂。
4.权利要求1所述药物在制备治疗小儿遗尿药物中的应用。
