Abstract

本发明公开了一种电解槽的保温结构,特别是一种端部设有蓄铝槽的铝电解槽端部保温结构。其结构为:在电解槽(6)的端部蓄铝槽(1)的上部悬挂不导电的阳极(2)。本发明解决了电解槽端部蓄铝槽的上部保温,同时保证了上部结壳的完整性,防止了覆盖料掉入蓄铝槽,保证了电解槽的正常生产。本发明运用了阳极组的作用,结构简单,效果显著。

铝电解槽的端部保温结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电解槽的保温结构,特别是涉及一种端部设有蓄铝槽的铝电解槽端部保温结构。
背景技术
端部设有蓄铝槽的电解槽最大的优点就是节能,主要的节能手段是降低极距,降低槽电压,减少无谓的热损失,提高电能效率。端部设有蓄铝槽的电解槽与传统电解槽的一个很大的区别就是实现了极间无铝液生产,消除了磁场对电解槽生产稳定性的影响。
由于电解槽的极距降低,热收入减少,并且蓄铝槽设置在一侧端部,所在位置没有电流,本身不产生焦耳热,唯一的热收入是通过传导和对流获得的。蓄铝槽端的加工面大大增加,而且经常出铝,因此此处的上部结壳很难保持完整,并且覆盖料很容易掉入蓄铝槽内,形成沉淀。由于结壳的不完整性,对热平衡的影响很大,电解槽的正常生产就会遭到破坏。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种铝电解槽的端部保温结构,它既解决了蓄铝槽上部保温的问题,同时又满足了端部出铝的要求。
本发明是这样实现的:一种铝电解槽的端部保温结构,在电解槽的端部蓄铝槽的上部悬挂不导电的阳极。
所述的阳极通过螺旋夹具与上部结构的大梁连接。
所述的螺旋夹具固定在支架上,支架直接焊接在上部结构的大梁上。
所述的阳极下表面高出蓄铝槽内电解质的液面。
所述的阳极上表面覆盖有保温料层。
本发明的优点和效果是:它成功地解决了电解槽端部蓄铝槽的上部保温,同时保证了上部结壳的完整性,防止了覆盖料掉入蓄铝槽,保证了电解槽的正常生产。本发明运用了阳极组的作用,结构简单,效果显著。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施例进行详细说明,但本发明的保护范围不受实施例所限。
如图1和图2所示,本发明结构如下:在电解槽6的端部蓄铝槽1的上部悬挂不导电的阳极2,此阳极2通过与其它阳极组5一样的螺旋加紧装置-螺旋夹具3将其固定在支架7,支架7直接焊接在上部结构的大梁4上,利用螺旋夹具3的优点是,可以直接利用多功能天车对此不导电阳极2进行夹紧操作。此不导电阳极2的下表面高出蓄铝槽1内电解质的液面,不导电阳极2的上表面覆盖保温料层,保温料层既达到了保温的目的,又起到了防止阳极氧化的作用。

Claims (5)

1.一种铝电解槽的端部保温结构,其特征是在电解槽(6)的端部蓄铝槽(1)的上部悬挂不导电的阳极(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝电解槽的端部保温结构,其特征是所述的阳极(2)通过螺旋夹具(3)与上部结构的大梁(4)连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的铝电解槽的端部保温结构,其特征是所述的螺旋夹具(3)固定在支架(7)上,支架(7)直接焊接在上部结构的大梁(4)上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的铝电解槽的端部保温结构,其特征是所述的阳极(2)下表面高出蓄铝槽(1)内电解质的液面。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的铝电解槽的端部保温结构,其特征是阳极(2)上表面覆盖有保温料层。
