Abstract
本发明提供一种击球感易于传导到杆部的推杆头。推杆头(10)具有杆头主体(20)和棒状体(40),其中,杆头主体(20)构成推杆头的外周侧,棒状体(40)在前后方向上横贯该杆头主体(20)的空心部。上述棒状体(40)插入插入孔(31、32),并由粘接剂固定。面部件(50)安装在凹陷部(30)内。杆部安装孔(60)从杆头主体(20)的前部的上表面贯穿棒状体(40)。杆部(图示省略)插入该杆部安装孔(60),并由粘接剂等固定。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于高尔夫球运动的推杆头(putter head),特别是本发明所涉及的推杆头为:其中央部是空心的,且在前后方向上设有横贯该空心部的棒状体。
背景技术
日本特开2005-66249号公报中记载了以如下方式设置棒状体的推杆头,即,在推杆头的中央部设置有贯穿厚度方向(上下方向)的空心部,并以在前后方向上横贯该空心部的方式设有棒状体。通过这样设置空心部,加大了推杆头的绕重心的惯性力矩,推杆头的甜点区域(sweet area)变大。另外,通过在前后方向上设置横贯空心部的棒状体,击球感也变好。
发明内容
在上述日本特开2005-66249号公报中的推杆头中,包括棒状体在内,推杆头被一体制造,所以在制造上对尺寸精度要求高。本发明的目的在于提供一种容易制造的推杆头。
在上述公报中,由于杆部安装孔设置在推杆头的跟端侧,所以,击球感有可能难以传导到杆部。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种击球感易于传导到杆部的推杆头。
技术方案1中的推杆头具有杆部安装孔,并包括杆头主体和棒状体,其中,杆头主体中设置有空心部,该空心部由沿上下方向贯穿中央部的贯通部或从上表面凹陷下去的凹部构成,棒状体在前后方向上横贯该空心部,该推杆头的特征在于,杆头主体和棒状体为分体式零件,该棒状体从该杆头主体的前端面或后端面插入到在前后方向上延伸设置的棒状体插入孔中,盖体以封闭该棒状体插入孔的方式安装在该杆头主体上。
在技术方案1的基础上,技术方案2中的推杆头之特征在于,在上述棒状体上设置有上述杆部安装孔。
在技术方案1的基础上,技术方案3中的推杆头之特征在于,上述杆部安装孔从推杆头的前部上表面贯穿杆头主体和上述棒状体。
在技术方案1至3中任意一项的基础上,技术方案4中的推杆头之特征在于,在上述推杆头的前端面设置有凹陷部,上述棒状体插入孔开口于上述凹陷部的内壁面,面部件作为上述盖体被安装在该凹陷部上。
在技术方案1至3中任意一项的基础上,技术方案5中的推杆头之特征在于,在上述推杆头的后端面设置有凹陷部,上述棒状体插入孔开口于上述凹陷部的内壁面,在该凹陷部上安装有上述盖体。
在技术方案1至5中任意一项的基础上,技术方案6中的推杆头之特征在于,上述杆头主体的颜色和棒状体的颜色不同。
在技术方案1至6中任意一项的基础上,技术方案7中的推杆头之特征在于,上述空心部的容积为8000~100000mm3。
在技术方案1至7中任意一项的基础上,技术方案8中的推杆头之特征在于,在上述空心部内延伸的上述棒状体的长度为30~80mm。
在本发明中,由于分开制造推杆头的棒状体及其杆头主体,所以该推杆头易于制造。
在本发明中,通过在棒状体上设置杆部安装孔,或贯穿杆头主体和棒状体设置杆部安装孔,击球感易于传导到杆部。而且,通过贯穿杆头主体和棒状体来安装杆部,也增大了棒状体的安装强度。
在本发明中,在推杆头的前端面设置凹陷部,上述棒状体插入孔开口于该凹陷部的内壁面,面部件作为上述盖体安装在该凹陷部上。这样,击球感更易于传导到杆部。
在本发明中,在推杆头的后端面设置凹陷部,上述棒状体插入孔开口于该凹陷部的内壁面,上述盖体安装在该凹陷部上。这样,容易制造推杆头。
在本发明中,通过使杆头主体的颜色和棒状体的颜色不同,棒状体能起到暗示上杆方向和球的轨迹方向的作用。

具体实施方式
下面参照图1~图6详细说明本发明的实施方式。图1是实施方式的推杆头的立体图,图2中(a)为该推杆头的俯视图,(b)为该推杆头的右侧视图,图3是该推杆头的主视图,图4是该推杆头的仰视图,图5是该推杆头的后视图,图6是图3中沿VI-VI线的剖视图。
该推杆头10具有杆头主体20和棒状体40。其中,杆头主体20构成推杆头的外周侧,在前后方向上,棒状体40横贯该杆头主体20的空心部。
杆头主体20具有:前部21、趾端侧的侧部22、跟端侧的侧部23、以及该侧部22、23彼此交汇的后部24。该趾端侧的侧部22与前部21的趾端侧相连,以越靠近后方越接近推杆头的趾端·跟端方向的中央的方式延伸。跟端侧的侧部23与前部21的跟端侧相连,以越靠近后方越接近推杆头的中央的方式延伸。因此,俯视时该杆头主体20的形状大致为三角形的框形。
在该实施方式中,存在大致呈三角形的空心部25,该空心部25由前部21和侧部22、23以及后部24围成。该空心部25从杆头主体20的上表面贯穿到底面。
如图6所示,在杆头主体的前表面(面部)设置凹陷部30。该凹陷部30的大小占据面部的主要部分,且其在趾端·跟端方向的长度优选为面部在趾端·跟端方向的长度的35~95%,最好是45~90%左右。另外,凹陷部30在上下方向的宽度优选为面部上下方向宽度的70~98%,最好是75~95%左右。该凹陷部30的深度优选大于等于0.5mm,例如为2~6mm左右。
第1插入孔31从该凹陷部30的内壁面30a贯穿延伸到空心部25。在后部24,且在该插入孔31的延长线上,设置有第2插入孔32。该第2插入孔32从朝向空心部25的内表面向内凹陷。该第2插入孔32是未贯穿到达杆头主体20的后端面的盲孔。
上述棒状体40插入到该插入孔31、32中,并用粘接剂固定。在该实施方式中,棒状体40为圆柱形,其前端面与凹陷部30的内壁面30a共面。
面部件50安装在该凹陷部30内。该面部件50的构成材料包括合成树脂、人造橡胶、橡胶、金属、陶瓷、碳等各种材料。
该面部件50优选通过粘接剂进行固定,但在其由金属材料构成的情况下,也可以通过铆接、热压配合、冷压配合等固定。
在该推杆头10上设置有杆部安装孔60,该杆部安装孔60从杆头主体20的前部21的上表面贯穿棒状体40。在该杆部安装孔60中插入杆部(图示省略),并通过粘接剂等进行固定。在该实施方式中,该杆部安装孔60为盲孔,其贯穿棒状体40但未贯穿杆头主体20的底面。该杆部安装孔60的直径比棒状体40的直径小,杆部安装孔60以通孔状贯穿棒状体40。杆部安装孔60的轴心线以越向上方越靠近跟端侧的方式稍稍倾斜。该杆部安装孔60的轴心线优选与棒状体40的轴心线相交。
如图4所示,在上述杆头主体20的底面的多个部位,以螺纹配合方式拧入配重70,并通过铆接等将之固定。其中,配重由比重为7.8~12左右的高比重材料构成,包括不锈钢、钨、钨镍合金等。各配重70不从杆头主体20的底面突出出来。
在该实施方式中,除配重70外,杆头主体20及棒状体40为比重是2.7~2.8左右的铝合金制品。在该实施方式中,通过阳极氧化处理等至少对杆头主体20的外表面或棒状体40的外表面进行着色,以使两者的颜色不同。特别地,优选使棒状体40为蓝色等深色系,使杆头主体20为银色、灰色、白色等浅色系。
在如此构成的推杆头中,杆头主体20和棒状体40为分体式零件,分别制造比较容易。另外,将该两者组装成推杆头时,其组装方式如下,即,将棒状体40从第1插入孔31插入到第2插入孔32,然后安装面部件50。组装过程较为简单。
在该实施方式中,杆部安装孔60以贯穿杆头主体20及棒状体40的方式设置,击球感容易传导到杆部。
在该实施方式中设置有空心部25,推杆头的惯性力矩较大,使被击打的球的旋转稳定。空心部25的容积(不包括棒状体40)为8000~100000mm3,尤其优选15000~80000mm3左右的范围。
在该实施方式中,在前后方向上,棒状体40横贯空心部25,击球人容易把握上杆方向和球旋转轨迹的方向。尤其通过使棒状体40和杆头主体20形成为不同颜色,其效果更加显著。
棒状体40的轴心线方向优选相对于面部的趾端·跟端方向为87~93°的范围内,尤其以90°为最佳。
棒状体40在空心部25内延伸的长度优选为30~80mm左右。棒状体40的直径优选为10~13mm左右。棒状体40的直径优选比杆部安装孔60的直径大1mm以上,例如大1~5mm左右。
棒状体40为实心棒状,但也可以是中空圆筒状。棒状体也可以为椭圆柱状、棱柱状或这些形状的中空筒形。
第1插入孔31的长度(从内壁面30a到空心部25的长度)为3~25mm左右,特别优选5~20mm左右。第2插入孔32的深度为大于等于3mm,例如优选3~10mm左右。
上述实施方式是本发明的一个例子,本发明也可以采用图示以外的方式。例如,也可以使插入孔开口于杆头主体的后端面,将棒状体从杆头主体的后方侧插入,然后用栓状体堵塞插入孔的后端侧的入口部分。该栓状体例如通过螺纹配合或粘接等来固定。也可以在该栓状体和棒状体之间装入橡胶等弹性体。
另外,在这种情况下,也可以在插入孔的最前端和棒状体之间装入橡胶等弹性体。
在本发明中,插到插入孔内的棒状体也可以通过螺钉固定等固定在杆头主体上。
在上述实施方式中,空心部25为在厚度方向上贯穿杆头主体的通孔,但也可以构成为从上表面凹陷下去的盲孔。
Claims (8)
1.一种推杆头,具有杆部安装孔,并包括杆头主体和棒状体,其中,杆头主体中设置有空心部,该空心部由沿上下方向贯穿中央部的贯通部或从上表面凹陷下去的凹部构成,在前后方向上,棒状体横贯该空心部,其特征在于,该杆头主体和棒状体为分体式零件,该棒状体从该杆头主体的前端面或后端面插入到在前后方向上延伸设置的棒状体插入孔中,盖体以封闭该棒状体插入孔的方式安装在该杆头主体上。
2.如权利要求1所述的推杆头,其特征在于,在上述棒状体上设置有上述杆部安装孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的推杆头,其特征在于,上述杆部安装孔从推杆头的前部上表面贯穿杆头主体和上述棒状体。
4.如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的推杆头,其特征在于,在上述推杆头的前端面设置有凹陷部,上述棒状体插入孔开口于上述凹陷部的内壁面,面部件作为上述盖体被安装在该凹陷部上。
5.如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的推杆头,其特征在于,在上述推杆头的后端面设置有凹陷部,上述棒状体插入孔开口于上述凹陷部的内壁面,在该凹陷部上安装有上述盖体。
6.如权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的推杆头,其特征在于,上述杆头主体的颜色和棒状体的颜色不同。
7.如权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的推杆头,其特征在于,上述空心部的容积为8000~100000mm3。
8.如权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的推杆头,其特征在于,在上述空心部内延伸的上述棒状体的长度为30~80mm。
