Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明总体涉及蠕动泵,并且更具体的是涉及在眼科手术设备中使用的流体盒(cassette)。
背景技术
大部分现有技术的蠕动泵利用旋转的滚轮头(roller head)通过压缩或者挤压一定长度的挠性管(有时在一固定的轨道之间)而工作。当滚轮头旋转时,滚轮夹紧所述管的一部分,并且将收集在滚轮之间的所述管中的任何流体沿着旋转方向推动。由于蠕动泵的可预见的、恒定的流动特性,它们广泛用在医疗场所中。然而,这些现有技术的系统通常需要将泵的所述管部分手动连接到旋转的滚轮头周围。
现有技术的利用旋转滚轮头的蠕动泵通常还产生不适合的压力脉动。数个脉动衰减装置已经开发出以解决这个问题(例如见美国专利No.4,921,477(Davis))。

因此,需要这样一种手术盒,其能够降低在瞬态的正压作用下盒的失效的可能性。
发明内容
本发明通过提供这样一种盒而对现有技术的盒进行了改进,所述盒具有容纳在弹性板上的模制的流动通道,所述弹性板粘接或者机械连接到刚性基底。手术操作台包括盒接纳区域,该区域具有带有滚轮的泵压头,所述滚轮从泵的电动机的旋转轴线径向安装,并且将所述弹性的流动通道压靠在刚性基底上。所述盒通过闭锁机构被抵靠泵压头保持在适合的位置,所述闭锁机构牵拉所述盒抵靠泵压头。弹性板包括突起的脊部或者凸台,所述脊部或者凸台在弹性板的(多个)区域处或者其附近整体形成为弹性板的一部分,所述弹性板受到高的瞬态或者静态压力的作用。所述脊部允许弹性板被牢固地压靠在手术操作台的盒接纳部分上,然而仍然允许盒被牵拉抵靠泵压头。所述板的脊部抵靠手术操作台的盒接纳部分的牢固接合有助于确保当盒暴露在高的瞬态压力下时所述弹性板不会移动。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种使用模制的弹性流动通道的蠕动泵。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种具有径向定向的泵滚轮的蠕动泵。
本发明的又一个目的是提供一种具有泵滚轮的蠕动泵,所述泵滚轮将弹性流动通道压靠在刚性基底上。
本发明的又一个目的是提供一种具有弹性板的盒,所述板配合到刚性基底上。
本发明的再一个目的是提供一种具有弹性板的盒,所述板配合到刚性基底上,从而当盒暴露在高的瞬态压力下时弹性板不会移动。

具体实施方式
如图1-3清楚所示,本发明的盒10大体包括主体11,主体11具有前表面12,前表面12包括多个流体连接件14,用于将盒10流体连接到在手术过程中使用的输注流体源20和手术手持件22。盒10还可包括手柄16,用于辅助将盒10安装到手术操作台24并且从操作台24拆除。如图2清楚所示,盒10具有后表面18,后表面18与前表面12相对,并且适用于与手术操作台24进行机械的和流体的相互作用。多个弹性的在交界面处形成的板通过摩擦安装在盒10的后表面18上,例如气动(pneumatics)弹性体25、输注弹性体26、抽吸弹性体28、阀弹性体100和泵弹性体30。盒10安装在操作台24内,从而泵弹性体30通过闭锁件38被压靠在泵机构32上,泵机构32安装在操作台24内。盒10可以利用任何适合的材料模制,例如热塑塑料,并且弹性体25、26、28和30可以利用任何适合的弹性体模制,例如硅橡胶。

Claims (15)
1.一种盒,包括:
a)具有外表面的主体;
b)连接到所述主体上的第一相对挠性的弹性板,所述第一弹性板包含至少一个模制的泵送通道,所述泵送通道从所述主体的外表面向外突出;和
c)突起的肋,其沿着受到高的瞬态或者静态压力作用的第一弹性板的整个区域延伸。
2.如权利要求1所述的盒,其特征在于,至少还包括第二挠性弹性板,所述第二弹性板具有突起的肋,所述肋沿着受到高的瞬态或者静态压力作用的第二弹性板的整个区域延伸。
3.如权利要求2所述的盒,其特征在于,所述第二挠性弹性板包括气动弹性体。
4.如权利要求2所述的盒,其特征在于,所述第二挠性弹性板包括抽吸弹性体。
5.如权利要求2所述的盒,其特征在于,所述第二挠性弹性板包括泵弹性体。
6.如权利要求2所述的盒,其特征在于,所述第二挠性弹性板包括阀弹性体。
7.如权利要求2所述的盒,其特征在于,所述第二挠性弹性板包括输注弹性体。
8.一种盒,包括:
a)具有外表面的主体;
b)连接到所述主体的第一相对挠性的弹性板,所述第一弹性板从所述主体的外表面向外突出;和
c)突起的肋,其沿着受到高的瞬态或者静态压力作用的第一挠性弹性板的整个区域延伸。
9.如权利要求8所述的盒,其特征在于,至少还包括第二挠性弹性板,所述第二弹性板具有突起的肋,所述肋沿着受到高的瞬态或者静态压力作用的第二弹性板的整个区域延伸。
10.如权利要求9所述的盒,其特征在于,所述第二挠性弹性板包括气动弹性体。
11.如权利要求9所述的盒,其特征在于,所述第二挠性弹性板包括抽吸弹性体。
12.如权利要求9所述的盒,其特征在于,所述第二挠性弹性板包括泵弹性体。
13.如权利要求9所述的盒,其特征在于,所述第二挠性弹性板包括阀弹性体。
14.如权利要求9所述的盒,其特征在于,所述第二挠性弹性板包括至少一个模制的泵送通道。
