Abstract

一种整形美容用的给药型硅胶乳房假体,可根据需要随时向假体周围的组织腔隙内注药,其中包括假体,假体的外表面连接有药物缓释囊,药物缓释囊的囊壁上开有微孔,药物缓释囊通过导管连接有给药壶,导管与药物缓释囊、给药壶相通。本发明可以通过注射器和4.5号头皮针间断、多次将药物(糖皮质激素)注入给药壶,使药物经导管、药物缓释囊、微孔达到乳房假体周围的组织腔隙内,从而起到防治乳房假体包膜挛缩的目的,操作方便、快捷。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种整形美容产品,尤其涉及一种给药型硅胶乳房假体。
背景技术
现在,做隆乳手术时需将乳房假体植入人体乳腺或胸大肌后,为抑制假体包膜增生,防止假体包膜挛缩的发生,需向假体周围的组织腔隙注入药物,目前的给药方式和给药途径有:
1、在手术过程中将药物置入假体周围的组织腔隙内,该方法在伤口愈合早期有效,但到后期,尤其是在包膜挛缩最易发生的术后1~3个月,药效已经消失,不能再次给药以延续疗效。
2、在假体周围设有生理盐水假体囊或双囊假体盐水层,将药物一次性置入生理盐水假体囊内或双囊假体的盐水层内,但囊内置入的药物总量和药物的释放时机不能确定,并有可能带来与置入药物(糖皮质激素)相关的并发症,如组织萎缩、月经紊乱等。
3、用一种特殊的外科电极针向假体周围的组织腔隙内注药,此方法需在B超或CT监视下给药,定位准确性较难掌握,且有电极针刺破假体、造成假体内硅胶渗漏的可能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可根据需要随时向假体周围的组织腔隙内注药的给药型硅胶乳房假体。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种给药型硅胶乳房假体,其中包括假体,其特征在于:假体的外表面连接有药物缓释囊,药物缓释囊的囊壁上开有微孔,药物缓释囊通过导管连接有给药壶,导管与药物缓释囊、给药壶相通。
本发明可以通过注射器和4.5号头皮针间断、多次将药物(糖皮质激素)注入给药壶,使药物经导管、药物缓释囊、微孔达到乳房假体周围的组织腔隙内,从而起到防治乳房假体包膜挛缩的目的,操作方便、快捷。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
一种给药型硅胶乳房假体,如图1、图2所示,其中包括假体1,假体1的外表面连接有药物缓释囊2,药物缓释囊2的囊壁上开有微孔5,药物缓释囊2通过导管3连接有给药壶4(给药壶4为现有的公知医疗用品),导管3与药物缓释囊2、给药壶4相通。
在本实施例中,所述的假体1、药物缓释囊2、导管3、给药壶4为一体结构;药物缓释囊2的囊壁上开有一个、两个或多个微孔5;药物缓释囊2位于假体1上;药物缓释囊2的囊壁与假体1的外表面为点接触或线接触。
在将假体植入人体乳房内的同时将给药壶置于腋窝皮下或乳晕切口附近,分别在术后4、7、10、13周,通过注射器和4.5号头皮针间断、多次从皮下的给药壶经导管向药物缓释囊内注入药物(糖皮质激素),给药方式和给药途径方便、快捷,药物从囊上微孔进入假体周围组织腔隙,来抑制假体包膜增生,起到防止假体包膜挛缩的作用,使隆乳术后的乳房外观、手感以及乳房动感达到更加逼真的效果。
本发明植入术的手术方法和传统硅胶乳房假体植入术的手术方法相同,只是在关闭切口前将给药壶置于手术切口旁0.5~1.0cm处的皮下,导管位于假体的植入通道内,不会影响切口愈合,手术操作方便,无额外组织损伤。
乳房假体包膜挛缩发生期过后(隆乳术后6个月),经原手术切口(切口长0.5~1.0cm)取出给药壶,轻牵给药壶,在靠近组织面剪断导管,残留的部分导管位于组织深部,对乳房的外观、手感、乳房动感无影响,因此,本发明中的给药壶和导管取出方便。

Claims (5)

1.一种给药型硅胶乳房假体,其中包括假体(1),其特征在于:假体(1)的外表面连接有药物缓释囊(2),药物缓释囊(2)的囊壁上开有微孔(5),药物缓释囊(2)通过导管(3)连接有给药壶(4),导管(3)与药物缓释囊(2)、给药壶(4)相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的给药型硅胶乳房假体,其特征在于:所述的假体(1)、药物缓释囊(2)、导管(3)、给药壶(4)为一体结构。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的给药型硅胶乳房假体,其特征在于:所述的药物缓释囊(2)囊壁上开有一个、两个或多个微孔(5)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的给药型硅胶乳房假体,其特征在于:所述药物缓释囊(2)的囊壁与假体(1)的外表面为点接触。
5.根据权利要求3所述的给药型硅胶乳房假体,其特征在于:所述药物缓释囊(2)的囊壁与假体(1)的外表面为线接触。
