                         技术领域
本发明涉及一种变速水轮发电机。
                         背景技术
人们为了综合开发利用水能,建立各种水力发电站,利用水流产生的动能,带动发电机组进行发电,现在的水轮发电机是通过水冲击水轮,水轮旋转直接带动发电机组旋转发电。由于水轮旋转慢,发电机旋转慢,产生的电能小。
                         发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种变速水轮发电机,通过几次变速,使发电机转速加快,产生的电能大。
本发明是这样来实现的,它包括水轮、发电机、皮带轮、皮带,其特征是水轮的转轴上连接动齿轮,动齿轮与从动齿轮相啮合,从动齿轮与变速动齿轮连接在齿轮轴上,变速动齿轮与变速从动齿轮相啮合,变速从动齿轮与主动轮同轴,主动轮通过皮带连接从动轮,从动轮连接发电机,水轮上连有液压支承柱,通过液压支承柱使水轮升高升低。
本发明的优点是:(1)利用水能发电,通过两级齿轮变速,使转速较快的主动轮带动发电机快速转动发电;(2)结构简单,制作方便,造价低。

如图1所示,本发明包括水轮2、发电机11、皮带10,其特征是水轮转轴4上连接动齿轮3,动齿轮3与从动齿轮5相啮合,从动齿轮5与变速动齿轮6连接在齿轮轴7上,变速动齿轮6与变速从动齿轮8相啮合,变速从动齿轮8与主动轮9同轴,主动轮9通过皮带10连接从动轮12,从动轮12连接发电机11,水轮2上连有液压支承柱13,通过液压支承柱13使水轮2升高升低。使用时,流水冲击水斗1,带动水轮旋转,连接在水轮转轴上的动齿轮带动从动齿轮转,大齿轮带小齿轮转,速度加快,使变速动齿轮快速旋转,变速动齿轮带动变速从动齿轮快速变速旋转,通过两次变速,主动轮旋转快,带动发电机也快速旋转发电。
