Abstract

本发明公开了一种薄型通风天窗(通风器)。它包括多排单元并列组合组成,所述的多排单元两端设有外护板(1),外侧的单元设有侧挡风板(3),相邻的单元之间设有上挡雨板(5),上挡雨板(5)由隔板(7)支撑,相邻的支架(8、9)通过隔板(7)将相邻的单元紧固联接,下挡雨板(4)与支架紧固联接,水槽(6)紧固联接在相邻的支架(8、9)上。本发明结构简单,整个通风天窗呈薄型,抗风性强,从而能够提高通风天窗的使用寿命。又由于在通风天窗两端设有外护板,也能杜绝因风引起的飘雨现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种通风设备,尤其是涉及一种用于各种工业厂房的薄型通风天窗(通风器)。
背景技术
目前,用于高热厂房自然通风设备多采用组合式屋顶通风天窗,该类通风天窗主要有挡风板、挡雨板、泛水板以及阀板等组成。但现有的通风天窗不仅结构复杂,载荷较重,通风天窗在屋面开口以上的高度也比较高,因而抗风性不强。在风力比较大的情况下,通风天窗周围也会存在因风引起的飘雨现象。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、抗风性强的通风天窗。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过如下技术方案实现的:它包括多排单元并列组合组成,所述的多排单元两端设有外护板,外侧的单元设有侧挡风板,相邻的单元之间设有上挡雨板,上挡雨板由隔板支撑,相邻的支架通过隔板将相邻的单元紧固联接,下挡雨板与支架紧固联接,水槽紧固联接在相邻的支架上。
本发明采用的上述结构,由于结构简单,整个通风天窗呈薄型,抗风性强,从而能够提高通风天窗的使用寿命。又由于在通风天窗两端设有外护板,也能杜绝因风引起的飘雨现象。

具体实施方式
由图1、图2可知,该种薄型通风天窗包括多排单元并列组合组成,所述的多排单元两端设有外护板1,外护板1通过联接件紧固在骨架2上,外侧的单元设有侧挡风板3,相邻的单元之间设有上挡雨板5,上挡雨板5由隔板7支撑,相邻的支架8、9通过隔板7将相邻的单元紧固联接,下挡雨板4与支架紧固联接,水槽6紧固联接在相邻的支架8、9上。多排单元并列安装在屋面开口上,可以增大到长度为任何尺寸。上挡雨板5、下挡雨板4可以采用彩钢板瓦制作。本发明由于在通风面上采用上挡雨板5、下挡雨板4、水槽6组成的一体结构,既保证通风的要求,又保证雨水不进入室内,所有落入的雨水均由水槽6两端排出。

1.一种薄型通风天窗,包括多排单元并列组合组成,其特征在于所述的多排单元两端设有外护板,外侧的单元设有侧挡风板,相邻的单元之间设有上挡雨板,上挡雨板由隔板支撑,相邻的支架通过隔板将相邻的单元紧固联接,下挡雨板与支架紧固联接,水槽紧固联接在相邻的支架上。
