Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带挠性可更换的支承臂的载物架,供例如在汽车中永久或暂时支承设备如手机、小型计算机或导航设备等使用。载物架包括安装部分例如抽吸机构或者托架、设备或物体支座和挠性支承臂,上述抽吸机构用于附接到光滑表面如挡风玻璃上,而上述托架可用螺钉安装到支承面上,上述设备或物体支座用于容纳和固定特定的设备或物体,上述挠性支承臂在安装部分和设备或物体支座之间延伸,以便通过合适弯曲支承臂可以将设备或物体定向在便于用户的工作位置中。
背景技术
这种载物架例如从德国实用新型专利29513581或从德国实用新型专利20 2004 010 768中已知。在这类载物架中,特别注意的是,必须提供在挠性支承臂(通常称为鹅颈管)与底座之间及还有支承臂与物体支座之间的安全可靠的连接,因为在调节载体架期间相当大的力作用在那些连接部分处。尽管支承臂是挠性的,但只有通过施加相当大的力才可调节,因为在正常工作下,支承臂必须比较坚固,并且不由于在工作时出现的振动而改变它的位置。
在已知的这种类型载物架中,在挠性臂分别与底座或者与物体支座之间的连接通过胶接或其它安全措施建立。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种对实用性和可操作性作了改进的载物架。
在用于支承设备的小型计算机、导航设备或手机的载物架中,载物架包括底座、顶部件和挠性臂,上述底座适合于附接到支承面上、上述顶部件用于支承设备支座或直接支承设备,而上述挠性臂在底座和顶部件之间延伸,挠性臂通过插入式连接装置可拆卸式至少连接到底座上,上述插入式连接装置包括至少在底座中形成的插孔部分,用于抗旋转地容纳挠性臂的端部,且插入式连接装置还包括锁紧机构,所述锁紧机构分别用于将挠性臂的端部牢牢地固定和可拆卸式锁紧在底座或顶部件中。
因为可以使用不同长度的支承臂,也就是说,支承臂或鹅颈管可以更换,所以大大扩展了装置对各种不同条件和环境的适用性。
鹅颈管与底座和物体支座之间的连接分别通过挠性鹅颈管或其端部件与底座或物体支座之间的、形锁合地抗旋转的插入式连接装置实现。连接装置通过在相应鹅颈管上设置的锁紧套管锁紧在鹅颈管的相应一端处,锁紧套管通过螺纹或卡口连接或其它旋转式锁紧机构提供用于锁紧或松开鹅颈管与底座或物体支座之间的连接。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,载物架包括底座1,顶端2和在底座1和顶端2之间延伸的鹅颈管3,并且在每种情况下都是通过插入式连接装置和可拆卸的卡口式锁紧结构的组合连接于上述底座1和顶端2之上。
底座1包括抽吸外壳11、抽吸膜12和抽吸膜操纵杆13,上述抽吸膜12横跨抽吸外壳11的底端延伸,而上述抽吸膜操纵杆13经由轴连接到抽吸膜12上。此外,底座1包括用于连接鹅颈管3的安装柱14。
顶端2包括安装板21,所述安装板21通过快速连接元件22连接到设备支座上,或者可能是直接连接到设备外壳上。安装板21与连接体23整体构成,用于连接鹅颈管3。
在图1中以透视图示出的载物架在图2中以剖视图示出。在图2中,还示出了鹅颈管的结构,所述鹅颈管一般包括挠性金属杆31,该挠性金属杆31被挠性有弹性的套管32以间隔开的关系包围。套管32由例如波纹式塑料软管组成,且主要是用作金属杆的护套。套管32在其相对的两端处设置有连接件33和卡口式锁紧套管34。
用于在鹅颈管3相应的端部分别与底座1和顶端2之间形成耦合连接的详细情况分别在图3和4中示出,作为例子基于底座的连接,它们也可用于顶端连接,详细情况相同。图3示出底座1和鹅颈管3的相应端部成间隔开的关系,以便清楚地显示连接件33与卡口式锁紧套管34的结构和设计。
连接件33设置在金属杆31的相应端部上,且合适的是由塑料组成。连接件33和金属杆优选的是通过金属杆端部的横截面与相应连接件33的装配孔的形锁合连接装置和/或贯穿连接件33和金属杆31的横杆牢牢接合,从而不能彼此相对旋转。横向销可以形成从连接件33延伸的完全相反的径向突起35,或者突起可形成到连接件33上,上述突起作为用于卡口式锁紧装置34的接合结构。
连接件33的下面部分设有外部成型轮廓结构36,所述外部成型轮廓结构36分别与底座1的安装柱14中或者顶部件2的连接体23中的内部成型轮廓结构15共同作用,用于防止连接件33和安装柱15之间的相对旋转。还可以设置突起35分别与底座1或者顶部件2的对应元件中相应的轴向槽共同作用,用于防止相对旋转。
卡口式锁紧套管34可活动地设置在弹性套管32上,并包括径向上伸出的接合结构37,所述接合结构37与相应的卡口式槽16(图3)共同作用。
鹅颈管分别与底座1或顶部件2连接,其中在每种情况下,连接件33都分别插入到底座1或者顶部件2的对应元件中,并且与其抗旋转地且形锁合地共同作用。在这个位置中,连接件33然后被卡口式锁紧套管34夹持。卡口式锁紧套管用它的前端面紧靠于连接件33的径向突起35,因而在轴向上把连接件33夹持在它的插入位置中,在该插入位置中通过旋转卡口式锁紧套管34将连接件33分别锁紧到底座1或者顶部件2的对应元件上。
如上所述,可以用螺纹式锁紧套管或另外提供同样结果的锁紧元件代替卡口式锁紧套管。
连接元件构造,也就是说,连接件33和卡口式锁紧套管34或其它锁紧套管的构造在鹅颈管3的两端处相同,而在底座1和顶部件2中的对应元件也相同,以便在装配期间不需要注意鹅颈管的方向。
在载物架的这种构造的情况下,设置在底座和顶部件之间的鹅颈管可以很容易更换,以便对每种应用或每种安装情况,都可以从不同长度的各种可用鹅颈管中选定合适的鹅颈管,并将其安装在底座和顶部件之间。这提供用于具有不同鹅颈管的载物架的模块式组件系统,这样简化了库存并降低了成本,因为只需要预先储存不同长度的一系列鹅颈管,它们可以附接于相同的底座和顶部件。销售商可以使他的客户的底座部分和顶部件与任何所希望长度的鹅颈管连接,以便客户可以定制他或她的购买或甚至可以按希望购买不同长度的鹅颈管用于更换。
如果顶部件是很简单的连接部分,则它也能使简单的顶部件与鹅颈管的一端牢固地连接,并且只在底座1和鹅颈管3的另一端之间设置可拆卸式连接。鹅颈管与底座1及顶部件之间的可拆卸式连接还有额外的优点是,顶部件也可很容易更换,也就是说,对于不同制造商的设备支座或设备,可以安装具有不同支承或接合构造的不同顶部件。
Claims (5)
1.一种载物架,用于支承设备如小型计算机、导航设备、手机或类似装置,上述载物架包括:底座(1),所述底座(1)用于附接到支承面上;顶部件(2),所述顶部件(2)用于支承设备支座或设备;及挠性臂(3),所述挠性臂(3)在底座(1)和顶部件(2)之间延伸,上述挠性臂(3)可通过插孔部分(14,23)用插入式连接装置至少连接到底座(1)上,上述插孔部分(14,23)至少在底座(1)上形成,用于以旋转式固定的关系容纳鹅颈管(3)的一端,插入式连接装置包括锁紧机构(33),所述锁紧机构(33)用于将鹅颈管(3)的端部牢牢地固定或可拆卸式地锁紧在相应的底座(1)或顶部件(2)中。
2.按照权利要求1所述的载物架,其中挠性臂(3)可拆卸式连接到底座(1)及顶部件(2)上。
3.按照权利要求2所述的载物架,其中插入式连接装置和锁紧机构(33,34)在挠性臂(3)的相对端部处尺寸和构造相同。
4.按照权利要求1所述的载物架,其中插入式连接装置包括插头结构和插孔部分(14,23),上述插头结构设置在挠性臂(3)的端部处,并在其圆周上设有成型轮廓结构(36)和径向延伸的突起(35)的至少其中之一,而上述插孔部分(14,23)至少设置在底座(1)上,同时包括一互补式成型轮廓结构用于使鹅颈管(3)至少与底座(1)旋转式地互锁。
5.按照权利要求1所述的载物架,其中卡口式锁紧套管(34)设置在挠性支承臂(3)上,并包括卡口式锁紧元件(16),而容纳用于在轴向上固定和可拆卸式地锁紧挠性支承臂的锁紧元件(16)的槽(16)至少设置在底座(1)上。
