6. polymer battery group as claimed in claim 5, wherein, described top periphery partly comprises upper horizontal surface and upper vertical surface, the position of this upper horizontal surface is lower than described top part, described lower periphery partly comprises first lower horizontal surface, second lower horizontal surface, first lower vertical surface and second lower vertical surface, and second lower horizontal surface of described second outside plate is coupled to the upper vertical surface of described first outside plate.
7. polymer battery group as claimed in claim 6, wherein, first lower vertical surface of the upper vertical surface of described first outside plate and described second outside plate is in the same plane.
8. polymer battery group as claimed in claim 7, wherein, described top periphery and lower periphery part are coupled to each perimeter sides of described upper and lower part respectively.
9. polymer battery group as claimed in claim 7, wherein, described top periphery and lower periphery part are coupled to each perimeter sides and the rear side of described upper and lower part respectively.
10. polymer battery group as claimed in claim 1, wherein, described first outside plate also comprises curved surface and is connected the anterior vertical surface of this curved surface that described second outside plate comprises anterior horizontal surface.
11. polymer battery group as claimed in claim 1, wherein, described shell body comprises steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, metal alloy or plastic resin.
12. polymer battery group as claimed in claim 1 wherein, also comprises forming a plurality of upper and lowers locking hole that passes described first and second outside plates respectively.
13. polymer battery group as claimed in claim 10, wherein, described a plurality of upper and lowers locking hole is connected with described electrode pad.
14. polymer battery group as claimed in claim 13, wherein, described protective circuit is oriented to be parallel to described upper and lower locking hole.
15. polymer battery group as claimed in claim 1 wherein, also comprises moulding resin spare.
16. polymer battery group as claimed in claim 15, wherein, described moulding resin spare comprises at least one opening that is connected with described shell body, a plurality of hole and the active paper that is connected with described a plurality of holes.
17. polymer battery group as claimed in claim 16, wherein, described at least one opening of described moulding resin spare is electrically connected with the electrode terminal of described protective circuit plate.
18. polymer battery group as claimed in claim 6 wherein, also comprises two parallel lids, each lid is coupled with described shell body.
19. polymer battery group as claimed in claim 18, wherein, each lid is coupled on first lower horizontal surface of the upper horizontal surface of described first outside plate and described second outside plate by vertical body.
20. polymer battery group as claimed in claim 18, wherein, each covers the vertical part in bottom on first lower horizontal surface that also comprises the vertical part in top on the upper horizontal surface that is coupled to described first outside plate and be coupled to described second outside plate.

25. polymer battery group as claimed in claim 24, wherein, described protective circuit plate also comprises the insulating part between described at least one contact conductor and described electrode tap.
26. polymer battery group as claimed in claim 1 wherein, also comprises the lip-deep label that is in described shell body.
27. polymer battery group as claimed in claim 26, wherein, described label is connected with described second outside plate with described first outside plate.
