Abstract

本发明公开了一种安全地绑定银行帐号与个人终端的的方法，本方法是利用银行客户在金融支付终端或者自动柜员机上交易产生相关信息，作为绑定银行帐号和个人终端的方法，无需发送银行帐号就能实现银行帐号与个人终端安全地绑定，绑定过程同时验证了服务商的身份。

安全地绑定银行帐号与个人终端的方法
本发明公开一种安全地绑定银行帐号与个人终端的方法。
为了操作方便更为了保护银行客户的账号安全，现有银行在提供手机银行等以个人持有终端作为银行服务工具时，最常见方式就是将银行帐号与个人操作终端进行绑定，即建立对应关系，如“银行信用卡绑定手机SIM卡实现移动支付功能(专利申请号：03116382)”。在中国专利数据库中，检索未见利用银行卡交易信息作为绑定方法的专利。目前绑定账号和个人终端的方法主要有，到银行柜台办理，或直接在个人终端上输入账号进行设定。到柜台办理虽然安全，但是不方便，不便于相应服务系统的推广和普及；而直接在个人终端上输入账号进行设定，则存在不安全的隐患，尤其是由于经常见诸媒体的利用个人终端骗取个人账号案例，更让很多银行客户不敢通过个人终端发送个人的账户信息。
本发明就是在方便和安全之间寻求平衡的一种解决方案，只要能查询从银行内部系统检索交易流水数据库，就可以实现：
a.后台绑定服务  当银行交易系统收到用户发送上来的交易流水号或者账户的后4位数加上金额后，根据这些信息在最近的交易记录中检索，找到对应的账号，将该账号与个人终端编号建立对应关系；
b.服务提供商和银行客户相互确认身份  系统找到本次交易数据后，将本次交易其他信息发送到个人操作终端，让客户确认这些交易信息，如交易地点和时间等信息是否正确，以防止别有用心的欺诈性的绑定服务，客户确认返回信息无误后，再回复开户时的身份证号后6位或者姓名等个人信息，作为辅助验证手段，以防有些缺乏安全意识的银行客户将自己刚刚打印出来交易凭证丢弃后，被别人利用；

实施举例一，通过手机短信方式将刚刚用银行卡在金融支付终端或者自动柜员机上完成的交易的交易流水号发送到银行指定的短信服务号，如果该服务是银行合法且正常绑定服务，则手机将收到一个关于该账号最后一笔交易其他信息，包括交易地点和交易时间等，客户收到这些信息，确定无误后，再发送自己开户时预留在银行的身份证号后6位(或者姓名)，即完成绑定操作。

实施举例二，通过手机登陆指定的WAP网址，将刚刚用银行卡在金融支付终端或者自动柜员机上完成的交易流水号发送到该服务站点，如果该服务站点是银行合法且正常绑定服务，则手机将看到一个关于该账号最后一笔交易其他信息，包括交易地点和交易时间等，客户收到这些信息并确定无误后，再提交自己开户时身份证号后6位(或者姓名)，即完成绑定操作。

Claims (2)

1、安全地绑定银行帐号与个人终端的方法，其特征在于所述的方法是将银行客户用银行卡刷卡交易成功后从金融支付终端或者自动柜员机上打印出来的非帐号信息，用客户指定的操作终端设备发送到系统进行账号绑定，该方法包括：
(1)在规定的时间内用银行卡在金融支付终端或者自动柜员机上进行过一笔支付或者取款交易，并保留打印出来的交易凭证；
(2)持卡人将交易凭证上的交易流水号或者账号的后4位加上交易金额，用自己欲绑定的个人操作终端，发送到绑定服务系统；
(3)绑定服务系统根据交易流水号或者账号后4位加上交易金额，查找出对应的账号。
2、根据权利要求1所述的安全地绑定银行帐号与个人终端的方法，其特征在于绑定银行帐号和个人终端中，要求进一步确认身份，包括：
(1)提供绑定服务方必须反馈相应该账号最近的交易信息，以确认绑定服务提供商的确是银行；
(2)收到绑定服务提供商确认信息后，还要输入开设该账户时客户预留的身份证明信息，如身份证号后6位或者姓名，以确定绑定者的身份。
