技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED灯,特别涉及一种超大功率LED路灯。
背景技术
目前,世界范围内的能源紧张引起了各国对节能技术的高度重视,在大力开发诸如太阳能,风能等可再生清洁能源的同时,各国也在合理有效的利用能源方面加大了力度。反映在照明方面就是各种新光源的不断推陈出新及广泛应用。这其中,发光二极管以其低能耗、高光效、寿命长和其高可靠性引起了越来越广泛的关注并逐步应用到照明领域。由于LED需要在80摄氏度以下,才能可靠正常工作。但是大功率LED工作时其瞬间发热量非常大,因此如何解决大功率LED散热问题成了固态照明领域的热点,大功率LED因散热不畅引发的光衰也成了固态照明道路上的一道瓶颈。由于散热的技术问题,现有技术的LED的功率难以做大,芯片功率一般均在5W以下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对目前5W以上的大功率LED散热技术难题,特别是25W以上的超大功率LED路灯的散热难题,设计一种大功率LED路灯灯具。
本发明的大功率LED路灯灯具,包括灯具主壳体(或称为灯具上壳体)、灯罩(下壳体)、LED灯、电源电路系统等主要部件组合构成,其特征在于:其灯具主壳体上包括壳体(1)、热管连接器(2)、LED灯座(3)、热管(8)、散热构件(6)组合构成,其热管连接器(2)与LED灯座(3)之间,设有不少于一根或一组热管(8)。LED灯座(3)上的热管(8)外边线(27),切于灯座(3)的平面(25)或超出平面(25)的尺寸(C1)不小于0.2mm。使得热管可以直接与LED灯的基板或底座紧密结合,起到使LED的热量快速移走的重要作用。所述灯具主壳体上包括的壳体(1)、热管连接器(2)、LED灯座(3)、散热构件(6)可为一体成型的铸件或分别以零部件方式组合构成。为达到提高导热效果的目的,其灯具主壳体上包括的壳体(1)、热管连接器(2)、LED灯座(3)、散热构件(6)以一体成型结构为佳,其为一体成型的金属铸件,可取得更理想的最佳效果。热管连接器(2)还可设有凹或凸的联接口(29),目的是备用于与外加散热器连接。为安装方便,在LED灯座(3)上设有螺孔(20b),壳体内设有灯杆固定卡固定螺孔(22)以便安装。还可配备固定卡环(21),但也可不配,安装可根据具体情况,灵活机动地采用现有技术方法来完成。其电源电路系统及其安装、连接等均可采用现有技术方法来完成。LED灯在灯座(3)的安装、固定一般用螺孔螺栓方法较方便,也可采用现有技术方法来完成。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明大功率LED路灯灯具,可迅速移出超大功率LED工作时发出的热量,可有效地满足大功率LED灯具散热的需要,有效地解决了大功率LED散热技术难题,可使超大功率LED路灯实现工业化大规模生产和使用。

1、一种大功率LED路灯灯具,包括灯具主壳体、灯罩、LED灯、电源电路系统,其特征在于:其灯具主壳体上包括壳体(1)、热管连接器(2)、LED灯座(3)、热管(8)、散热构件(6)组合构成,其热管连接器(2)与LED灯座(3)之间,设有不少于一根或一组热管(8)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的大功率LED路灯灯具,其特征在于:LED灯座(3)上热管(8)的外边线(27)切于灯座(3)的平面(25),或超出平面(25)的尺寸(C1)不小于0.2mm。
3、根据权利要求1所述的大功率LED路灯灯具,其特征在于:其灯具主壳体是包括壳体(1)、热管连接器(2)、LED灯座(3)、散热构件(6)的一体成型金属铸件。
4、根据权利要求1所述的大功率LED路灯灯具,其特征在于:热管连接器(2)设有凹或凸的联接口(29)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的大功率LED路灯灯具,其特征在于:灯具内设有灯杆固定卡(21)。
