Abstract

一种利用三叶风轮塔架腰部增设两台H型风轮发电机组,其特征是,包括装在塔架腰上的上下轴承、拉杆、三角架兼通道和用作安装H型风电机组、导流板,用装在塔架腰部的上下轴承、左右拉杆和三角架,使左右两台H型风电机组处在下风向,左右两台互相反转,旋转圆周的逆风向部分都处在塔架的塔影效应区域;在所述的三角架和上下轴承间装有八字形的两扇导流板。这种组合风电,H型风轮利用三叶风轮塔架架设在数十米高的空中,又利用塔影效应增加转矩、提高功率,并强化在高低速风速中都能运转优势,改善电网质量,与三叶风电优势互补,共同促进节约土地、材料、风电场基础建设和输变电设施,提供更多的廉价绿色能源。

利用三叶风轮塔架腰部增设两台H型风轮发电机组
本发明是风电领域,是利用三叶风轮塔架腰部,装两台H型风电机,拓展风能利用范围,提高发电量。
浙江科技报2008年2月21日刊载“慈溪风电站是浙江第一个大型风电项目”,“宁波人首次用上绿色清洁风电”。高耸的塔架,它的腰部可否利用,特别有时风速不够三叶风轮起动时,想给它创造一个潜力措施。
本发明图1,在三叶风轮塔架腰部后侧左右各装一台H型同型号立轴风电机组,但竖叶的上下方向安装互为相反,目的使(鸟瞰中)A台为逆时针、B台为顺时针转,A台、B台的旋转风轮圆周在不做功的一半——受风阻的半个圆周,处在塔架的塔影效应区域,把风阻功耗减少。
图2是截面图,双点划线表Aa和Bb两块导流板,导流使θ角增大——扩展作功区;同时,强化塔架的塔影效应为低气压区,给H型风轮的正风阻区域、变为负风阻区域——提高发电功率。
图1的序列号:1、竖叶,2、叶撑,3、毂,4、立轴,5、刹车盘,6、轴座,7、连轴器,8、发电机,9、机舱,10、三角架(兼通道),11、轴承,12、拉杆,13、轴承,14、塔架,15、拉索。
说明:6是轴座:用作风轮轴轴承座,6的两侧铸有垂肋,用螺栓紧固在三角架上;7是联轴器:连接发电机8;8是发电机:左右各台转向相反,是同型号发电机转子轴装联轴器一端、安装在转子的另一端而成,转子与定子位置未变;11是轴承;它的外缘带有一(或上下各一)凸缘,使三角架搁住凸缘上,从凸缘向上穿过三角架的螺栓紧固,三角架两侧向轴承的径向螺钉紧固;13是轴承:它的外圈左右铸有凸块,用作紧固拉杆12的上端,15是拉索,增强塔架抗负荷。
H型风轮机是不需风向性的,但装在三叶风电机的塔架腰部,为减少不做功的半圆周区域风阻,所以通过上下轴承11和13来使它们处在塔架下风向。
优点:①H型风电机组在减少风阻功耗措施下,又架在数十米高的塔架腰上空,发出更多电能;在高风速时与三叶风轮共同发电,在低风速时,H型风电机组仍能发电,改善电网系统减少冲击;②由于利用塔架,强化三叶风电机组发展,使两者优势互补发挥,共同促进节约材料、土地、风电场基础建设和输变电设施,并能捕捉更多风能,提供更多的廉价绿色能源;③如果该优势互补的组合风电业发展,把H型的机舱、三角架兼通道及该段的塔筒略改一下,可供游人升高,远眺刚建成的世界第一的跨海大桥及兴建的海滨城市而促进旅游、餐饮业的商机。

1、一种利用三叶风轮塔架腰部增设两台H型风轮发电机组的装置,其特征是,包括上轴承、下轴承、拉杆、三角架、H型风电机组和导流板,上轴承和下轴承装在塔架腰部,在所述的下轴承(11)的外缘带有一个或上下各一个凸缘,将三角架(10)搁住该凸缘上,用螺栓从该凸缘向上穿过三角架进行紧固,并用径向螺钉从三角架两侧向轴承紧固;在所述的上轴承(13)的外圈左右铸有凸块,用作紧固拉杆(12)的上端;在所述的塔架腰部后侧左右的该三角架(10)上各装一台H型风电机组,使左右两台H型风电机组处在下风向,左右两台该H型风电机组互相反转,旋转圆周的逆风向部分都处在塔架的塔影效应区域;在所述的三角架和上下轴承间装有八字形的两扇导流板;所述的左右两台H型风电机组是同型号的立轴风电机组,所述的H型风电机组的轴座(6)用作所述H型风电机组的立轴(4)的轴承座,在该轴座(6)的两侧铸有垂肋,并用螺栓紧固在所述的三角架(10)上;该立轴(4)的下端通过联轴器(7)与发电机(8)的转子的一端连接。
