Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a device of intellectually regulating a P2P service by terminal performance, relating to the technical application field of communication terminal performance evaluation and P2P service control. The key is that: the method of intelligently regulating the P2P service includes the following steps: a. an index parameter of the communication terminal performance evaluation is set; b. P2P client software makes a polling detection to the index parameter of the communication terminal performance evaluation; c. when the index of the communication terminal performance evaluation is not changed, the step b is returned to execute; d. when the index of the communication terminal performance evaluation is changed, the P2P service is intellectually regulated. Background
In recent years, P2P (peer-to-peer) has been rapidly developed as a new network technology. Research has shown that P2P has silently occupied 60% -80% of the total internet traffic, becoming the most popular broadband internet application. P2P may provide services that are currently widely popular, such as instant voice, video telephony, live streaming, instant messaging, network gaming, file sharing, etc.
With the development of mobile communication technology, the wireless communication rate is greatly improved, which provides necessary precondition for the application of P2P service requiring high-speed and large-capacity transmission in the field of mobile communication. At present, the internet access of mobile communication terminals is very popular, and with the further improvement of network transmission rate, the further enhancement of terminal performance, the further optimization of media compression technology, and the development of P2P service on mobile communication terminals are also becoming more and more popular.

Another object of the present invention is to provide an evaluation index of terminal performance, which can intelligently adjust P2P service according to the evaluation index.
The third purpose of the invention is to provide the priority of the P2P service, and intelligently adjust the P2P service according to the priority order, thereby ensuring the P2P service with higher priority as possible, such as instant voice communication and the like.

The P2P service priority order can be set manually, and the default P2P service priority is: b1 > b2, b3 > b4 > b 5.
A method for intelligently adjusting P2P service by using terminal performance is characterized by comprising the following steps:
c1, setting a performance evaluation index parameter of the communication terminal;
c2, P2P client software carries out polling detection on the performance evaluation index parameters of the communication terminal;
c3, when the performance evaluation index of the communication terminal is not changed, returning to the step c 2;

In the following detailed description of the present invention, reference is made to the accompanying drawings that form a part hereof, and in which is shown by way of illustration specific features that are known in the art, and in which is shown by way of illustration specific structures in which the invention may be practiced.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an implementation of the method for intelligently adjusting P2P service by using terminal performance according to the present invention, and as can be seen from fig. 1, the specific implementation flow of the method is as follows;
l1, user presets whether to use the function of intelligent adjusting P2P service by using terminal performance, if not, the function is executed according to default setting, and the function is used by default setting;
l2, setting P2P service priority sequence by users manually, and executing according to default priority sequence if not;
l3, setting performance evaluation index parameters of the communication terminal manually by a user, wherein the user can select one or more of the performance evaluation index parameters as the terminal performance evaluation index, or all the performance evaluation index parameters, if not, the performance evaluation index parameters are executed according to default setting, and if the performance evaluation index parameters are all selected by default;
l4, performing polling detection on the set performance evaluation indexes of the communication terminal, wherein the polling detection period can be manually set or can be implemented according to a system default value;

The communication terminal includes, but is not limited to, a computer, a mobile phone, a PDA, and the like.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for intelligently adjusting P2P service by using terminal capability according to the present invention, and as can be seen from fig. 2, the apparatus includes:
a terminal performance evaluation central processing unit 100, which is used for comprehensively evaluating the performance of the communication terminal and feeding back the evaluation result to the P2P service intelligent control module 200;
a terminal performance polling detection module 102 and an evaluation parameter setting module 101, which inform the terminal performance polling detection module to poll the communication terminal according to the manual or system default setting of the evaluation parameter, and feed back the terminal performance detection result to the terminal performance evaluation central control unit 100;
a terminal performance evaluation index set 103, which includes terminal computing capability, terminal storage capability, terminal power type, network access type, terminal operating state, etc., and is used for extracting data of communication terminal performance indexes and feeding the data back to the terminal performance polling detection module 102;
a P2P service priority setting unit 201, which can manually set the priority order of P2P service and feed back the setting result to the P2P service intelligent control module 200, if there is no manual setting, the system will execute according to the default priority order;
a P2P service intelligent control module 200, which can evaluate the detection result sent by the central control unit 100 according to the terminal performance, and intelligently adjust the P2P service in the P2P service set 202 according to the priority order of the P2P service;
a P2P service type set 202, including instant voice service, instant multimedia service, instant network game service, short message service, file download service, etc., can intelligently adjust its P2P service according to the control command of the P2P service intelligent control module 200.
The method and apparatus for intelligently adapting P2P services using terminal capabilities of the present invention is not limited to the implementations set forth in the specification and illustrated in the drawings, but is fully applicable to many other fields of endeavor and technology for which the present invention pertains and that additional advantages and modifications will readily occur to those skilled in the art, and it is therefore not intended to be limited to the details shown and described herein as the general purpose devices and structures illustrated and described without departing from the spirit and scope of the generic concept as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (10)
1. A method for intelligently adjusting P2P service by using terminal capability, the method comprising the steps of:
a. setting a performance evaluation index parameter of the communication terminal;
performing polling detection on the performance evaluation index parameters of the communication terminal by the P2P client software;
c. when the performance evaluation index of the communication terminal is not changed, returning to the step b;
d. when the performance evaluation index of the communication terminal changes, the P2P service is intelligently adjusted to ensure that the terminal works normally and the P2P service with higher priority level runs smoothly.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the terminal performance evaluation index in step b comprises: terminal computing capacity, terminal storage capacity, terminal power type and state, network access mode and terminal working state.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the terminal computing power includes processing power and occupancy of a central processing unit.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the storage capacity comprises hard disk storage space, memory size and occupancy, cache size and occupancy.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the power types include ac direct power and battery power, and wherein the power type change includes a change between ac direct power and battery power, a change in remaining battery power.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the network access types include wired access and wireless access, and the network access type change includes conversion of network access modes between wired and wireless networks and network bandwidth occupation.
7. The method of claim 2, wherein the change in the operating state of the terminal includes whether the communication terminal is processing other programs having a higher resource occupancy.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the communication terminal comprises a computer, a mobile phone and a PDA.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the intelligently adjusting the P2P service in step d comprises:
optimizing according to a preset P2P service priority order to ensure that the P2P service with higher instantaneity is required to run smoothly;
when the occupancy rate of the terminal resources is high, the P2P service with low file downloading instantaneity requirement is intelligently adjusted, so that the working state of the terminal is optimal.
10. An apparatus for intelligently adjusting P2P service using terminal capabilities, comprising:
a. a terminal performance evaluation central processing unit for comprehensively evaluating the performance of the communication terminal;
b. the system comprises a terminal performance polling detection module and an evaluation parameter setting module, wherein the evaluation parameter setting module is used for manually or systematically setting evaluation parameters, and the terminal performance polling detection module is used for polling and detecting the communication terminal according to the setting of the evaluation parameter setting module;
c. a terminal performance evaluation index set, which comprises terminal computing capacity, terminal storage capacity, terminal power type, network access type and terminal working state;
