技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用电热原理自动化霜的装置,它安装在冷库制冷设备中节能铝合金翼片管蒸发器上,使冷库用翼片管蒸发器具备电热自动化霜、安全可靠的功能,该蒸发器包括一个翼片管蒸发器和固在定翼片管蒸发器凹槽内的电热线以及下方的塑料接水盘,化霜后的水经接水槽流入集水盘,最后流出库外。
背景技术
目前冷库内蒸发器主要有冷风机和冷排管两种形式。
传统冷排管蒸发器,在冷藏库使用过程中由于他有比冷风机更多的优点,如冷库空气湿度高,食品干耗少,食品色质变化小,冷库内温度稳定等,所以被广泛应用。
传统冷排管蒸发器化霜的形式有将冷库空间内的物品取出,打开冷库门,自然升温化霜或在空间内增加热源的形式;还有机械除霜或敲击震动使霜与蒸发器排管分离;再有就是氨制冷设备中采用热泵使蒸发器温度升高致使霜层融化的形式。以上的三个形式各有弊端,比如开冷库门化霜时要把库内物品全部取出,机械除霜容易损坏排管使制冷系统发生故障而且除霜不彻底,热泵除霜受制冷系统和环境温度的制约且工作不稳定。
发明内容
本发明应用电热原理自动化霜的装置来实现,此装置能解决上述三种形式的不足之处,能达到冷排管蒸发器化霜时不将冷库空间内的物品取出,不用机械方法除霜或敲击震动使霜与排管蒸发器分离,不用受制冷系统和环境温度制约的热泵式化霜而造成工作不稳定。
本发明应用电热原理自动化霜的装置,它是通过铝合金翼片管蒸发器的翼片管的翼片上设计有专供安装电热线用的凹形槽,将电热线安装在槽内,电热线通电时产生的热量,会使翼片管蒸发器温度升高,超过0℃时附着在翼片管蒸发器上的冰霜自动融化和脱落,每片翼片管的下方插接U型塑料接水盘,每组蒸发器的一端安装一集水盘,化霜后的水通过集水盘的引水管流向库外,从而达到化霜目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和本发明的实施方式作进一步详细说明:
图1所示由翼片管1,电热线2,U型塑料接水盘3组成。翼片管1用铝合金一体压铸成型;U型塑料接水盘3用塑料挤压成型。U型塑料接水盘中心开口,插接在翼片管的翼片上,电热线安装在翼片凹槽内。图2由多片翼片管平行排列组合成冷排即铝合金蒸发器,翼片管的翼片与水平方向形成90度夹角,每片翼片有凹形槽,电热线安装在凹形槽内,并且每片翼片管上都安装有U型塑料接水盘,每组翼片管蒸发器的一端安装有集水盘,集水盘一端安装有导水管,化霜后的水经该装置流出库外。

Claims (3)

1.一种电热化霜蒸发器,由铝合金翼片管和电热线及接水盘组成,其结构是,每片翼片管的翼片上设置有可安装电热线的凹形槽及插接在翼片下方的U型接水盘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电热化霜蒸发器,其特征是,翼片管两侧的翼片与管及凹形槽一体压铸成型,电热线安装在每片翼片管的凹形槽内,翼片下方安装有U型接水盘,接水盘由塑料一次挤压成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电热化霜蒸发器,其特征是,翼片管内有螺纹,翼片管两侧有翼片,多片翼片管平行排列串接成冷排,翼片管的翼片与水平成90℃,经电热化霜后的水经集水盘及导水管流出库外。
