一种燃气轮机甲醇喷雾燃烧喷嘴,涉及燃气轮机和锅炉技术,其适应甲醇的特性,具有高效、低污染排放的特性,包括离心式甲醇通道、旋流雾化空气通道以及一次空气旋流通道。根据甲醇本身的特点调整了雾化喷嘴的参数,匹配了空气量,以及空气的旋流数。另外为了达到低NOx排放,采用了甲醇掺水和空气稀释的燃烧方式。

甲醇喷雾燃烧喷嘴
技术领域
本发明涉及燃气轮机及锅炉技术领域,是一种可以通过燃料稀释和(或)空气稀释达到高效、低NOx排放的甲醇喷雾燃烧喷嘴。
背景技术
当今世界石油价格飞涨,而且中国的石油一半以上依靠进口,因此燃气轮机和燃油锅炉等燃油设备必须寻求其它代用液体燃料。中国的能源结构中煤占统治地位,因此煤基液体燃料甲醇由于其来源广泛、价格便宜以及生成流程成熟等特点就成为了中国首选的液体替代燃料。
甲醇相对于燃气轮机和燃油锅炉中常用的柴油等燃料有其自身的一些特点。第一,甲醇的粘度要比柴油等低很多,因此甲醇较容易雾化,但是雾化角可能会变的很大。第二,甲醇的热值低,化学当量空气少。第三,甲醇的气化潜热大。由于甲醇具有上述特点,因此以前开发的针对于柴油燃料的喷雾燃烧喷嘴将不能适应甲醇的喷雾燃烧,因而有必要开发适应甲醇特点的喷雾燃烧喷嘴。
液体喷雾燃烧时,由于火焰面温度很高,因此导致NOx排放会很高。因此有必要采取措施控制NOx排放。由于甲醇溶于水这个特点,可以利用这个特点来实现低NOx排放的甲醇喷雾燃烧喷嘴。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种甲醇喷雾燃烧喷嘴,是适应甲醇特点的高效、低污染排放的喷雾燃烧喷嘴。其根据甲醇自身的特点设计了雾化喷嘴;根据甲醇的当量空气量,匹配了合适的空气;由于甲醇的气化潜热大,因此采用了同轴反向旋流来加大回流区。另外由于甲醇喷雾燃烧的NOx排放较高,采取了甲醇掺水稀释和空气稀释的措施来减少NOx排放。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种甲醇喷雾燃烧喷嘴,用于燃气轮机燃烧室及锅炉燃烧系统,其适应甲醇的特点,具有高效、低污染排放的特性,其包括同轴相套的三部分:
最里层为一适合甲醇以及掺水甲醇特点的气动离心式甲醇雾化喷嘴;
中间层为一旋流雾化空气通道,通道内设有雾化空气旋流器,根据甲醇以及掺水甲醇的特点调整雾化空气量及其旋流数;
最外层为两个同轴反向旋流的稀释空气通道,两通道出口各设有一空气旋流器,两空气旋流器为了适应甲醇气化潜热大的特点,采用了同轴反向旋流来增大空气的旋流数。
所述的喷雾燃烧喷嘴,其所述掺水甲醇,提高了甲醇的闪点,增加甲醇喷雾燃烧的启动安全性,达到了高效、低NOx排放燃烧。
所述的喷雾燃烧喷嘴,其所述稀释空气,为加有空气稀释剂的空气,以达到高效、低NOx排放燃烧。
所述的喷雾燃烧喷嘴,其所述空气稀释剂,为氮气,水蒸气和二氧化碳气的任意一种气体,或为几种气体的混合气。
本发明提供的适应甲醇特点的高效、低污染排放的喷雾燃烧喷嘴,包括适合甲醇特点的气动雾化喷嘴以及同轴反向的空气旋流器,通过调节甲醇的掺水量以及空气的稀释量,达到稳定、高效、低污染的燃烧。
本发明可用于燃气轮机燃烧室及锅炉等燃烧系统。

具体实施方式
图1是本发明的一个具体实施例。参照图1可知,本发明的甲醇喷雾燃烧喷嘴为柱体,该结构为一般的环状通道。主要包括彼此反向的空气旋流器1和2,雾化空气旋流器3以及甲醇的离心雾化喷嘴6,还包括两个稀释空气通道4和5以及一个雾化空气通道7。其中:
柱体的中心轴线上,设有甲醇通道8,甲醇通道8的一端接甲醇源或掺水甲醇源,另一端是甲醇雾化喷口9。雾化空气通道10、两个稀释空气通道4和5都为环形通道,以甲醇通道8为轴心线,由里向外顺序排列。雾化空气通道10的一端接雾化空气源,另一端设有雾化空气旋流器3,且雾化空气通道10的一部分伸出雾化空气旋流器3后,包覆于甲醇雾化喷口9外侧,与雾化混合喷口11相通,朝向燃烧系统的燃烧室。稀释空气通道5环抱于雾化空气通道10的外侧,稀释空气通道4环抱于稀释空气通道5的外侧,两个稀释空气通道4和5的一端接稀释空气源,与雾化混合喷口11同方向的另一端(出口端)分别设有空气旋流器1和2,两空气旋流器1和2的旋流方向彼此相反,皆朝向燃烧系统的燃烧室12。
本发明是适应甲醇特点的高效、低污染排放的甲醇喷雾燃烧喷嘴,可用于燃气轮机燃烧室及锅炉等燃烧系统。
根据甲醇密度低以及热值低的特点,设计了适合甲醇流量的通道,从而使得足够的甲醇可以通过离心喷嘴6,实现很好的雾化。以及可以满足燃烧系统负荷的要求。
根据甲醇的粘度较低,因而容易雾化的特点,选择了适应甲醇特点的雾化空气量和雾化空气旋流数,从而保证符合燃气轮机燃烧室的雾化粒度以及雾化角。
根据甲醇的气化潜热大的特点,采用了1和2两个旋向相反的空气旋流器,从而增加回流区,使得甲醇可以很好燃烧。
根据甲醇喷雾燃烧中NOx排放高的特点,采用在甲醇中掺入水的措施来降低火焰温度,从而抑制NOx排放,掺水甲醇的掺水比例为1O%-20%。
根据甲醇喷雾燃烧中NOx排放高的特点,还采用了不同稀释剂对空气进行稀释的措施来抑制NOx排放,稀释剂可以为氮气,水蒸气和二氧化碳气的任意一种气体,也可以为几种气体的混合气,其中空气稀释剂为空气的1%-5%。

Claims (4)

1.一种甲醇喷雾燃烧喷嘴,用于燃气轮机燃烧室及锅炉燃烧系统,其适应甲醇的特点,具有高效、低污染排放的特性,其特征在于:
甲醇喷雾燃烧喷嘴为柱体,该结构为一般的环状通道:包括甲醇的离心雾化喷嘴、两个稀释空气通道、一个雾化空气通道,还包括两个彼此反向的空气旋流器、雾化空气旋流器;其中:
柱体的中心轴线上,设有甲醇通道,甲醇通道的一端接甲醇源或掺水甲醇源,另一端是甲醇离心雾化喷嘴;雾化空气通道、两个稀释空气通道都为环形通道,以甲醇通道为轴心线,由里向外顺序排列;雾化空气通道的一端接雾化空气源,另一端设有雾化空气旋流器,且雾化空气通道的一部分伸出雾化空气旋流器后,包覆于甲醇雾化喷口外侧,与雾化混合喷口相通,朝向燃烧系统的燃烧室;一稀释空气通道环抱于雾化空气通道的外侧,另一稀释空气通道环抱于该一稀释空气通道的外侧,两个稀释空气通道的一端接稀释空气源,与雾化混合喷口同方向的另一端分别设有空气旋流器,两空气旋流器的旋流方向彼此相反,皆朝向燃烧系统的燃烧室。
2.如权利要求1所述的喷雾燃烧喷嘴,其特征在于,所述掺水甲醇的掺水比例为10%-20%,提高了甲醇的闪点,增加甲醇喷雾燃烧的启动安全性,达到了高效、低NOx排放燃烧。
3.如权利要求1所述的喷雾燃烧喷嘴,其特征在于,所述稀释空气为加有空气稀释剂的空气,其中空气稀释剂为空气的1%-5%,以达到高效、低NOx排放燃烧。
4.如权利要求3所述的喷雾燃烧喷嘴,其特征在于,所述空气稀释剂,为氮气,水蒸气和二氧化碳气中的任意一种气体,或为几种气体的混合气。
