Abstract

一种潜油直线电机永磁体的保护结构,包括环形永磁体,其特征是:在环形永磁体的上、下两个端面设置表面经耐磨、耐蚀处理的导磁金属材料层,在环形永磁体的圆周面上设置表面经耐磨、耐蚀处理的非导磁金属环,上、下两个端面设置的导磁金属材料层与圆周面上设置的非导磁金属环通过熔焊密封联接。本发明的优点是环形永磁体被置于密封环境中,隔绝了井液中的酸、碱、氢、氧等多种腐蚀介质对其腐蚀作用,避免永磁体内部和表面的化学变化,稳定永磁体的磁性能,外表面的耐蚀、耐磨性能增强,进而提高了永磁材料的耐压强度,提高了潜油直线电机动子的耐蚀、耐磨性能,从而提高潜油直线电机的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于一种用于潜油直线电机动子上的组件,特别是一种潜油直线电机永磁体密封、防腐、耐磨、增强的保护结构。
背景技术
目前国内外采油一般采用由抽油机、抽油杆和抽油泵构成的采油机械,现有的采油机械存在体积大、成本高、无效功耗大、易发生故障等缺点,为此本申请人研制了一种“往复式潜油电泵”,从根本上改变了原油开采的举升方式,具有结构简单、节能降耗、操作方便、在线调参等特点,彻底解决了国内外长期困扰机械采油的抽油杆脱、断和管杆偏磨的难题。它不仅可以替代游樑式采油设备,还非常适用于水平油井、定向斜井和低渗透油井的采油。但是通过现场使用实践,发现潜油直线电机动子中的永磁体耐蚀、耐磨性能差,常常因其破损和腐蚀而导致电机性能下降,影响了潜油直线电机的使用寿命,特别是在腐蚀严重和含砂油井环境中不能使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种潜油直线电机永磁体的保护结构,避免永磁体内部和表面的化学变化,稳定永磁体的磁性能,提高潜油直线电机动子的耐蚀、耐磨性能,从而提高潜油直线电机的使用寿命。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:包括环形永磁体,其特征是:在环形永磁体的上、下两个端面设置表面经耐磨、耐蚀处理的导磁金属材料层,在环形永磁体的圆周面上设置表面经耐磨、耐蚀处理的非导磁金属环,上、下两个端面设置的导磁金属材料层与圆周面上设置的非导磁金属环通过熔焊密封联接。
本发明的优点是:环形永磁体被置于密封环境中,隔绝了井液中的酸、碱、氢、氧等多种腐蚀介质对其腐蚀作用,避免永磁体内部和表面的化学变化,稳定永磁体的磁性能,外表面的耐蚀、耐磨性能增强,进而提高了永磁材料的耐压强度,提高了潜油直线电机动子的耐蚀、耐磨性能,从而提高潜油直线电机的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
本发明的具体技术方案如下:见图1、2,在环形永磁体3的上、下两个端面设置导磁金属材料层1,在环形永磁体3的圆周面上设置非导磁金属环2,上、下两个端面设置的导磁金属材料层1与圆周面上设置的非导磁金属环2在其接缝处通过熔焊密封联接,使环形永磁体3得以密封。将两个端面设置的导磁金属材料层1表面和圆周面上设置的非导磁金属环2表面经电镀、喷焊等常规表面处理工艺的耐磨、耐蚀处理。
见图3,将多个本发明产品与多个导磁体5相间隔组装在潜油直线电机动子芯轴4上,在本发明产品及导磁体5的内表面与动子芯轴4之间组装密封胶圈6,构成具有密封环形永磁体的动子组件。

1、一种潜油直线电机永磁体的保护结构,包括环形永磁体,其特征是:在环形永磁体的上、下两个端面设置表面经耐磨、耐蚀处理的导磁金属材料层,在环形永磁体的圆周面上设置表面经耐磨、耐蚀处理的非导磁金属环,上、下两个端面设置的导磁金属材料层与圆周面上设置的非导磁金属环通过熔焊密封联接。
