The selection that is used for the nonwoven fabric mat of floor cladding plate can be described cladding plate provides water-resistance.As used in this article, " water-resistance " of floor cladding plate and " water-resistance " floor cladding plate are meant and the water-resistance of this floor cladding plate are higher than (1) water-resistance (being not adhere to one or more pieces staged nonwoven mats on the wood sheet product) of the wood sheet product of floor cladding plate and/or (2) and described finished product floor cladding plate have the water-resistance of the wood sheet product of same type used in the floor cladding plate of suitable size (promptly identical with described floor cladding plate size) separately. This water-resistance can be added in the cladding plate of described floor in many ways, and for example (1) is by the adhesive in the staged nonwoven mats; (2) by the hydrophobic coating on the staged nonwoven mats (or waterproof coating); (3) by when forming described staged nonwoven mats, adding water-repelling agent (or waterproof agent) in the adhesive and/or (4) to by hydrophobicity (or water proofing property) fiber (for example polyester fiber) is added in the described staged nonwoven mats.Other method that is used for water-resistance is added to the liner of floor cladding plate also can be used.In the cladding plate of floor, add fungus resistance and the antibiotic property that the floor cladding plate can also be added or strengthen to water-resistance.
In addition, described nonwoven fabric mat can be compared enhanced strength (for example flexural strength), dimensional stability and/or flame resistance for described floor cladding plate provides with the wood sheet product of independent cladding plate. The selection that is described nonwoven fabric mat can make one or more these character of floor cladding plate be higher than the wood sheet product of the floor cladding plate that does not adhere to described one or more layers staged nonwoven mats on the wood sheet product.
In addition, the selection that is used for the nonwoven fabric mat of wooden cladding plate can be the floor cladding plate provides with finished product floor cladding plate and has dimensional stability, the fungus resistance of enhancing, the refractoriness of enhancing and/or the weight of reduction that the wood sheet product of the used same type of the floor cladding plate (promptly having identical size with the floor cladding plate) of suitable size is compared enhanced strength (for example flexural strength or puncture resistance), strengthened.
In addition, the hardness of raising that has the novel floor cladding plate of top and bottom nonwoven crust can make spacing increase, and the floor is smooth and make the plane not crooked when keeping load-carrying simultaneously. The crust of load has also reduced swell increment by the physical restriction at edge. This causes the uneven and underproof problem of vision of floor surface with regard to having overcome at unsealing or cut edge place's imbibition.
In addition, the one or both sides of using the nonwoven crust that is made of original inorfil to cover the floor cladding plate can improve its anti-fiery penetrability and reduce flame transmission. Can also recognize other advantage, each the nonwoven crust that for example is applied on the wooden cladding plate can help obviously to reduce to peel off and dust.Two-sided all comparing with standard OSB with the cladding plate of crust is considered to show no peeling phenomenon.
Can carry out modification significantly to the top of these floor cladding plates and the Surface Machining of bottom by selecting different nonwoven crusts.Typical OSB polished forms smooth surface, and nonwoven B stage glass liner crust can produce the smooth surface without polishing usually.
