Abstract
本发明提供了可延伸的织物,可用作开关装置,只需通过拉伸和压迫织物可连接到到电子装置和电源。可延伸的织物用于可穿着的衣服,家具或其他可结合的适当位置,以闭合电路。通过使用者的可释放的拉伸或推动动作,结合在织物中的导电片接触,促动相关的附属装置,如电源或电子装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物开关系统,可连接到电子装置或电源。具体地,本发明涉及可延伸的织物开关系统,其可结合到衣服,家具等物体或其他位置,用于连接电子信号或电能。
背景技术
直观的开关利用的柔软织物材料是导电纤维,非常希望能用于可穿戴的或其他种类的电子装置。已知的可将电开关系统设置于衣服织物的技术一般包括直接结合电线到织物,或通过缝纫技术连接电线到织物,将电线和控制机构设置到织物。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种可延伸的导电织物,包括第一织物层,具有周期性波浪的形状,其中设有多个第一导电条;和第二织物层,其中设有多个第二导电条,其固定连接到第一织物层。操作中,使用者拉伸织物,使得至少一个第一导电条电接触至少一个第二导电条。或者,第一层可通过使用者的推动发生变形,允许至少一个第一导电条电接触至少一个第二导电条。在这些情况下,第一和第二织物层都变形,具有不同导电水平,并根据变形的程度变化。此外,第一和第二导电条可连接到织物电路,其结合到衣服或家具,或连接到电子装置或电源。
根据本发明的一个方面,具有希望形状和功能的衣服或家具可通过方便的方式使用容易得到的织物和材料来制造,用作开关系统的可延伸的导电织物可具优越性地设置在可穿着的衣服或家具,这样就使得使用者可容易地手动进行促动。

具体实施方式
在下面的介绍中,为了说明而不是限制,特定的细节进行了显示,如具体结构,界面,技术等,以便提供对本发明的充分了解。为了简化和清楚起见,公知的装置,电路和方法就不再详细介绍,以便不必要的细节干扰对本发明的介绍。
现在参考附图1,根据本发明的可延伸的织物开关系统10或一系列开关包括第一层12,其设有多个第一导电纤维条14,其形状如波浪;和第二层16,设有多个第二导电纤维条18。
第一和第二层12,16的材料可以是天然的或是人造的,由这些材料形成的织物可以纺织而成或通过公知的方式形成片状。或者,层12和16可通过非纺织(粘接)方式,或编织织物,或合成结构来形成。但是在各种可选择的方式中,导电纤维条14,18属于织物产品,因此可提供导电层。
在图1所示的实施例中,两层12,16可结合到无袖套头衫或衬衫或长袖汗衫或者夹克。在可选实施例中,两层12,16可应用于家具或其他位置,使导电层纤维条12,16用于连接电信号,电源或其他外部电子装置。
参考图2和3,第一导电条14位于第一层14的弯曲面上从第一层的一边延伸到另一边。第二导电纤维条18平行第一导电纤维条14,沿第二层16延伸,并间隔开预定的距离。如图所示,因为菜克拉合成弹力纤维纬纱支承的弯曲部,导电条14,18保持分开。
导电纤维条14,18可通过印刷纤维条到织物层12,16上来生产,或设置成粘接带。可选择,导电纤维条14和18通过印刷含有导电颗粒的材料到织物层12,16来生产。所有这些可选择的方法,提供了适当的粘结,形成可靠的电连接。

参考图4,操作中,使用者施加箭头表示的力进行拉伸(A)或压迫(B),使得各导电纤维条物理和电接触。如图5所示,第一层12变形,使得各导电纤维条14,18互相物理和电接触。因此,使用者可容易地通过按箭头所示方向拉伸或推压接合,使得由两个纤维层12,14或附属装置形成的电路闭合。注意到,当两个层延伸时,在第一层的织物中可形成不同水平的电弧电阻,随着拉伸力的增加,使得不同数量或数目的开关闭合,提供了不同水平的开关机构。
尽管已经对本发明的优选实施例进行了显示和介绍,所属领域的技术人员应当知道,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,可进行许多改进和变化,可用等效体来代替其中的元件。因此,附图中互相连接系统的形状不应对本发明的范围施加限制。因此,希望本发明不只限于作为本发明最佳实施模式公开的特定实施例,本发明包括所有属于范围内的实施例。
Claims (18)
1.一种可延伸的导电织物开关,包括:
第一织物层(12),其中设有至少一个第一导电条(14),第一织物层(12)具有基本弧状,和
第二织物层(16),其中设有至少一个第二导电条(18),第二织物层(16)固定连接到所述第一织物层(12);
其中所述第一和第二织物层(12,16)可延伸,以提供所述第一和第二导电条(14,18)之间的电接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述可延伸的开关,其特征在于,通过推动动作所述第一织物层(12)可变形,使得所述第一导电条(14)电接触所述第二导电条(18)。
3.根据权利要求1所述可延伸的开关,其特征在于,所述第一和第二导电条(14,18)连接到与衣服结合的织物电路。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可延伸的开关,其特征在于,所述第一和第二导电条(14,18)用于连接电子装置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可延伸的开关,其特征在于,所述第一和第二导电条(14,18)用于连接电源。
6.根据权利要求1所述的可延伸的开关,其特征在于,所述第一和第二导电条(14,18)接合和支撑附属单元以传递电信号。
7.根据权利要求1所述的可延伸的开关,其特征在于,所述第一和第二导电条(14,18)连接到与家具结合的织物电路。
8.一种可延伸的开关,包括:
第一织物层(12),具有周期性波浪的形状,其中设有多个第一导电条(15),和
第二织物层(16),其中设有多个第二导电条(18),第二织物层(16)固定连接到所述第一织物层(12);
其中所述第一和第二织物层(12,16)可延伸,允许所述多个第一导电条(14)电接触所述多个第二导电条(18)。
9.根据权利要求8所述可延伸的开关,其特征在于,所述第一织物层(12)可通过推动变形,允许所述多个第一导电条(12)中的至少一个电接触所述多个第二导电条(18)中的至少一个。
10.根据权利要求8所述可延伸的开关,其特征在于,所述多个第一和第二导电条(14,18)连接到与衣服结合的织物电路。
11.根据权利要求8所述可延伸的开关,其特征在于,所述多个第一和第二导电条(14,18)用于连接到电子装置。
12.根据权利要求8所述可延伸的开关,其特征在于,所述多个第一和第二导电条(14,18)用于连接到电源。
13.根据权利要求8所述可延伸的开关,其特征在于,所述多个第一和第二导电条(14,18)接合和支承附属单元以传递电子信号。
14.根据权利要求8所述可延伸的开关,其特征在于,所述多个第一和第二导电条(14,18)连接到与家具结合的织物电路。
15.根据权利要求8所述可延伸的开关,其特征在于,在拉伸前,所述多个第一和第二导电条(14,18)分开预定距离并互相平行。
16.根据权利要求8所述可延伸的开关,其特征在于,所述第一和第二织物层(12,16)可变形,具有不同的导电水平,导电水平根据变形程度变化。
17.一种允许使用者方便地促动电子装置的方法,所述方法包括步骤:
提供第一织物层(12),具有周期性波浪的形状,设有多个第一导电条(14);和第二织物层(16),其中设有多个第二导电条(18);
使用者穿上可穿着的衣服,其上设置了所述第一和第二织物层(12,16);
拉伸所述第一和第二织物层(12,16),使得所述多个第一和第二导电条(14,18)电接触;和
连接所述第一和第二导电条(14,18)到电子装置或电源。
18.一种允许使用者方便地促动电子装置的方法,所述方法包括步骤:
提供第一织物层(12),其具有周期性波浪的形状,设有多个第一导电条(14);和第二织物层(16),其中设有多个第二导电条(18);
提供带有织物的家具,织物设有所述第一和第二织物层;
拉伸所述第一和第二织物层(12,16),使得所述多个第一和第二导电条(14,18)电接触;和
连接所述第一和第二导电条(14,18)到电子装置或电源。
