本发明属于热处理设备，涉及一种用于连续生产作业的不锈钢丝退火炉。
背景技术
现有的用于连续生产作业的不锈钢丝退火炉大多采用电热装置，一方面能源消耗较大，使用成本高，另一方面无法以各种燃气、燃油为燃料进行生产作业，适应性不强。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种结构简单、可以燃气和燃油为燃料、可连续作业的不锈钢丝退火炉。
本发明的不锈钢丝退火炉包括有一个狭长的燃烧室，燃烧室的侧壁和底面为耐火保温材料制成的炉体，在燃烧室的侧壁上沿长度方向排布有多个与燃气管道或燃油管道连接的燃烧器，燃烧室的顶部设置有导热耐火板，在导热耐火板的顶面上排布有多个不锈钢管。
本发明可以燃气或燃油为热源，其结构简单、制造方便。使用过程中不锈钢丝可连续地从不锈钢管中穿过，在此过程中受到由导热耐火板和不锈钢管传递来的热量，受热均匀，热处理效果好。

具体实施方式
如图所示，本发明不锈钢丝退火炉的炉体1由耐火保温材料制成，炉体内设置有狭长的燃烧室2，燃烧室的侧壁上沿长度方向排布有燃油或燃气的燃烧器3，燃烧室的顶部盖有导热耐火板4，导热耐火板的顶面上并排排布有多个不锈钢管5，工作过程中不锈钢丝从不锈钢管中穿过并得到加热。
