Claims (5)
- 【权利要求1】一种预应力空心楼板吊杆PVC套管预埋施工方法,其特征在于施工步骤为:在预应力空心楼板制作时首先综合考虑并设计各专业设备的位置;在模板上标出专业设备管线安装用吊杆的位置,该位置要避开楼板内的孔洞;在模板内铺设结构钢筋后,将套管(1)与模板垂直设置在上述标出的吊杆的位置,将套管(1)与结构钢筋固定,作为正式吊杆安装时的穿入孔;然后浇筑混凝土,将套管(1)预埋在预应力空心楼板内;待混凝土强度达到所需要求后拆除模板,将吊杆(3)穿入套管(1)内,吊杆(3)从楼板上经套管(1)穿至楼板下,吊杆(3)的上端通过紧固装置固定在预应力空心楼板(5)的上表面;最后进行楼板面层(4)的施工。
- 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的预应力空心楼板吊杆PVC套管预埋施工方法,其特征在于:上述紧固装置为垫板(6)、垫圈(7)、螺母(8),吊杆(3)的上端部有丝扣,垫板、垫圈、螺母依次穿过吊杆后,用螺母拧在吊杆上端部的丝扣上。
- 【权利要求3】如权利要求1所述的预应力空心楼板吊杆PVC套管预埋施工方法,其特征在于:上述套管(1)为或柔性套管或刚性金属套管。
- 【权利要求4】如权利要求3所述的预应力空心楼板吊杆PVC套管预埋施工方法,其特征在于:上述柔性套管为PVC套管或橡胶套管。
- 【权利要求5】如权利要求1所述的预应力空心楼板吊杆PVC套管预埋施工方法,其特征在于:上述当套管为柔性套管时,在套管与结构钢筋固定后,在套管中插入钢筋插杆(2),并在拆除模板之前将钢筋插杆拔出。
