背景技术
按,一般习用之注射器系由一针体及一针盖所组成,其中该针体前端插设有一注射针,而该针盖则为一圆柱状,且针盖之底部开设有一容置孔;此种习用之注射器之注射针在使用时,须由必须先将针盖由针体取下,然后以针体之注射针插入患者之注射部内,惟此种习用之注射器在使用完毕后,必须将针盖套回针头上,因而容易造成医护人员被刺伤而造成感染。
由此可见,上述习用注射器仍有诸多缺失,实非一良善之设计者,而亟待加以改良。
本案发明人鉴于上述习用注射器所衍生的各项缺点,乃亟思加以改良创新,并经多年苦心孤诣潜心研究后,终于成功研发完成本件安全注射器。
发明内容
本发明之目的即在于提供一种可避免遭二次使用之安全注射器。
本发明之次一目的系在于提供一种使用完毕后可破坏之安全注射器。
本发明之另一目的系在于提供一种避免医护人员操作上危险的安全注射器。
可达成上述发明目的之安全注射器,包括有:
一针筒,该针筒内塞设有一套塞,该套塞后端开设有一凹槽,并于该针筒内缘接近后侧之位置处环设有一挡止块,且该套塞之后侧系受挡止块之挡置,而该针筒前端设有一针座可供针体插设;以及

本发明的最较佳实施方式
请参阅图一、二及图三,本发明所提供之安全注射器,包括:
一针筒3,该针筒3内塞设有一套塞357,该套塞357后端开设有一凹槽351,并于该针筒3内缘接近后侧之位置处环设有一挡止块34,且该套塞357之后侧系受挡止块34之挡置,而该针筒3前端设有一针座33可供具有注射针11之针体1插设;以及
一制动器10,该制动器10系于一电磁铁36前端吸设有一磁铁37,且该电磁铁36之磁极与磁铁37相异。
本发明所提供之安全注射器使用时,系将制动器10由针筒3后侧塞入,该制动器10前端之磁铁37则塞入套塞357后端之凹槽351内,然后将电磁铁36之磁极调整为与磁铁37之磁极相同,此时,由于磁铁37同性向斥之原理,磁铁37会受电磁铁36之影响而将套塞357往前推,且当套塞357推制针筒3内之最前端时,再将注射针11插入患者之注射部或欲抽取物品之位置,然后把电磁铁36之磁极调整为与磁铁37之磁极相异,藉由磁铁37异性向吸之原理,使磁铁37带动套塞357往后退,而将欲抽取之物品(如:血液、药剂或细胞....等)由注射针11抽入针筒3内;另外,当抽取或注射完毕后,医护人员仅需将电磁铁36之磁极再次调整为与磁铁37之磁极相异,并将磁性调大,即可使磁铁37脱离套塞357之凹槽351而吸附于电磁铁36上,此时,再将制动器10由针筒3后端拔出即可,且该套塞357由于受到针筒3内缘接近后侧之挡止块34挡置,而无法由针筒3退出;由上所述,本发明所提供之安全注射器系利用制动器10上电磁铁36与磁铁37的相吸或相斥,而带动针筒3内之套塞357作抽取或注射之动作,因此本发明所提供之安全注射器在一般无制动器10之人手上并无法使用,故可避免使用完毕丢弃之针筒3遭人二次利用,而造成感染之情形发生;另外,该制动器10上之磁铁37亦可直接设置于该套塞357后侧(如图四所示)。
请参阅图五,本发明所提供之安全注射器中,该针座33内亦可设一挡板334,并于该挡板334上开设一穿孔333,而该套塞357前端设有一凸刺354,且该凸刺354外缘则以一胶塞355包覆,因此当抽取或注射完毕后,亦可将电磁铁36之磁极调整为与磁铁37之磁极相同,并将电磁铁36之磁性调大,此时,该套塞357受磁铁37之影响向前推至针筒3内最前端,而套塞357前端之凸刺354将胶塞355刺破并由穿孔333穿入,使该凸刺354受挡板334之挡置,而导致套塞357无法再向后退,而达到无法二次利用之目的,另外该针座33内亦可不设挡板334及穿孔333。
请参阅图六,本发明所提供之安全注射器中,该针座33亦可包覆于针筒3内,且针座33内部设有一卡合槽332,该卡合槽332并以一穿孔333贯穿针座33后端,而该针筒3内缘于针座33之后侧环设有一挡止块34,因此当抽取或注射完毕后,将电磁铁36之磁极调整为与磁铁37之磁极相同,并将电磁铁36之磁性调大,而使该凸刺354将胶塞355刺破并由穿孔333穿入卡合槽332中挡置,此时,再将电磁铁36之磁极调整为与磁铁37之磁极相异,并将电磁铁36之磁性调大,即可藉由电磁铁36与磁铁37相吸之力量,而使套塞357藉由凸刺354令针座33脱离挡止块34而缩入针筒3内。
请参阅图七至图十六,本发明所提供之安全注射器,尤指一种使用于注射针筒上之安全结构,主要包括有:
一针体1,该针体1之前端设置有一注射针11;及
一针护盖2,该针护盖2系由一基座21及一可收折之外环弹性套22所组成,该基座21前端设有一针穿孔211贯穿基座21,并于基座21之针穿孔211后端环设有一环挡部212,该基座21后端外缘设有一连接片213与一挡止扣块214相接,且该可收折之外环弹性套22之前端与基座21之后端相接,而该针护盖2之后端则以可收折之外环弹性套22后端与针体1相接。
本发明所提供之安全注射器使用时,医护人员系将针体1之后端与针筒3套接,再将扣抵于针体1前缘或后缘之挡止扣块214以连接片213为轴心自针体1上扳离,然后握住挡止扣块214向后拉,连带使基座21向后退,而使可收折之外环弹性套22压缩收置于基座21内,且该针体1前端之注射针11则由基座21之针穿孔211穿出,此时,医护人员即可进行抽取或注射之动作;而当本发明所提供之安全注射器使用完毕后,医护人员仅需将挡止扣块214向前推,即可带动基座21向前将注射针11包覆住,此时医护人员再将挡止扣块214向与注射针11垂直之方向拉,即可使注射针11前端之针尖通过环挡部212,致使注射针11遭基座21内之后侧壁面及环挡部212之挡置而无法再次由针穿孔211中穿出,且该基座21受注射针11抵顶亦无法再向后退,再者,当医护人员将挡止扣块214向与注射针11垂直之方向拉时,除可使注射针11前端之针尖通过环挡部212外,当医护人员再用力拉扯挡止扣块214,即可使连接片213断裂,而令挡止扣块214与基座21分离;由上所述,本发明所提供之安全注射器在操作时,医护人员的手均保持在注射针11之针尖后方,故可避免医护人员操作上的危险,再者,本发明所提供之安全注射器在使用完毕后,藉由基座21内之后侧壁面及环挡部212之挡置,使注射针11无法再由针穿孔211中穿出,即可避免注射器被二次利用。
请参阅图十七及图十八,本发明所提供之安全注射器中,该基座21之针穿孔211后端亦可不设环挡部212,而于基座21外缘及挡止扣块214上缘设置可相互扣合卡死之扣体23,并于挡止扣块214后端向上延伸一底座215,且该底座之前端设有一凹孔216;因此当本发明所提供之安全注射器使用完毕后,医护人员无须以挡止扣块214将基座21向前推出以包覆注射针11,而可将挡止扣块214以连接片213为轴心翻转,使基座21外缘及挡止扣块214上缘所设置之扣体23相扣合,此时,该注射针11之针尖则容置于挡止扣块214后端延伸底座215之凹孔216内,且由于基座21及挡止扣块214上所设置之扣体23相互扣合卡死,导致挡止扣块214无法扳开,故可避免本发明所提供之安全注射器遭二次使用;再者,亦可于该基座21外缘及挡止扣块214上缘亦可不设扣体23,而仅于基座21外缘设一可供挡止扣块214扣入之凹部231亦可,且该基座外缘及凹部上均设置可相互扣合卡死之扣体。
请参阅图十九及图二十,本发明所提供之安全注射器中,该可收折之外环弹性套22亦可以若干具弹性之折合片221代替,且具弹性之折合片221系设置于注射针11外缘之相对两侧,另外,该具弹性之折合片221亦可套设于注射针11上,并于具弹性之折合片上221开设导孔222以供注射针11穿过。
请参阅图二十一,本发明所提供之安全注射器中,该基座21系缩于针体1前端,该可收折之外环弹性套22则以若干容置于基座21内的具弹性之折合片221代替,而该注射针11之外缘则套设有一针盖12;因此,本发明所提供之安全注射器使用时,仅需将针盖12拔下即可进行抽取或注射之动作,而当抽取或注射完毕后,则将基座21向前推,使可收折之外环弹性套221将注射针11包覆住,再将挡止扣块214向与注射针11垂直之方向拉,令注射针11前端之针尖通过环挡部212,致使注射针11遭基座21内之后侧壁面及环挡部212之挡置而无法再次由针穿孔211中穿出,且该基座21受注射针11抵顶亦无法再向后退。
请参阅图二十二,本发明所提供之安全注射器,尤指一种使用于注射针筒上之安全结构,包括:
一针体1,该针体1之前端设置有一注射针11;
一针护盖2,该针护盖2前端开设有一针穿孔211,且该针护盖2之前端外缘设有一连接片213与一设有可扣入针穿孔211之凸扣231的前盖23相接,而该针护盖2之相对两侧均开设有一导轨24,该导轨24之前后两端均延伸有一容置槽241,且各容置槽241与导轨24相接之处则设有若干凸点242,再者,该导轨24之后端容置槽241则另与一固定槽243相接,且固定槽243与容置槽241相接之处则设有若干止回档块244;及
一针筒3,该针筒3之两侧均设有一以导杆31连接之握持部32。
本发明所提供之安全注射器使用前,该针体1系套设于针筒3前端之针座33,而该针筒3两侧之导杆31则容置于针护盖2两侧导轨24后端之容置槽241中,而当本发明所提供之安全注射器欲使用时,医护人员仅需将前盖23打开并旋动针护盖2,使针筒3两侧之导杆31由容置槽241通过凸点242而进入导轨24中,然后再将一手握住握持部32,另一手则将针护盖2向后拉,使注射针11由针穿孔211穿出,此时再旋动针护盖2,将针筒3两侧之导杆31转入导轨24前端的容置槽241中,即可进行抽取或注射之动作,而当本发明所提供之安全注射器使用完毕后,医护人员仅需旋动针护盖2使导杆31移入导轨24中,并将针护盖2向前拉,然后再将导杆31转入导轨24后端之容置槽241中,此时,医护人员仅需再施力旋动针护盖2,即可使导杆31通过止回档块244进入固定槽243中,然后再将前盖23盖于针护盖2前端即可,因此本发明所提供之安全注射器,藉由止回档块244之挡置可使导杆31无法由固定槽243脱离,故可防止本发明之安全注射器遭到二次使用;另外,该以导杆31连接之握持部32亦可设置于针护盖2之两侧内缘,而该针筒3之相对两侧均开设有一导轨24,该导轨24之前后两端均延伸有一容置槽241,且各容置槽241与导轨24相接之处则设有若干凸点242,再者,该导轨24之前端容置槽241另与一固定槽243相接,且固定槽243与容置槽241相接之处则设有若干止回档块244(如图二十三所示)。
请参阅图二十四,本发明之安全注射器中,该针护盖2上亦可不设导轨24及前盖23,且针筒3上亦不设手持部32,而于该注射针11相对之两侧各设一轴杆13,一侧之轴杆13上设有一定位凸块131,另一侧之轴杆13上则设有一导移凸块132,且该定位凸块131靠近注射针11之位置处向内凹设有一偏移角133,而该针护盖2之后端两侧对应二轴杆13之位置分别开设有一轴孔25,且于该针护盖2上与轴孔13相垂直之位置处设有一个或两个开口26,另外该针护盖2于针穿孔211之后侧则环设有一环挡部212;当本发明所提供之安全注射器使用时,仅需将针护盖2以轴杆13为轴心旋转,使注射针11由针护盖2之开口26转出即可进行抽取或注射之动作,而当抽取或注射完毕后,则将针护盖2再次转回原位,然后将针护盖2前端往设有定位凸块131之轴杆13方向推,使设该轴杆13之定位凸块131由轴孔25穿出,并藉由定位凸块131之偏移角133与针护盖2的外侧壁面贴合而使针护盖2与针体1产生偏心之情形,导致注射针11之针尖通过环挡部212而无法再次由针穿孔211中穿出,再者,上述针体1之轴杆13及针护盖2之轴孔25亦可应用于采血器4、静脉留置针5、动静脉AV篓管针6或蝴蝶针7上(如图二十五、二十六、二十七及图二十八所示);另外,该注射针11相对两侧之轴杆13上亦可不设定位凸块131及导移凸块132,而针护盖2上各轴孔25则分别与一固定槽251相接,且轴孔25与固定槽251相接之位置处则设有若干止回挡块252,并于各轴孔25内设置有若干角度定位孔253(请参阅图二十九),使该针护盖2以轴杆13为轴心转动时,可利用角度定位孔253来调整所需转动之角度,而当本发明所提供之安全注射器使用完毕后,仅需推动针护盖2,使轴杆13进入固定槽251内,即可藉由止回档块252之挡置,而使轴杆13无法再次由固定槽251脱离以达到防止二次使用之目的,再者,上述针筒3之轴杆13与针护盖2之轴孔25、固定槽251、止回挡块252及角度定位孔253亦可应用于采血器4、静脉留置针5、动静脉AV篓管针6或蝴蝶针7上(如图三十、三十一、三十二及图三十三所示)。
请参阅图三十四,本发明所提供之安全注射器中,该针护盖2上亦可不设前盖23及导轨24,针筒3上亦不设手持部31,而于该针体1上延伸有一弯折部14,该弯折部14上设有一凸塞15,而该针护盖2上对应针体1之凸塞15位置而设有若干凹槽27,各凹槽27间以连接槽271相接,且针护盖2最末端之凹槽27为贯穿置针护盖2内之容置部217,另外,该针护盖2之针穿孔211后端环设有一环挡部212,再者,该针护盖2之外缘与针护盖2内之容置槽217系采偏心设计;因此本发明所提供之安全注射器使用前,该凸塞15为塞设于针护盖2后端倒数第二的凹槽27内,而注射针11则包覆于针护盖2中,进行抽取或注射之动作时,医护人员仅需将凸塞15与凹槽27脱离,再将针护盖向后推,使弯折部14移至连接槽271前端,并使注射针11由针穿孔211穿出,且当注射针11穿出之长度达到医护人员之要求时,即可将凸塞15塞设于最接近凸塞15之凹槽27中,然后进行抽取或注射之动作;而当抽取或注射完毕后,则仅需将针护盖2向前推回,然后将凸塞15塞入最末端贯穿置针护盖2之凹槽27内即可,此时,由于针护盖2之外缘与针护盖2内之容置槽217系采偏心设计,因此当针护盖2推至最前端时,可使注射针11之针尖通过环挡部212,而使注射针11之针尖被环挡部212挡置而无法再次由针穿孔211穿出;另外,本发明所提供之安全注射器中,该针体1上亦可不设弯折部14,而将该弯折部14设置于一套环8外缘,且该套环8为可套设于针筒3与针体1之间(如图三十五所示),再者,前述之凸塞15亦可为任何形状,而针护盖2之凹槽27则对应为可供该凸塞15塞入(请参阅图三十四及图三十六)。
请参阅图三十七,本发明所提供之安全注射器中,该针体1上亦可不设弯折部14,而于该针体1上开设一定位槽16,该定位槽16之底部为一固定孔161,且固定孔16顶端周缘环设有若干止回挡块162,而该定位槽16中间则为一定位孔163,并于定位孔163上端连接一位移孔164,另外,该定位槽16为可供一定位杆151穿入,且该定位杆151之底端具有一可塞设于固定孔161、定位孔163或位移孔164之凸圆152,而该定位杆151之顶端则连接有一凸塞15,且该凸塞15之一侧或两侧设有止回挡块153;本发明所提供之安全注射器使用前,该凸塞15为塞设于针护盖2最末端之凹槽27内,而该定位杆151之凸圆152则置于定位槽16中之定位孔163内,当欲使用本发明所提供之安全注射器时,医护人员仅需将定位杆151之凸圆152移至位移孔164中,使凸塞15脱离凹槽27,即可将针护盖2向后推,并使注射针11由针穿孔211穿出,当注射针11穿出之长度达到医护人员之要求时,即可将凸塞15塞设于最接近凸塞15之凹槽27中以固定针护盖2,然后进行抽取或注射之动作,而当抽取或注射完毕后,医护人员则再次将定位杆151之凸圆152移至位移孔154中,使凸塞15脱离凹槽27,并将针护盖2向前推,再将凸塞15塞入最末端之凹槽27内,然后将定位杆151之凸圆152压入固定孔161中,此时,该凸圆152受固定孔161与定位孔163相接处之止回挡块162挡置,而该凸塞15一侧或两侧所设之止回挡块153则抵顶于针护盖2之内侧壁面,藉由此双重保护之措施,而可使针护盖2无法再次向后退,以达到防止二次使用之目的。
请参阅图三十八,本发明所提供之安全注射器,包括:
一针筒3,该针筒3前端包覆有一针座31,且该针筒3内部于针座33后端环设有若干挡止块34;
一推杆35,该推杆35前端设有一凹槽351,该凹槽351内绕设有一弹性线体352,该弹性线体352一端与针座33相接,另一端则固定于凹槽351内。
本发明所提供之安全注射器在抽取或注射完毕后,医护人员仅需将推杆35向后拉,使设于凹槽351内之弹性线体352会随着推杆35之后退而逐渐拉长,而当弹性线体352被拉至最长时,仅需将推杆35再向后拉,即可藉由弹性线体352之弹力及推杆35后拉之力量将针座33拉入针筒3内,而使本发明所提供之安全注射器无法再次使用;另外,请参阅图三十九,该凹槽351亦可设置于针座33后端,且该弹性线体352一端连接于推杆35前端,另一端则固定于凹槽351内。
再者请参阅图四十、四十一及图四十二,本发明所提供之安全注射器中,该推杆35前端亦可不设凹槽35,而于该针座33后端连接一杆体331,该杆体331末端连接有以一弹性线体352与推杆35前端相接,且该弹性线体352为贯穿推杆35而与一挡止块353相接(如图四十、四十一及图四十二所示),当推杆35向后拉时,该挡止块353受推杆35带动向后退,而使弹性线体352拉长,而当弹性线体352被拉至最长时,仅需将推杆35再向后拉,即可藉由弹性线体352之弹力及推杆35后拉之力量,使杆体331将针座33拉入针筒3内;另外,如图四十A所示,该杆体亦可贯穿推杆并以弹性线体352与一挡止块353相接,当注射或抽取完毕后,藉由将推杆35向后拉以压迫弹性线体352,而使弹性线体352在受压迫后以其弹力将挡止块353向后弹开,而使挡止块353藉由向后弹开之力量将杆体331向后拉,而使杆体331将针座33拉入针筒内;又,该杆体331后端亦可不与弹性线体352相连,而直接以杆体331贯穿推杆35与挡止块353相接。
请参阅图四十三,本发明所提供之安全注射筒中,该推杆35前端亦可不设凹槽351,而于针筒3前端内部之一侧设有一折断部38,且针筒3前端外缘对应折断部38之位置则设有一扳折部39,当本发明所提供之安全注射器使用完毕后,医护人员仅需握住扳折部39向外扳,即可将针筒3前端由折断部38折断,而使针座33由针筒3前端脱离,导致本发明之安全注射器无法再次使用;再者,该折断部38及扳折部39亦可应用于静脉留置针5或蝴蝶针7上,且该静脉留置针5或蝴蝶针7亦分别于其前端包覆有一针座33,并于针座33后端环设有若干挡止块34(请参阅图四十四及图四十五)。
请参阅图四十三及图四十四,本发明所提供之安全注射筒中,推杆3前端之凹槽351亦可以一凸刺354代替,该凸刺354外缘包附有一胶塞355,而该针座33内部设有一卡合槽332,且该卡合槽332以一穿孔333贯穿针座33后端,当本发明所提供之安全注射器使用完毕后,医护人员仅需将推杆35往前端推,即可使胶塞355与卡合槽332后侧壁面密合,此时,只需再用力将推杆35往前推,即可使凸刺354刺破胶塞355而由穿孔333进入卡合槽332内,然后再将推杆35往后拉,则该针座33则会随着拉杆35后退而缩入针筒3中。

一针筒3,该针筒3前端具有一针座33可供针体1插至于其上,且该针座33内设有一挡板334,该挡板334上开设有一穿孔333;及
一推杆35,该推杆35系由针筒3后端塞设于针筒3内,且该推杆35前端设有一凸刺354,并于该凸刺354外缘包覆有一胶塞355,而该推杆35于凸刺354之侧边设有若干导流孔356。
当本发明所提供之安全注射器使用完毕后,医护人员仅需将推杆35往前端推,即可使胶塞355与挡板334后侧壁面密合,然后再用力将推杆35往前推时,该凸刺354会刺破胶塞355而由穿孔333穿刺于挡板334前端,使推杆35因凸刺354受挡板334之挡置而无法再向后拉,且若医护人员用力硬将推杆35向后拉,则会将凸刺354拉断,此时,由于推杆35前端之胶塞355已被凸刺354刺破,因此,若欲再次使用本发明所提供之安全注射器,则在前推或后拉推杆35时,空气会由导流孔356外泄,而导致本发明所提供之安全注射器无法进行抽取或注射之动作,另外,该针座33内亦可不设挡板334及穿孔333,当本发明所提供之安全注射器使用完毕后,仅需将推杆35向前用力推,即可使凸刺354刺破胶塞355,致使推杆355前推或后拉推杆35时,空气会由导流孔356外泄,以避免遭二次利用(如图四十五A所示)。
请参阅图四十八,本发明所提供之安全注射器中,该针座33内亦可不设挡板334,且推杆35上不设凸刺354及导流孔355,而于针座33一侧之外缘及其相对一侧之针座内缘开设有相同方向之斜角折孔38;当本发明所提供之安全注射器抽取或注射完毕后,医护人员仅需抓住针座33前端并施力依斜角折孔38之角度向外扳,及可使针座33前端由斜角扳孔38之位置处弯折或折断,致使本发明所提供之安全注射器无法再次使用;另外,该斜角折孔38亦可设于针体1、采血器4、动静脉AV篓管针6、蝴蝶针7或静脉留置针5上(如图五十二及图五十四所示)。
请参阅图四十九,本发明所提供之安全注射器中,该针座33内亦可不设挡板334,且推杆35上不设凸刺354及导流孔356,而于针座33内缘环设有若干环凹孔39;当本发明所提供之安全注射器抽取或注射完毕后,医护人员仅需抓住针座33前端并施力向针筒3之侧面扳开,即可使针座33前端由环凹孔39之位置处弯折或折断,致使本发明所提供之安全注射器无法再次使用;另外,该环凹孔39亦可设于针体1、采血器4、动静脉AV篓管针6、蝴蝶针7或静脉留置针5上(如图五十一、五十三及图五十五所示)。
请参阅图五十六、五十七及图五十八,本发明所提供之安全注射器中,该针座33内亦可不设挡板334,且推杆35上不设凸刺354及导流孔355,而于针座33外缘环设一凹折部9;当本发明所提供之安全注射器抽取或注射完毕后,医护人员仅需抓住针座33前端或针体11并施力向针筒3之侧面扳开,即可使针座33前端由凹折部9之位置处弯折或折断,致使本发明所提供之安全注射器无法再次使用,再者,请参阅图五十九,该凹折部9亦可设置于静脉留置针5、蝴蝶针7、动静脉AV篓管针6、采血器4及针体1前端之外缘。
上列详细说明系针对本发明之一可行实施例之具体说明,惟该实施例并非用以限制本发明之专利范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所为之等效实施或变更,均应包含于本案之专利范围中。
综上所述,本案不但在技术思想上确属创新,并能较习用物品增进上述多项功效,应已充分符合新颖性及进步性之法定发明专利要件,爰依法提出申请,恳请贵局核准本件发明专利申请案,以励发明,至感德便。
上列详细说明系针对本发明之一可行实施例之具体说明,惟该实施例并非用以限制本发明之专利范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所为之等效实施或变更,均应包含于本案之专利范围中。
工业应用性
本发明的安全注射器,尤指一种使用于注射针筒上之安全结构,主要包括一针筒及一制动器,该针筒内塞设有一套塞,该套塞后端开设有一凹槽,并于该针筒内缘接近后侧之位置处环设有一挡止块,该套塞之后侧系受挡止块之挡置,且该针筒前端设有一针座可供针体插设,而该制动器系于一电磁铁前端吸设有一磁铁,且该电磁铁之磁极与磁铁相异;该制动器系由针筒后侧塞入,并使该制动器前端之磁铁塞入套塞后端之凹槽内,藉由转换电磁铁之磁极,可使该套塞受磁铁之影响而于针筒内产生前进或后退之动作。由此,注射器使用完毕后可被破坏,可避免注射器遭二次使用,并可避免医护人员操作上的危险。

Claims (5)

1、一种安全注射器,包括:
一针筒,该针筒内塞设有一套塞,该套塞后端开设有一凹槽,并于该针筒内缘接近后侧位置处环设有一第一挡止块,且该套塞的后侧受第一挡止块的挡置,而该针筒前端设有一针座供针体插设;以及
一制动器,该制动器是于一电磁铁前端吸设有一磁铁,且该电磁铁的磁极与磁铁相异;
该制动器由针筒后侧塞入,并使该制动器前端的磁铁塞入套塞后端的凹槽内,藉由转换电磁铁的磁极,使该套塞受磁铁的影响而于针筒内产生前进或后退动作。
2、按权利要求1所述的安全注射器,其中该磁铁直接设置于该套塞后侧。
3、按权利要求1所述的安全注射器,其中该针座内设一挡板,并于该挡板上开设一穿孔,而该套塞前端设有一凸刺,且该凸刺外缘则以一胶塞包覆。
4、按权利要求1所述的安全注射器,其中该针座内不设挡板及穿孔。
5、按权利要求1所述的安全注射器,其中该针座包覆于针筒内,且针座内部设有一卡合槽,该卡合槽并以一穿孔贯穿针座后端,而该针筒内缘于针座的后侧环设有一第二挡止块,且该套塞前端设有一凸刺,凸刺的外缘则包覆有一胶塞。
