Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及优选用于夹住导管加长部分的软管夹。
背景技术
已经公开了这种软管夹,例如,在欧洲专利申请公开号EP 0 995 461A1中描述了一种软管夹,其包括本身呈长条形状的整体的塑料主体,该塑料主体具有两个在端部互相连接的夹臂。在这两个夹臂的内侧,两个夹臂各自形成一个凸起,这两个凸起在软管夹闭合状态下相互对置,并且这两个凸起的尺寸能使其挤压软管。在软管夹闭合的状态下,两个夹臂可以相互钩连在一起。在软管夹的前端和后端上,软管夹分别具有孔,通过所述孔,可以接纳软管如导管加长部分。
这类软管夹例如在腹膜透析领域中被用在导管加长部分上。此时,软管夹位于患者的腹部连接器处,用来打开和闭合位于腹部连接器上的导管加长部分。软管夹长期接触患者皮肤,所以对已知的夹具和原则上适用于此用途的、可在市场上买到的其它夹具来说,由于存在毛刺和棱边,从此常常对皮肤造成刺激。尺寸和形状也令患者感到不快。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是如此改进已知的软管夹,即患者在携带时不再觉得软管夹是令人不快的。
根据本发明,提供一种用于关闭导管加长部分的软管夹,包括呈长条状延伸的且具有两个夹臂的整体的塑料主体,所述两个夹臂在该软管夹的端部相互连接,每个所述夹臂分别形成一个凸起,在该软管夹闭合的状态下,所述两个凸起是相互对置的并且能钩连在一起,在该软管夹的前端和后端上分别设有孔,用于容纳软管,其特征在于,所述软管夹实际上呈两端经过切除的圆柱体形状,该圆柱体在朝向两端的方向上呈圆锥形逐渐变细,并且所述两端匹配于待插入的软管的圆形形状。
软管夹的这种新颖形状的构想在于其基本形状源于圆柱体,其两端设计成逐渐变细的圆锥形。为了能获得尽可能大的携带舒适性,软管夹的形状要匹配于软管的形状。
根据本发明的有利方案,软管夹所有的边缘区域均被倒圆,由此消除尖缘和尖角。
根据本发明的一个优选实施例,软管夹长度不超过软管直径的10倍。而且,被倒圆的塑料主体的半径在R20至R100之间是有利的。
此外,塑料主体按照相对纵轴线成5度至40度角的方式延伸向其两端部是有利的。这样,在软管和软管夹之间能够出现连续过渡。根据另一个优选方案,闭合状态下的软管夹的最外点到要置入的软管的中心的最大距离是软管直径的两倍。由此限定出细长形的软管夹,它不会再令患者觉得不快。
在两个夹臂的、原大致呈圆柱形的外表面上切削出手持面,以获得简便操作性能。
有利地,钩连机构一方面通过在软管夹端部上朝向夹臂自由端的凸起且另一方面通过在夹臂自由端上形成的抵接边来形成。在这里,在软管夹自由端上的凸起的上方形成操作面,软管夹的弹性端可以借助该操作面从锁紧位置偏移到解锁位置。由此一来,可以保证软管夹能够闭合和打开多次。

具体实施方式
图1中示出了一种根据本发明的一个实施例的软管夹10。软管夹10包括呈长条状延伸的整体的塑料主体,该塑料主体具有两个夹臂12和14。两个夹臂在软管夹的端部16相互连接,在卸载状态下,夹臂14相对夹臂12偏转角度a。在夹臂12和夹臂14上各有一个凸起18和20。可以借助这两个凸起将串到该软管夹上的软管段关闭。夹臂14可以克服端部16的弹力朝夹臂12方向转动,在闭合状态下,夹臂14与端部22互相钩连。钩连机构一方面通过在软管夹10的端部上朝向夹臂自由端的凸起24且另一方面通过在夹臂自由端上形成的抵接边26来形成。相互对应的斜面28和斜面30分别布置在抵接边26的前端上和凸起24的相应端上,所述斜面导致端部22在下压夹臂14时向外偏移,从而使抵接边26位于凸起24的下方,由此软管夹钩连并闭合。
此外,在软管夹的自由端上形成操作面32,该软管夹的弹性端22可以通过该操作面从锁紧位置偏移到解锁位置。
尤其可以从图4中看出,圆形孔34设置在前端部22的区域内,但是,圆形孔也设置在后端部16的区域内(在此没有详细示出),软管或导管通过所述圆孔置入软管夹中。
软管夹10具有近似于两端带有切除面的圆柱体的形状。圆柱体朝向端部16和端部22呈圆锥形逐渐变细,各端部16和22分别具有匹配于待置入的圆形软管的圆形形状。在这里,软管夹的所有边缘区都被倒圆,如根据图3的夹臂12的A-A截面图所示。
尤其可以从图5和图6中看出,分别在夹臂12和夹臂14的外周上形成了作为手持面36和38的平面部分,这样可以获得简便操作性能。

Claims (9)

1、一种用于关闭导管加长部分的软管夹,包括呈长条状延伸的且具有两个夹臂的整体的塑料主体,所述两个夹臂在该软管夹的端部相互连接,每个所述夹臂分别形成一个凸起,在该软管夹闭合的状态下,所述两个凸起是相互对置的并且能钩连在一起,在该软管夹的前端和后端上分别设有孔,用于容纳软管,其特征在于,所述软管夹实际上呈两端经过切除的圆柱体形状,该圆柱体在朝向两端的方向上呈圆锥形逐渐变细,并且所述两端匹配于待插入的软管的圆形形状。
2、根据权利要求1所述的软管夹,其特征在于,所述软管夹的所有边缘区域都被倒圆。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的软管夹,其特征在于,所述软管夹的长度不超过软管直径的10倍。
4、根据权利要求2所述的软管夹,其特征在于,被倒圆的所述塑料主体的半径在R20至R100之间。
5、根据权利要求1所述的软管夹,其特征在于,所述塑料主体以相对纵轴线成5度至40度的角度伸向两端。
6、根据权利要求1所述的软管夹,其特征在于,在闭合状态下的软管夹的最外点到待插入的软管的中心的最大距离是软管直径的两倍。
7、根据权利要求1所述的软管夹,其特征在于,在所述两个夹臂的外表面上切除出手持面。
8、根据权利要求1所述的软管夹,其特征在于,钩连机构一方面通过在该软管夹端部上朝向该夹臂的自由端的凸起且另一方面通过在该夹臂自由端上形成的抵接边来形成。
9、根据权利要求8所述的软管夹,其特征在于,在该软管夹的自由端上的凸起的上方形成操作面,该软管夹的弹性端能借助该操作面从锁紧位置偏移到解锁位置。
