技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有快速接合器和二氧化碳吸收器的呼吸装置,该二氧化碳吸收器具有与所述快速接合器互补的连接元件。
背景技术
DE 201 13 789 U1公开了一种具有一个基本单元和可与该基本单元连接的辅助仪器的医疗仪器。所述的辅助仪器是指软管系统、容器和医疗仪器工作所需的功能元件。在每个辅助仪器上都设有一个应答器,其含有关于辅助仪器类型和制造商的信息。该信息由一个固定在基本单元的应答器询问器检测,其中也可以通过应答器询问器将数据存储在应答器存储芯片上。通过设置在辅助仪器上的应答器,该基本单元随时都知道它配备了哪些辅助仪器。
在麻醉呼吸技术领域的医疗仪器中,在回吸工作(Rückatembetrieb)中,为将患者呼出的二氧化碳从呼吸气体中去除,需要二氧化碳吸收器。在此,提供有不同构造形式的二氧化碳吸收器。在一组吸收器中,打开吸收器外壳,将呼吸石灰作为松散材料填入。之后,呼吸石灰在使用后被清除,并用新的呼吸石灰代替。公知的还有一次性吸收器,其在使用后完全被清除。
在公知的二氧化碳吸收器中,通过视觉识别呼吸石灰变色来估计耗用。因为通常不能明确地识别变色的界限,所以用此方法只可以粗略估计耗用。因此在公知的仪器中常用的手段是定期更换呼吸器或呼吸器中的呼吸石灰。但这样只是部分地利用了呼吸石灰的容量,因为更换间隔根据最不利的工作状态来确定。
发明内容
本发明的任务是在更充分利用二氧化碳吸收器方面改善呼吸装置。
对该任务的解决方案由权利要求1的特征给出。
本发明的有利改进方案由从属权利要求给出。
本发明的优点主要在于,安置在呼吸装置上的二氧化碳吸收器具有一个带有存储芯片的应答器,在该存储芯片上存储有所用的吸收剂的具体信息以及当前的使用状态。设置在呼吸装置上的应答器询问器一方面从存储芯片读取数据,由呼吸装置的工作数据计算出当前的使用状态,该使用状态被存储回存储芯片。例如可以将没有发生二氧化碳吸收或发生少量二氧化碳吸收的准备就绪阶段或机械人工呼吸的持续时间作为工作数据检测。因为当前的使用状态存储回存储芯片,所以即使在二氧化碳吸收器连接到另一个呼吸装置上时也可以测得吸收器的耗用。因此可以跟踪二氧化碳吸收器的产品寿命,可以识别出有重叠的、不再可充分使用的二氧化碳吸收器。除了当前的使用状态外,合适的是在存储芯片上存储吸收器类型、所用呼吸石灰的类型、生产日期以及失效日期。
有利的是,在存储芯片上还附加地存储制造商代码。该制造商代码同样由应答器询问器检测,并在呼吸装置的处理单元中与允许的制造商代码列表比较。在一致的情况下,产生一个允许呼吸装置工作的释放信号。以这种方式达到了使只有授权供应商的附件才可以同呼吸装置连接。
有利的是,只有当二氧化碳吸收器的连接元件完全与呼吸装置的快速接合器啮合时才处理存储芯片的信息。为此,设计应答器询问器的天线和发送功率,从而使只有当二氧化碳吸收器啮合时才读取存储芯片的内容。在连接元件和快速接合器之间还可附加地存在机械编码,从而使吸收器为减小接口容差只有在优选位置时才可被导入。
合适的是,由通过二氧化碳吸收器的呼吸气体流量和二氧化碳吸收器入流侧的二氧化碳浓度来测得关于二氧化碳吸收器工作的信息。此外,还可以将所用的呼吸模式电括在工作数据的计算中。由工作数据和所用的呼吸石灰的具体信息、如类型和石灰体积可以在处理单元中测得呼吸器耗用程度,并在显示单元上以百分比表示的呼吸器耗用的形式显示。可用三个发光二极管实现对呼吸器耗用的简化显示。绿色发光二极管显示的是二氧化碳吸收器已做好工作准备。相对于此,黄色发光二极管指示的是呼吸器将要耗尽,当二氧化碳呼吸器不能再使用时激活红色发光二极管。

图1示意性示出了具有一个用于连接二氧化碳吸收器3的快速接合器2的呼吸装置1。该二氧化碳吸收器3具有一个与该快速接合器2互补的连接元件4,其与快速接合器2啮合。二氧化碳吸收器3上有一个具有存储芯片6和天线7的应答器5。在呼吸装置1上固定有一个应答器询问器8,其与处理单元9和显示单元10连接。应答器询问器8既可读取存储芯片6的数据,也可将当前的数据写入存储芯片6。条状线11表示应答器询问器8的有效距离。
图2示出呼吸装置1,其具有完全啮合在快速接合器2中的二氧化碳吸收器3啮合。在此,应答器5的天线7透入应答器询问器8的有效距离。
按照本发明的呼吸装置以如下方式进行工作:
在对二氧化碳吸收器3供货时,在应答器5的存储芯片6上存有吸收器类型、使用的呼吸石灰(Atemkalk)类型、制造商代码、生产日期、失效日期以及使用状态。使用状态、即呼吸器耗用程度在供货状态为0%,呼吸石灰的使用期间为生产日期和时效日期之间。根据图1和图2,二氧化碳吸收器3的连接元件4导入快速接合器2中,并通过摆动达到啮合。此时,应答器5的天线7进入应答器询问器8的读取区域。接着,首先将存储芯片6的数据读取到处理单元9中。在那里,在第一个步骤中,将制造商代码同允许的制造商代码列表进行比较。在结果为肯定时,检测是否还没有超过失效日期,之后产生一个允许呼吸仪器1工作的释放信号。
处理单元9持续地由未详细示出的传感器得到关于通过二氧化碳吸收器3的呼吸气体流量、二氧化碳吸收器3入流侧的二氧化碳浓度和设置的呼吸模式的信息。处理单元9由此计算出当前的使用状态,例如20%,并将其同呼吸装置1的仪器代码一起存储回存储芯片6中。二氧化碳吸收器3的当前使用状态以条图显示形式通过显示单元10输出。使用存储芯片6上的数据可以完整地监视二氧化碳吸收器3的产品寿命。

Claims (5)

1.呼吸装置,其具有:
快速接合器(2),
带有与快速接合器(2)互补的连接元件(4)的二氧化碳呼吸器(3),
在二氧化碳吸收器(3)上的应答器(5),
分配给该应答器(5)的存储芯片(6),存储芯片含有关于吸收剂的类型、使用期间和当前使用状态的信息,
在呼吸装置(1)上的应答器询问器(8),该应答器询问器(8)从存储芯片(6)中读取数据,并将在工作中获得的信息以当前的使用状态的形式存储回存储器芯片(6)中。
2.按权利要求1所述的呼吸装置,其特征在于显示单元(10),该显示单元(10)以吸收器耗用形式显示出更新后的使用状态。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的呼吸装置,其特征在于,在存储芯片(6)上,附加地存储有制造商代码,并且在处理单元(9)中将从存储芯片所接收的制造商代码同允许的制造商代码列表对比,并在一致的情况下,产生允许呼吸装置(1)工作的释放信号。
4.按权利要求1至2之一所述的呼吸装置,其特征在于,只有当连接元件(4)完全与快速接合器(2)啮合时,才处理存储芯片(6)的信息。
5.按权利要求1至2之一所述的呼吸装置,其特征在于,通过二氧化碳吸收器的呼吸气体流量和二氧化碳吸收器(3)入流侧的二氧化碳浓度来测得关于工作的信息。
