技术领域:
本发明涉及一种稳定的草甘膦制剂。
背景技术:
草甘膦是传导型广谱除草剂,其酸、水中溶解度仅为12g/L(25℃),因此通常将其制成水溶性盐,便于贮存、运输及使用,广泛运用的有草甘膦钠盐、钾盐、铵盐及有机胺盐,例异丙胺盐、乙醇胺盐等。
为了方便贮存、运输及使用,都希望制成高负载草甘膦盐制剂,但在实际生产制造过程中碰到许多困难:
草甘膦铵盐、钠盐本身溶解不大,液体制剂负载低,制成高负载干制剂需固体析出,干燥等过程又复杂;可制成相对高负载草甘膦钾盐、有机胺盐单盐液体盐,但由于草甘膦原药中的部分已知杂质例甲醛、甲酸等影响,使更高浓度单制剂盐不稳定,产生浑浊、沉淀或长期存放后草甘膦含量降低等。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种可长期稳定贮存的高负载草甘膦盐稳定液体。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种高负载草甘膦盐稳定液体,其特征是:有草甘膦盐,草甘膦盐中加有稳定剂。
草甘膦盐是草甘膦钾盐,稳定剂是含氨基化合物。含氨基化合物是氨、异丙胺或乙醇胺。含氨基化合物的量按重量计为草甘膦钾盐的0.1~0.2%。
草甘膦盐是草甘膦异丙胺盐或草甘膦乙醇胺盐,稳定剂是氢氧化钾。氢氧化钾的量按重量计为草甘膦异丙胺盐或草甘膦乙醇胺盐量的0.2~0.5%。
草甘膦盐是草甘膦钾盐,稳定剂是草甘膦异丙胺盐或草甘膦乙醇胺盐。草甘膦钾盐与草甘膦异丙胺盐或草甘膦乙醇胺盐的用量比为1~10:10~1。
本发明可有效避免草甘膦甲盐使有效含量降低的现象;可有效防止草甘膦异丙胺盐长期贮存后出现浑浊或沉淀的现象,可长期稳定贮存。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:
将草甘膦原药按常规方法制得浓度为50~75%w/w的钾盐,然后在草甘膦钾盐中加入0.1~0.2%(可以是0.1%、0.15%、0.2%)的氨(或异丙胺、乙醇胺等含氨基的化合物),即得高负载草甘膦钾盐稳定液体。
实施例2:
将草甘膦原药按常规方法制得浓度为41~65%的草甘膦异丙胺盐,然后在草甘膦异丙胺盐中盐中加入0.2~0.5%(可以是0.2%、0.35%、0.5%)的氢氧化钾,即得高负载草甘膦盐稳定液体。
实施例3:
将按常规方法制得的草甘膦钾盐与草甘膦异丙胺盐或草甘膦乙醇胺盐按为1~10:10~1(例1:10、1:5、1:1、5:1、10:1)的重量比进行混合,即得高负载草甘膦盐稳定液体。

Claims (4)

1、一种高负载草甘膦盐稳定液体,其特征是:有草甘膦盐,草甘膦盐中加有稳定剂;草甘膦盐为草甘膦钾盐时,稳定剂为氨、异丙胺、乙醇胺、草甘膦异丙胺盐或草甘膦乙醇胺盐;草甘膦盐为草甘膦异丙胺盐或草甘膦乙醇胺盐时,稳定剂为氢氧化钾。
2、根据权利要求1所述的高负载草甘膦盐稳定液体,其特征是:草甘膦盐为草甘膦钾盐时,稳定剂为含氨基化合物是氨、异丙胺或乙醇胺,且稳定剂的量按重量计为草甘膦钾盐的0.1~0.2%。
3、根据权利要求1所述的高负载草甘膦盐稳定液体,其特征是:氢氧化钾的量按重量计为草甘膦异丙胺盐或草甘膦乙醇胺盐量的0.2~0.5%。
4、根据权利要求1所述的高负载草甘膦盐稳定液体,其特征是:草甘膦盐是草甘膦钾盐,稳定剂是草甘膦异丙胺盐或草甘膦乙醇胺盐,草甘膦钾盐与草甘膦异丙胺盐或草甘膦乙醇胺盐的用量比按重量计为1~10:10~1。
