城市污水和很多工业废水,多含有较高浓度的氮磷营养盐,将它们排放到天 然水体,会引起严重的环境污染问题。因此,污水脱氮除磷是污水处理关键之一。

本发明针对上述问题,提出了一项减少有机物好氧氧化,以提供更多有机物用于除磷脱氮,同时減少供氧,提高污水生物处理脱氮除磷效率的方法。

根据本发明,在要求高除去率同时除去氮磷营养盐时,系统由吸附池,沉淀 池,再生池,选择池,除磷池,硝化池,反贿化池及水解酸化池组成。污水首先 进入吸附池,与再生池回流的污泥混合,通过活性污泥生物和物理吸附等过程除 去污水中胶体和颗粒性污染物;少量供氧,使吸附池溶解氧浓度低于lmg/1, 一 方面氧化除去溶解性易降解有机物,另 一方面,颗粒性有机物在低溶解氧浓度下, 水解速率下降,同时污水在吸附池中停留时间短,仅0.25-1. 5小时,相比通常 的除磷脱氮系统,停留时间至少为4-8小时,停留时间大大减少,这大大减少 了通过颗粒性有机物水解产生的快速降解有机物量,从而减少了耗氧量,使胶体 和颗粒性有机物主要通过吸附沉淀从污水中除去;而且反应器采用低溶解氧浓度 使充氧效率提高。通常的活性污泥法中,60 - 90%胶体和颗粒性有机物是通过水 解氧化去除的,与此相对照,本发明的方法,仅有10-30%的胶体和颗粒性有 机物是通过水解氧化除去的,70 - 90%是通过吸附沉淀从污水中去除的。混合液 从吸附池排出到沉淀池,实现泥水分离,上清液进入硝化池硝化,再进入反硝化 池实现脱氮后排出。沉淀池剩余污泥进入水解酸化池进行厌氧水解,产生易降解 有机物包括挥发性有机酸,然后水解酸化池内剩余污泥排出进入污泥处理系统, 含有挥发性有机酸的水解酸化池上清液同时由于除磷菌在厌氧条件下释放磷,含 有溶解性磷,进入除磷池进行化学除磷,产生的除磷污泥排出,上清液进入选择 池;沉淀池另 一部分部分污泥回流和除磷池排出的含挥发性有;f几酸的部分上清液 共同进入选择池,选择池工作在厌氧环境,除磷菌能够吸收挥发性有机酸,用于 好氧阶段高速生长,从而使除磷菌成为系统的优势菌种。选择池排出的泥水混合 液进入再生池,通过高速充氧再生后,进入吸附池。除磷池排出的含挥发性有机 酸的另 一部分上清液进入反硝化池促进反确化。各阶段的污水停留时间为:吸附 池的停留时间为15 - 90分钟,沉淀池的停留时间为1 - 6小时,采用生物膜法硝 化池和反硝化池,污水的停留时间分别为0. 5 - 3小时和1-5小时;泥水混合液 的停留时间分别为:再生池为3-9小时,水解酸化池的停留时间为3-9小时,除磷池的停留时间为0. 2-3小时,选择池的停留时间为1-5小时。
本发明在好氧阶段主要通过吸附方法除去难降解,胶体和颗粒态有机物,减 少了需氧量,节约了能源;而且通过在水解池内对含有大量吸附有机物的活性污 泥进行厌氧水解获得挥发性有机酸,成为良好的除磷脱氮碳源,这使得污水中相 当一部分有机物得到利用,提高了除磷脱氮效率。本发明方法中另外一个优势是 不需设置初沉池,污水经格栅和沉砂池,就可釆用本发明方法进行处理。另夕卜, 除磷池产生的除磷污泥含磷量高,可以利用它作为肥料。
如果污水的脱氮要求较低而除磷要求较高时,可以取消反硝化池,除磷池上 清液全部进入选择池。
上述两种方案中,还可以取消除磷池,水解酸化池上清液不经除磷处理,直 接进入选择池或/和反硝化池。
上述四种方案中,还可以将选择池置于再生池后,来自沉淀池的回流污泥直 接进入再生池,再到选择池;污水也可以改为直接进入选择池,适当延长选择池 停留时间,完成污水中快速降解有机物转化为挥发性有机酸及除磷菌厌氧吸收挥 发性有机酸两个过程,这时除磷池大部分或全部上清液进入反贿化池,这一方法 在污水中总氮含量高,需要更多的有机质用于脱氮时,优先选用。
如果污水的除磷要求较低而脱氮要求较高时,系统取消选择池和除磷池,由 吸附池,沉淀池,再生池,硝化池,反硝化池及水解酸化池组成,污水首先进入 吸附池,与再生池回流的污泥混合,停留时间约0. 5-1小时,少量供氧,保持 溶解氧浓度在lmg/1以下,氧化溶解性易降解有机物,颗粒性有机物在低溶解氧 浓度下,水解速率下降,这减少了通过氧化除去颗粒性有机物量,使颗粒性有机 物主要通过吸附沉淀除去;低溶解氧浓度还使充氧效率提高。混合液从吸附池排 出到沉淀池,实现泥水分离,上清液进入硝化池硝化,再进入反贿化池实现脱氮。 沉淀池剩余污泥进入水解酸化池进4于厌氧水解,产生挥发性有^几酸上清液,然后 污泥排出,沉淀池另一部分部分污泥回流进入再生池,通过高速充氧再生后,和 待处理污水共同进入吸附池,水解酸化^4非出的含挥发性有机酸的上清液进入反 硝化池用于反硝化脱氮。在本工艺中,由于吸附池工作在低溶解氧条件下,有利于兼性菌如除磷菌生长,同时由于系统产泥量大,有利于除磷,因此,系统有相 当好的除磷能力。
所述硝化池和反硝化池可采用各种类型反应器,其中曝气生物滤池是较好的 选择,可提供高浓度活性污泥,反应器休积小,同时利用出水进行反冲洗,反冲 洗水进入沉淀池,不需设置终沉池。
上述方案中,控制吸附池溶解氧浓度在0. 2-0. 5rag/1,能够减少颗粒性有 机物水解,是更好的方案。

实施例1 参见图1。
系统由吸附池,沉淀池,再生池,选择池,除磷池,硝化池,反硝化池及水 解酸化池组成,污水首先ii^吸附池,与再生池回流的污泥混合,通过吸附等过 程除去污水中颗粒性污染物,采用曝气机曝气,使吸附池溶解氧浓度为0. 2-0. 5mg/1,污7K停留时间为45分钟。混合液从吸附池排出到沉淀池,沉淀池停留 时间为2小时,实现泥水分离,上清液进入曝气生物滤池硝化,再进入反硝化曝 气生物滤池实现脱氮,停留时间分别为1小时和1.5小时。沉淀池排出的污泥 70%进入水解酸化池进行厌氧水解,停留时间为5-6小时,产生挥发性有机酸, 然后污泥排出进入污泥处理系统;由于除磷菌在厌氧条件下容易释放磷,含有挥 发性有机酸的水解酸化池上清液同时含有溶解性磷,进入除磷池进行化学除磷, 停留时间为1小时;沉淀池其余部分污泥回流和除磷池排出的含挥发性有机酸的 部分上清液共同进入选择池,选择池工作在厌氧环境,停留时间为2小时。选择池排出的混合液进入再生池,通过微孔膝气高速充氧再生;除磷池排出的含挥发 性有机酸的另一部分上清液ii^反銪化池,投加量根据除磷脱氮效果确定。在污 水含磷5mg/i,氨氮30mg/l, BOD5150mg/l条件下,除磷池上清液40%投加到反硝 化池,其余投加到选择池,出7jc磷含量为0. 6mg/1,总氮为8mg/1, B0Ds为18mg/l。
实施例2 参见图2。
系统由吸附池,沉淀池,再生池,选择池,除磷池,硝化池及水解酸化池组 成,污水首先iiA吸附池,与选择池回流的污泥混合,通过吸附等过程除去污水 中颗粒性污染物,釆用啄气机曝气,使吸附池溶解氧浓度为0. 2-0. 5mg/1,污 7K停留时间为45分钟。混合液从吸附池排出到沉淀池,沉淀池停留时间为2小 时,实现泥7K分离,上清液进入膝气生物滤池贿化,停留时间为l小时,出水直 接排入到天然水体,沉淀池排出的占污泥总量70%的剩余污泥进入水解酸化池 进行厌氧水解,停留时间为4小时,产生挥发性有机酸,然后污泥排出进入污泥 处理系统,含有挥发性有机酸的水解酸化池上清液同时由于除磷菌在厌氧条件下 释放磷,含有溶解性磷,it^除磷池进行化学除磷,停留时间为1小时,沉淀池 其余部分污泥回流进入再生池,通过微孔曝气高速充氧再生,然后和除磷池排出 的含挥发性有机酸的上清液共同进入选择池,选择池工作在厌氧环境,停留时间 为2小时。在污水含磷5mg/l,氨氮30mg/l,BOD5150mg/l条件下,出水磷含量为 0. 5mg/1,总氮为15迈g/l,B0Ds为16mg/l。
实施例3 参见图3。
系统由吸附池,沉淀池,再生池,硝化池,反硝化池及水解酸化池组成,污 水首先进入吸附池,与再生池回流的污泥混合,通过吸附等过程除去污水中颗粒 性污染物,采用膝气机膝气,使吸附池溶解氧浓度为0.2-0.5mg/1,污7jc停留 时间为45分钟。混合液从吸附池排出到沉淀池,沉淀池停留时间为2小时,实 现泥水分离,上清液进入啄气生物滤池硝化,再进入反硝化曝气生物滤池实现脱 氮,停留时间分别为1小时和1. 5小时。沉淀池排出的污泥70%进入水解酸化池进行厌氧水解,停留时间为5小时,产生的上清液含挥发性有机酸,进入反贿 化池,污泥则排出进入污泥处理系统,沉淀池其余部分污泥回流进入再生池,通 过微孔曝气高速充氧再生后进入吸附池。在污水含磷5mg/l,氨氮 30mg/l,BOD5150mg/l条件下,出水磷含量为1.45mg/l,总氮为4mg/l,B0D5为 16mg/l。
实施例4 参见图4。
系统由吸附池,沉淀池,再生池,选择池,除磷池,硝化池,反硝化池及水 解酸化池组成,污水首先进入选择池,与再生池回流的污泥混合,停留时间为 2. 5小时,实现厌氧条件下快速降解有机物发酵产生挥发性有机酸及除磷菌吸收 有机酸等,然后共同进入吸附池,通过吸附等过程除去污水中颗粒性污染物,采 用表面曝气机曝气,使吸附池溶解氧浓度为0.2-0. 5mg/1,污水停留时间为45 分钟。混合液从吸附池排出到沉淀池,沉淀池停留时间为2小时,实现泥水分离, 上清液进入曝气生物滤池硝化,再进入反硝化咏气生物滤池实现脱氮,停留时间 分别为1小时和1.5小时。沉淀池排出的污泥70%进入水解酸化池进行厌氧水 解,停留时间为5-6小时,产生挥发性有才几酸,然后污泥排出进入污泥处理系 统,含有挥发性有机酸的水解酸化池上清液同时由于除磷菌在厌氧条件下释放 磷,含有溶解性磷,进入除磷池进行化学除磷,停留时间为l小时,沉淀池其余 部分污泥回流进入再生池,通过微孔咏气高速充氧再生。除磷池排出的含挥发性 有机酸的上清液进入反硝化池,投加量根据除磷脱氮效果确定。在污水含磷 5mg/l,氨氮30mg/l,BOD5150mg/l条件下,上清液投加到反硝化池,出7JC磷含量 为0. 8mg/1,总氮为5mg/l,B0Ds为18mg/l。
Claims (10)
1、一种污染水除磷脱氮生物处理方法,其特征在于系统由吸附池,沉淀池,再生池,选择池,除磷池,硝化池,反硝化池及水解酸化池组成,污水首先进入吸附池,与再生池的回流污泥混合,少量供氧,使污染物通过吸附氧化除去;混合液从吸附池排出到沉淀池,实现泥水分离,上清液进入硝化池硝化,再进入反硝化池实现脱氮后排出;沉淀池部分污泥进入水解酸化池进行厌氧水解,产生挥发性有机酸,然后污泥排出进入污泥处理系统,含有挥发性有机酸的水解酸化池上清液进入除磷池进行化学除磷;沉淀池另一部分污泥回流,和除磷池排出的含挥发性有机酸的部分上清液共同进入选择池,选择池工作在厌氧环境;选择池排出的混合液进入再生池,通过高速充氧再生;除磷池排出的含挥发性有机酸的另一部分上清液进入反硝化池促进反硝化。
2、 一种污染水除^l脱氮生物处理方法,其特征在于系统由吸附池,沉淀池, 再生池,选择池,除磷池,硝化池,及水解S臾化池组成,污水首先进入吸附池, 与再生池的回流污泥混合,少量供氧,使污染物通过吸附氧化除去;混合液从吸 附池排出到沉淀池,实现泥水分离,上清液进入硝化池硝化后后直接排入到天然 水体;沉淀池部分污泥进入水解酸化池进行厌氧水解,产生挥发性有机酸,然后 污泥排出进入污泥处理系统,含有挥发性有机酸的水解酸化池上清液进入除磷池 进行化学除磷;沉淀池另一部分污泥回流,进入选择池,选择池工作在厌氧环境; 选择池排出的混合液进入再生池,通过高速充氧再生;除磷池上清液全部进入选 择池。
3、 一种污染水除磷脱氮生物处理方法,其特征在于系统由吸附池,沉淀池, 再生池,选择池,硝化池,反硝化池及水解酸化池组成,污水首先进入吸附池, 与再生池的回流污泥混合,少量供氧,使污染物通过吸附氧化除去;混合液从吸 附池排出到沉淀池,实现泥水分离,上清液进入硝化池硝化,再进入反硝化池实 现脱氮后排出;沉淀池部分污泥进入水解酸化池进行厌氧水解,产生挥发性有机 酸,然后污泥排出进入污泥处理系统,水解酸化池产生的上清液直接进入选择池, 进行微生物吸收挥发性有机酸过程,再进入再生池;沉淀池另一部分污泥回流进 入选择池,选择池工作在厌氧环境;选择池排出的混合液进入再生池,通过高速 充氧再生。
4、 一种污染水除磷脱氮生物处理方法,其特征在于系统由吸附池,沉淀池, 再生池,硝化池,反硝化池及水解酸化池组成,污水首先进入吸附池,与再生池的回流污泥混合,少量供氧,使污染物通过吸附氧化除去;混合液从吸附池排出到沉淀池,实现泥水分离,上清液进入硝化池硝化,再进入反硝化池实现脱氮后排出;沉淀池部分污泥进入水解酸化池进行厌氧水解,产生挥发性有机酸,然后 污泥排出进入污泥处理系统,沉淀池另 一部分污泥回流进入再生池,通过高速充 氧再生后,直接进入吸附池,水解酸化池排出的含挥发性有机酸的上清液进入反 滩化池用于反硝化脱氮。
5、 根据权利要求1-3之一所述的方法,其特征在于,将选择池置于再生池 后,来自沉淀池的回流污泥直接进入再生池,再到选"t奪池,然后和污水共同进入 吸附池。
6、 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于污水全部或部分直接进入选择 池,然后从选择池再进入吸附池,除磷池大部分或全部上清液进入反硝化池。
7、 才艮据权利要求书1、 3、 4之一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述硝化池和 反硝化池采用曝气生物滤池。
8、 根据权利要求书4所述的方法,其特征在于,沉淀池排出的回流到再生 池的污泥占污泥总体积的20-60°/。。
9、 根据权利要求1-4之一所述的方法,其特征在于使吸附池溶解氧浓度低 于1mg/1。
10、 根据权利要求书1所述的方法,其特征在于各阶段的污水停留时间为: 吸附池的停留时间为15-90分钟,沉淀池的停留时间为1-6小时,硝化池和反硝 化池的停留时间为0. 5-3小时和1-5小时;泥水混合液的停留时间分别为:再生 池为3-9小时,水解S臾化池的停留时间为3-9小时,除磷池的停留时间为0. 2-3 小时,选择池的停留时间为1-5小时。
