Description
技术领域：
本发明属于植物的防护技术领域，涉及一种化学阻燃剂，特别是一种森林、草原防火专用阻燃液。
背景技术：
森林、草原防火是一道世界性难题。森林防火是在有生命的活体植物上进行，它不同于在无生命的物体上防火；森林防火剂是在森林生态环境中使用，要做到既能长期有效，又不对环境产生破坏，这是非常困难的。
中国专利“森林和草原防火、灭火剂”(CN88103151)公开了一种防火剂组方，其成分只有一种：水玻璃；该发明无论从防火的效果、附着性、持久性、耐寒性等各方面都无法达到森林防火剂的要求。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是克服现有技术缺陷，提供一种高效、性优、与环境友好的森林、草原防火专用阻燃液。
本发明的目的按下述方案实现：一种森林、草原防火专用阻燃液，是由以下固体和液体原料混合制成的水基乳液：碱土金属盐，硼酸，精制石英粉，粉状氯化石蜡，空心微珠，渗透剂，尿素，水溶胶，兽骨活性炭；
上述水溶胶是骨胶；
上述渗透剂是渗透剂M；
上述渗透剂是渗透剂JFC；
上述碱土金属盐是氯化镁；
上述碱土金属盐是氯化钙；
所述各原料的混合重量配比为：碱土金属盐：30％，硼酸6％，精制石英粉14％，粉状氯化石蜡12％，空心微珠10％，渗透剂3％，尿素12％，水溶胶3％，兽骨活性炭10％。
本发明经宁夏森林保护研究中心和国家固定灭火系统和耐火材料构件质量监督检验中心试验证明具有以下四大优点：
1、产品具有在环保基础上和植物生长融合的性能。
本发明具备了无毒、无污染的特性，对植物生长无任何不良影响，通过对喷洒阻燃液后织物的外观、萌芽期、展叶期、开花期的比照试验，证明无明显差异；对树木的生长量和种子发芽率，阻燃液处理的比照试验，证明也无明显差异；对昆虫、蜘蛛等其它生物生命活动也无明显影响。
2、实现了阻燃温度的重大突破。
在燃烧时间达到20分钟，火焰温度达到760℃时，经阻燃液处理的活体松柏枝和枯枝无明显的明火燃烧现象。
3、提高了产品附着力。
用阻燃液处理过的树枝在水中浸泡100分钟，在燃烧时间达到00秒钟，火焰温度达到500℃时，无明显的命火燃烧现象，辐照能力达到65.7％。
4、产品抗寒性能优越。
本发明在-55℃时，仍然保持液态。
具体实施方式：
实施例1：
按以下重量配比准备原料：氯化镁：30％，硼酸6％，精制石英粉14％，粉状氯化石蜡12％，空心微珠10％，渗透剂M3％，尿素12％，骨胶3％，兽骨活性炭10％；以上原料充分混合后，加入总重量30％的水进一步混合均匀，即为产品，使用时将其喷洒在森林、草原的树木或林草的表面，就可以达到防火、阻燃的目的。
实施例2：
按以下重量配比准备原料：氯化钙：30％，硼酸6％，精制石英粉14％，粉状氯化石蜡12％，空心微珠10％，渗透剂JFC3％，尿素12％，骨胶3％，兽骨活性炭10％；以上原料充分混合后，加入总重量30％的水进一步混合均匀，即为产品，使用时将其喷洒在森林、草原的树木或林草的表面，就可以达到防火、阻燃的目的。

1、一种森林、草原防火专用阻燃液，其特征在于按以下重量配比准备原料：氯化镁：30％，硼酸6％，精制石英粉14％，粉状氯化石蜡12％，空心微珠10％，渗透剂M3％，尿素12％，骨胶3％，兽骨活性炭10％；以上原料充分混合后，加入总重量30％的水进一步混合均匀，即为产品。
2、一种森林、草原防火专用阻燃液，其特征在于按以下重量配比准备原料：氯化钙：30％，硼酸6％，精制石英粉14％，粉状氯化石蜡12％，空心微珠10％，渗透剂JFC3％，尿素12％，骨胶3％，兽骨活性炭10％；以上原料充分混合后，加入总重量30％的水进一步混合均匀，即为产品。
