Abstract

一种照射角度可调的灯泡,包括灯头以及与灯头连接的灯泡主体,灯头与灯泡主体之间通过波纹管连接在一起,所述波纹管在伸缩、弯曲后可发生塑性变形。本发明通过弯曲、伸缩所述波纹管,可以方便地调整灯泡主体的照射角度,提高了灯泡的使用灵活性。

技术领域
本发明涉及灯泡结构。
背景技术
灯泡的总体结构包括灯头以及与灯头连接的灯泡主体。在已有技术中,灯泡的灯头与灯泡主体固定成一体,一旦将灯泡插入灯具的插座,灯泡的照射角度就已固定。要想调节灯泡的照射角度只能依赖于灯具的插座具有活动功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种照射角度可调的灯泡。
本发明是这样实现的:照射角度可调的灯泡包括灯头以及与灯头连接的灯泡主体,其主要特点在灯头与灯泡主体之间通过波纹管连接在一起,所述波纹管在伸缩、弯曲后可发生塑性变形。将灯泡插入灯具的插座后,只要弯曲、伸缩所述波纹管,就可以调整灯泡主体的照射角度,十分方便。
本发明的优点是即使灯具不能活动,也能方便地调节灯泡的照射角度,提高了灯泡的使用灵活性。

具体实施方式
图1至图4分别表示不同类型灯泡的外形结构。这些灯泡的共同特点都包括有灯头1以及与灯头连接的灯泡主体,不同点仅在于灯头类型和灯泡主体的结构不同。图1的灯头1采用GU10型标准灯头,其灯泡主体2是一个以玻璃制成的泡壳,内含发光灯丝;图2所示的灯泡采用标准的螺纹型灯头1,其灯泡主体2是一个反光灯杯,灯杯内可以安装更小的白炽灯泡或者多个发光二极管;图3所示的灯泡采用GX5.3型标准灯头1,其灯泡主体由塑料壳3、铝型材4等零件组装而成,灯泡主体内安装有多个发光二极管以及相关的驱动电路板;图4所示的灯泡采用标准的螺纹型灯头1,其灯泡主体包括一个塑料壳体5以及荧光玻璃管6,塑料壳体5内安装有电子镇流器。上述各种类型的灯头和灯泡主体可完全采用与现有技术相同的结构,而且各种类型的灯头和灯泡主体可以掉换搭配。本发明的特点在于,无论采用何种类型的灯头和灯泡主体,灯头与灯泡主体之间都是通过波纹管7连接在一起,波纹管7在伸缩、弯曲后可发生塑性变形。波纹管7可以是薄壁塑料管、薄壁铝管等。通过弯曲波纹管7,如图5所示,或者压缩波纹管7,如图6所示,使波纹管产生塑性变形,就可以改变灯泡主体在灯具中的方位,从而调整灯泡主体的照射角度。波纹管7与灯头、灯泡主体之间的连接方式可采用粘胶粘接、焊接等常规连接方式。
本发明的保护范围不受上述灯头类型和灯泡主体结构类型的限制,所有覆盖了权利要求所述技术特征的变化或变形都属于本发明的保护范围。

1、一种照射角度可调的灯泡,包括灯头以及与灯头连接的灯泡主体,其特征是:灯头与灯泡主体之间通过波纹管连接在一起,所述波纹管在伸缩、弯曲后可发生塑性变形。
