Abstract

本发明涉及互通无线局域网技术,公开了一种互通无线局域网中服务质量修改方法,使得可以在业务进行中对QoS进行修改。本发明中,提出了一个修改业务QoS参数的完整流程:由用户设备或网络侧功能实体发起修改流程,PDG、AAA服务器和可选的PDF、AF协商确定授权给用户的QoS参数,再将其通知需要实施服务质量的网络实体。在通知前还可以和需要实施服务质量的网络实体协商QoS参数。

Description

互通无线局域网中服务质量修改方法
技术领域
本发明涉及互通无线局域网技术,特别涉及互通无线局域网中对正在进行的业务修改服务质量的技术。
背景技术
无线局域网(Wireless Local Area Network,简称“WLAN”)是有线局域网的扩展。它是在有线局域网的基础上,通过无线集线器(Hub)、无线接入点、无线网桥、无线网卡和天线等设备使无线通信得以实现。无线局域网采用的传输媒体主要有微波和红外线(Infrared)脉冲,将数据分组(包)转换为微波电波或红外线脉冲提供局域网的各种功能。任何一台个人电脑(PC),装上无线网卡就可以通过WLAN的无线接入点(Access Point,简称“AP”)去享用局域网的资源,甚至还可以享用因特网(Internet)上的资源。
无线局域网包括多种不同技术,目前应用较为广泛的一个技术标准是电子和电气工程师协会(Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers,简称“IEEE”)制定的IEEE802.11b,它采用2.4GHz频段,最高数据传输速率可达11Mbps,使用该频段的还有IEEE 802.11g和蓝牙(Bluetooth)技术,其中,802.11g最高数据传输速率可达54Mbps。其它新技术诸如IEEE 802.11a和ETSI BRAN Hiperlan2都使用5GHz频段,最高传输速率也可达到54Mbps。
随着WLAN技术的兴起和发展,WLAN与各种无线移动通信网,诸如:全球移动通信系统(Global System for mobile Communications,简称“GSM”)、码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,简称“CDMA”)系统、宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,简称“WCDMA”)系统、时分同步码分多址(Time Division Synchronous Code Division MultipleAccess,简称“TD-SCDMA”)系统、CDMA2000系统的互通正成为当前研究的重点。
互通无线局域网(Interworking WLAN,简称“I-WLAN”)是WLAN和其它无线移动通信网互联而产生的网络。在第三代合作伙伴项目(3rdGeneration Partnership Project,简称“3GPP”)标准化组织中,用户设备可以通过WLAN的接入网络与因特网、企业内部互联网(Intranet)相连,还可以经由WLAN接入网络与3GPP系统的归属网络或3GPP系统的访问网络连接,具体地说就是,WLAN用户设备在本地接入时,经由WLAN接入网络与3GPP的归属网络相连;在漫游时,经由WLAN接入网络与3GPP的访问网络相连,3GPP访问网络中的部分实体分别与3GPP归属网络中的相应实体互连,比如:3GPP访问网络中的3GPP认证授权和计费(AuthenticationAuthorization and Accounting,简称“AAA”)代理和3GPP归属网络中的3GPP AAA服务器;3GPP网络中的无线局域网接入网关(WLAN AccessGateway,简称“WAG”)与3GPP网络中的分组数据网关(Packet DataGateway,简称“PDG”)等等。
下面结合图1、图2和图3介绍非漫游和漫游两种状态下I-WLAN的基本模型。
图1示出了非漫游状态下的基本模型。WLAN UE(User Equipment用户设备)接入到WLAN,WLAN还和Internet/Intranet、3GPP归属网络相连,UE可以通过WLAN访问Internet/Intranet或接入3GPP归属网络。具体地说,WLAN通过Wa接口和3GPP AAA服务器连接、通过Wn接口和WAG连接。在3GPP归属网络中,3GPP AAA服务器又分别和签约定位功能(SubscriptionLocator Function,简称“SLF”)、归属签约用户服务器(Home Subscriber Server,简称“HSS”)、归属位置寄存器(Home Location Register,简称“HLR”)、离线计费系统(Offline Charging System)、在线计费系统(Online ChargingSystem,简称“OCS”)、PDG、WAG相连接。PDG还一方面和WAG连接,一方面和外部网络连接。在UE和PDG之间可以建立隧道,有了这个隧道,WLAN和WAG对UE和PDG是透明的。
图2示出了一种漫游状态下的基本模型,该模型和非漫游状态的基本模型相比,区别在于WLAN并不是直接和3GPP归属网络相连的,而是通过了3GPP访问网络的中转。具体地说,WLAN分别通过Wa接口和Wn接口和3GPP访问网络中的3GPP AAA代理、WAG连接。该WAG和3GPP归属网络中的PDG连接,3PAA代理和3GPP归属网络中的3GPP AAA服务器连接。同样地,在UE和PDG之间可以建立隧道,有了这个隧道,WLAN和WAG对UE和PDG是透明的。
图3示出了另一种漫游状态下的基本模型,在该模型中,3GPP归属网络中的3GPP AAA服务器与3GPP访问网络中的3GPP AAA代理连接,3GPPAAA代理又分别和WLAN以及3GPP访问网络中的WAG、PDG连接。同样地,在UE和PDG之间也可以建立隧道,有了这个隧道,WLAN和WAG对UE和PDG是透明的。
在上述的模型中,为了向用户提供高质量的基于分组交换的电信服务,就必须要能够保障端到端的服务质量(Quality of Service,简称“QoS”),即在WLAN UE和PDG也要提供QoS保障。这种QoS保障分为两个层面,一个层面是高层的实体间的QoS协商,使WLAN UE和PDG之间的各个实体对向用户提供的QoS参数达成一致,另一个层面就是在传输时如何实现相应的QoS参数。目前,在WLAN UE和PDG之间并没有一种明确的机制来提供QoS协商和保障,这样对于很多要求QoS保障的业务,例如IMS业务,就不能很好的支持。对于前一个层面,即QoS协商层面,又包括两个方面:业务建立时的QoS协商和业务进行时QoS修改的处理。本发明的技术方案主要针对后者,即业务进行时QoS修改的处理。
目前公开的文献中没有I-WLAN中业务进行时QoS修改的方法。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种互通无线局域网中服务质量修改方法,使得可以在业务进行中对QoS进行修改。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种互通无线局域网中服务质量修改方法,包含以下步骤:
A在业务进行时,用户设备或网络侧功能实体作为发起设备发起服务质量参数修改流程;
B用于决策服务质量的第一设备根据所述修改流程的发起设备所要求的服务质量参数,以及用户的签约信息,确定授权给该用户终端的服务质量参数;
C将授权给该用户终端的服务质量参数通知给需要实施服务质量的网络实体。
其中,所述第一设备是认证授权和计费服务器。
此外在所述方法中,所述第一设备是分组数据网关,该分组数据网关通过与认证授权和计费服务器的交互,从认证授权和计费服务器获取用户的签约信息。
此外在所述方法中,所述需要实施服务质量的网络实体包含以下之一或其任意组合:
无线局域网接入网关、无线局域网、认证授权和计费服务器、以及认证授权和计费代理。
此外在所述方法中,通过分组数据网关或认证授权和计费服务器将所述授权给该用户终端的服务质量参数通知给需要实施服务质量的网络实体;
其中,由分组数据网关将授权给该用户终端的服务质量参数通知给用户设备。
此外在所述方法中,发起服务质量参数修改流程的所述网络侧功能实体可以是以下之一:
无线局域网、无线局域网接入网关、认证授权和计费服务器、认证授权和计费代理、分组数据网关、策略决定功能、或应用功能。

此外在所述方法中,如果互通系统支持策略控制框架,则所述分组数据网关、认证授权和计费服务器、策略决定功能、和应用功能共同协商确定授权给用户终端的服务质量参数;
所述分组数据网关和所述认证授权和计费服务器之间的授权主要涉及所述用户设备和分组数据网关之间承载的服务质量的授权和限制;
所述分组数据网关、策略决定功能和应用功能间的协商是业务/会话层面的协商交互和授权,包含:策略决定功能和应用功能间就业务/会话层之间的服务质量参数进行交互,以及策略决定功能在将业务/会话层面的服务质量信息、策略信息映射成为承载层的服务质量参数后传递给分组数据网关。
此外在所述方法中,还包含以下步骤:
所述第一设备判断收到的所述服务质量参数修改请求中的服务质量要求是否和当前隧道的属性存在冲突,如果是则直接或间接地向所述修改流程的发起设备返回拒绝服务质量修改的消息,其中可包含拒绝的原因;
所述第一设备判断收到的所述服务质量参数修改请求中的服务质量要求和所述认证授权和计费服务器中存贮的用户服务质量信息是否不兼容,如果是则将拒绝服务质量修改的消息返回给修改流程的发起设备,该消息中可包含拒绝的原因。
此外在所述方法中,所述第一设备在拒绝所述服务质量参数修改请求后,可以执行以下操作:
维持当前的服务质量;
断开业务/隧道连接;或
根据网络侧的配置执行相应的操作。
此外在所述方法中,在所述步骤B和C之间,所述方法还可包含以下步骤:
D所述第一设备询问相应的无线局域网和无线局域网接入网关是否可接受所述授权的服务质量参数,再据返回的应答确定最终的服务质量参数。
此外在所述方法中,所述步骤C中,当通过所述认证授权和计费服务器转发服务质量参数通知时,该认证授权和计费服务器可以采用以下方式之一处理:
将来自所述分组数据网关的服务质量参数不做任何修改直接发送给所述无线局域网和无线局域网接入网关;
根据网络的状态、网络侧的配置,对来自所述分组数据网关的服务质量参数作适应性修改后再发送给所述无线局域网和无线局域网接入网关。
此外在所述方法中,在所述步骤C中还包含以下子步骤:
所述认证授权和计费服务器授权的服务质量参数,所保存的服务质量参数可用于以下目的之一或其任意组合:
作为计费的依据;
用于网管目的的服务质量和相关信息统计;
提供给其它服务器、系统、网络实体或第三方。
此外在所述方法中,当所述用户设备处于漫游状态时,归属网络中的功能实体和漫游网络中的功能实体之间的交互由认证授权和计费代理中转。
此外在所述方法中,所述认证授权和计费代理在转发服务质量参数时,可以采用以下方式之一:
将从所述认证授权和计费服务器收到的服务质量参数不做任何修改直接转发给所述无线局域网接入网关和无线局域网;
根据漫游网络的状态,以及网络侧的配置和策略,对从所述认证授权和计费服务器收到的服务质量参数进行修改,然后转发给所述无线局域网接入网关和无线局域网。
此外在所述方法中,在所述步骤C中还包含以下子步骤:
所述认证授权和计费代理保存授权的服务质量参数,所保存的服务质量参数可用于以下目的之一或其任意组合:
作为计费的依据;
用于网管目的的服务质量和相关信息统计;
提供给其它服务器、系统、网络实体或第三方。
通过比较可以发现,本发明的主要特点在于,提出了一个修改业务QoS参数的完整流程:由用户设备或网络侧功能实体发起修改流程,PDG、AAA服务器和可选的策略决定功能(Policy Decision Function,简称“PDF”)、应用功能(Application Function,简称“AF”)协商确定授权给用户的QoS参数,再由PDG将其通知用户设备、AAA服务器、WLAN、WAG等隧道相关的实体。PDG在通知前还可以和WLAN、WAG协商QoS参数。PDG与WLAN、WAG之间的交互通过AAA服务器中转,如果用户设备处于漫游状态,AAA服务器与WLAN、WAG之间的交互还要通过AAA代理的中转。AAA服务器和AAA代理转发QoS参数时,可以不加修改地转发,也可以根据网络状态、网络侧的设置修改后转发。本发明还提出了各种网络侧功能实体触发QoS修改流程的具体条件。
这种技术方案上的区别,带来了较为明显的有益效果,即提出了一套完整的QoS参数修改方案。通过发起、授权、协商和发布四个主要步骤,解决了I-WLAN中的QoS修改问题,使得用户设备和各网络侧功能实体(包括WLAN、WAG、AAA服务器、AAA代理、PDG、PDF、AF等)都可以主动发起QoS参数修改流程,通过AAA服务器和AAA代理的协同应用,使本发明对于非漫游和漫游两种状态下的QoS参数修改都可以适用,进而完善了整个互通系统的QoS协商机制。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步地详细描述。
先说明一下本发明基本原理。图4示出了本发明的几个基本步骤,下面逐一说明。
在步骤1中,无线局域网用户设备和分组数据网关之间建立了隧道,业务进行中。因为本发明是针对业务进行中QoS修改的,所以这一步是以下各步骤的前提。关于建立隧道时QoS的协商和确定并不是本发明的内容,其具体实现方法可以参见申请号为200510024965.5的中国专利。
此后进入步骤2,无线局域网用户终端或网络侧功能实体发起服务质量参数修改流程。
如果服务质量参数最终决策实体是分组数据网关,无线局域网用户设备或网络侧功能实体发起了服务质量参数修改流程,在服务质量参数修改请求中,发起修改流程的实体需要根据自身的能力和负载情况等,告知分组数据网关其要求的服务质量参数。在该步骤中,不同的发起设备会有不同的发起方式:
如果是无线局域网用户设备发起服务质量参数修改流程,则服务质量参数修改请求是发送给分组数据网关;
如果是无线局域网发起服务质量参数修改流程,则服务质量参数修改请求是通过认证授权和计费服务器发送给分组数据网关;
如果是无线局域网接入网关发起服务质量参数修改流程,则服务质量参数修改请求是通过认证授权和计费服务器发送给分组数据网关;
如果是认证授权和计费服务器发起服务质量参数修改流程,则服务质量参数修改请求直接发送给分组数据网关;
如果是策略决定功能或应用功能发起服务质量参数修改流程,则不需要将服务质量参数修改请求发送给分组数据网关,而是直接执行下面的步骤3,即直接将授权的服务质量参数发送给分组数据网关。
如果服务质量参数最终决策实体是认证、授权和计费服务器,无线局域网用户设备或网络侧功能实体发起了服务质量参数修改流程,在服务质量参数修改请求中,发起修改流程的实体需要根据自身的能力和负载情况等,告知认证、授权和计费服务器其要求的服务质量参数。在该步骤中,不同的发起设备会有不同的发起方式:
如果是无线局域网、无线局域网接入网关和分组数据网关发起服务质量参数修改流程,则服务质量参数修改请求直接发送给认证、授权和计费服务器;
如果是无线局域网用户终端、策略决策功能或应用功能发起服务质量参数修改流程,则需要将服务质量参数修改请求发送给分组数据网关,再由分组数据网关发送给认证、授权和计费服务器。分组数据网关发送给认证、授权和计费服务器之前可以做适应性修改。
下面介绍各种发起设备可能发起服务质量参数修改流程的触发条件:
无线局域网用户设备发起服务质量参数修改流程,可能的触发条件包括但不限于:
无线局域网用户设备在不同能力的无线局域网间发生切换,例如从IEEE802.11b网络切换到IEEE 802.11g网络;
用户的业务在不同的无线局域网用户设备间发生切换;
隧道对应的业务的服务质量要求发生了变化。
终端用户使用的业务发生变化
无线局域网发起服务质量参数修改流程,可能的触发条件包括但不限于:
无线局域网网络状态发生变化,能够提供或保证的服务质量参数发生了变化,例如,网络负载发生变化,可用资源发生变化等;
根据网络侧的配置,或来自运营维护系统的指令,修改提供给用户的服务质量。
无线局域网接入网关发起服务质量参数修改流程,可能的触发条件包括但不限于:
无线局域网接入网关状态发生变化,能够提供或保证的服务质量参数发生了变化,例如,网络负载发生变化,可用资源发生变化等;
根据网络侧的配置,或来自运营维护系统的指令,修改提供给用户的服务质量;
无线局域网接入网关检测到隧道数据包没有对应的服务质量参数,例如:发现带有某个特定隧道标识的数据包没有对应的服务质量参数部署在无线局域网接入网关。
分组数据网关发起服务质量参数修改流程,可能的触发条件包括但不限于:
分组数据网关状态发生变化,能够提供或保证的服务质量参数发生了变化,例如,网络负载发生变化,可用资源发生变化等;
根据网络侧的配置,或来自运营维护系统的指令,修改提供给用户的服务质量;
分组数据网关检测到隧道数据包没有对应的服务质量参数,例如:发现带有某个特定隧道标识的数据包没有对应的服务质量参数;
分组数据网关接受到来自外部网络服务器的要求,或检测到来自外部网络的业务的服务质量发生了变化。
认证授权和计费服务器发起服务质量参数修改流程,可能的触发条件包括但不限于:
由于用户的签约信息等发生改变;
用户的计费状态发生变化;
根据网络侧的配置,或来自运营维护系统的指令,修改提供给用户的服务质量。
应用功能发起服务质量参数修改流程,可能的触发条件包括但不限于:
在会话控制级别发生了会话/业务修改;
根据网络侧的配置,或来自运营维护系统的指令,修改提供给用户的服务质量。
此后进入步骤3,分组数据网关和认证授权和计费服务器,可能还有策略决定功能和应用功能,通过协商确定授权给用户终端的服务质量参数(修改后的服务质量参数)。
如果是分组数据网关最终决定授权给用户终端的服务质量参数,在确定授权给用户终端的服务质量参数(修改后的服务质量参数)时,分组数据网关自身的能力和负载情况也需要考虑在内。分组数据网关和认证授权和计费服务器之间的授权负责的是无线局域网用户设备和分组数据网关之间承载的服务质量的授权和限制,例如带宽、时延等;分组数据网关、策略决定功能和应用功能间的交互是业务/会话层面的协商交互和授权,例如服务质量类别、带宽等,同时策略决定功能需要将业务/会话层面的服务质量信息映射到承载层的服务质量参数并传递给分组数据网关。
如果任何一个网络实体发来的服务质量修改要求中携带的服务质量要求,和认证授权和计费服务器中存贮的无线局域网用户的服务质量信息不兼容(例如不符合该用户签约的服务质量),或是和当前的隧道的属性存在冲突,分组数据网关会返回拒绝服务质量修改消息(该消息内可能会包括拒绝的原因)。
如果是认证、授权和计费服务器最终决定授权给用户终端的服务质量参数,则认证、授权和计费服务器会比较其存储的无线局域网用户的服务质量信息和任何一个网络实体发来的服务质量修改要求中携带的服务质量要求,若存在不兼容的情况(例如不符合该用户签约的服务质量),认证、授权和计费服务器会返回拒绝服务质量修改消息(该消息内可能会包括拒绝的原因)。如果是向无线局域网、无线局域网接入网关和分组数据网关返回拒绝服务质量修改消息,则消息是直接由认证、授权和计费服务器返回给相应的实体;如果是向无线局域网用户终端、策略决策功能或应用功能返回拒绝服务质量修改消息,则消息是由认证、授权和计费服务器返回给分组数据网关,再由分组数据网关返回给相应的实体。
发起服务质量修改请求的实体如果收到拒绝消息,后续的操作包括但不限于以下方法:
不修改服务质量,维持现在的服务质量;
断开业务/隧道连接;
根据网络侧的配置执行相应的操作,等等。
此后进入步骤4,该步骤是可选的。如果是分组数据网关最终决定授权给用户终端的服务质量参数那么分组数据网关以认证授权和计费服务器为中介,以步骤3中确定的授权的服务质量参数为基础,分组数据网关与无线局域网、无线局域网接入网关和无线局域网用户设备进行服务质量参数协商,获得一个各个网络实体都能提供的服务质量参数。如果是认证、授权和计费服务器最终决定授权给用户终端的服务质量参数,那么认证、授权和计费服务器以步骤3中确定的授权的服务质量参数为基础,与分组数据网关、无线局域网、无线局域网接入网关和无线局域网用户终端进行服务质量参数协商,获得一个各个网络实体都能提供的服务质量参数。此后进入步骤5,服务质量参数通知。
接着,进入步骤5。如果是分组数据网关最终决定授权给用户终端的服务质量参数,那么分组数据网关将授权的服务质量参数通知给无线局域网、无线局域网接入网关和无线局域网用户设备。如果在该步骤之前执行了步骤4,则分组数据网关是将协商出的服务质量参数通知给无线局域网和无线局域网接入网关。如果某个网络实体不能接受授权的服务质量参数,或不能提供授权的服务质量参数,则根据网络侧的配置,提供降低的服务质量参数,或发起断开连接流程,或保持现有的服务质量。分组数据网关通过认证授权和计费服务器发送服务质量参数通知时,认证授权和计费服务器对服务质量参数的转发有两种方式:
一种是不做任何修改直接发送给无线局域网和无线局域网接入网关;
另一种是根据网络的状态、网络侧的配置等条件,对服务质量参数作适应性修改后再发送给无线局域网和无线局域网接入网关。网络的状态的包括但不限于:当前用户数,当前负载,已用存储器容量,已用处理器容量,已用端口数,可用存储器容量,可用处理器容量,可用端口数等。
认证授权和计费服务器需要存储这些服务质量参数,用于特定目的,例如计费的依据、用于网管目的的服务质量和相关信息统计、提供给其它服务器、系统、网络实体或第三方等等。
如果是认证、授权和计费服务器最终决定授权给用户终端的服务质量参数,认证、授权和计费服务器将授权的服务质量参数通知给分组数据网关、无线局域网、无线局域网接入网关和无线局域网用户终端。如果在该步骤之前执行了步骤4,则分认证、授权和计费服务器是将协商出的服务质量参数通知给无线局域网和无线局域网接入网关。如果某个网络实体不能接受授权的服务质量参数,或不能提供授权的服务质量参数,则根据网络侧的配置,提供降低的服务质量参数,或发起断开连接流程,也可能是保持现有的服务质量。
认证授权和计费服务器需要存储这些服务质量参数,用于特定目的,例如计费的依据、用于网管目的的服务质量和相关信息统计、提供给其它服务器、系统、网络实体或第三方等等。
以上各步骤是在非漫游情况下的,如果用户在漫游情况下,服务质量参数修改请求的发送,服务质量参数的协商,服务质量参数的通知等还需要通过认证授权和计费代理的转发。
在漫游情况下,分组数据网关通过认证授权和计费代理发送服务质量参数通知时,认证授权和计费代理对服务质量参数的转发有两种方式:
一种是不做任何修改直接发送给无线局域网和无线局域网接入网关;
另一种是根据访问网络的状态、访问网网络侧的配置等条件,对服务质量参数作适应性修改。网络的状态的包括但不限于:当前用户数,当前负载,已用存储器容量,已用处理器容量,已用端口数,可用存储器容量,可用处理器容量,可用端口数等。
在漫游情况下,如果需要,认证授权和计费服务器也可以存储这些服务质量参数,用于特定目的,例如计费的依据、用于网管目的的服务质量和相关信息统计、提供给其它服务器、系统、网络实体或第三方等等。
上面说明了本发明原理,下面在多个实施例中具体说明I-WLAN中QoS的修改方法。
实施例1:无线局域网用户设备发起QoS修改(由分组数据网关最终确定授权给用户终端的服务质量参数),如图5所示。
步骤1,WLAN UE和PDG之间建立了隧道,业务进行中;
步骤2,WLAN UE向PDG发起QoS修改请求;
步骤3,AAA服务器上存储着WLAN用户的签约信息,其中包括QoS信息,PDG和AAA服务器之间就QoS参数进行授权,对提供给用户的QoS参数进行授权;
步骤4,如果互通系统支持策略控制框架(即互通系统可以与PDF和AF交互)则还存在PDG、PDF和AF之间就QoS参数等信息进行的授权、指示等步骤,这里暂时略去,在实施例6中详细说明;
步骤5,PDG通过AAA服务器将修改后的QoS参数通知给WLAN AN和WAG。同时,AAA服务器存储QoS参数。在漫游情况下,QoS参数的通知还需要通过AAA代理转发,根据需要,AAA代理可以对QoS参数做适应性修改,或者不做任何修改,同时,AAA代理也可能存储QoS参数。另外,根据网络实体的能力,以及网络侧的配置,QoS参数也可能只通知部分网络实体,例如只通知WLAN AN,或只通知WAG,或只通知WLAN AN和WAG。

根据WAG和/或WLAN AN的实际情况和网络侧的配置,在步骤4和步骤5,如果WAG和/或WLAN AN不能接受由AAA服务器/AAA代理发来的QoS参数,也可以通过AAA服务器/AAA代理向PDG返回失败应答。
步骤6,PDG根据步骤4、步骤5获得的应答,进行决策确定最终提供给用户的QoS参数:
6a).如果决策失败,或者通过AAA服务器/AAA代理,收到了来自WAG和/或WLAN AN的失败应答,PDG向用户返回隧道建立失败消息或隧道建立拒绝消息,并指明失败/拒绝的原因,终止整个流程不再向下进行,同时,指示AAA服务器,AAA代理,WAG,WLAN AN等相关实体删除用户相关的QoS信息和其他信息;删除PDG上存储的用户相关的信息。否则

1.一种互通无线局域网中服务质量修改方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
A在业务进行时,用户设备或网络侧功能实体作为发起设备发起服务质量参数修改流程;
B用于决策服务质量的第一设备根据所述修改流程的发起设备所要求的服务质量参数,以及用户的签约信息,确定授权给该用户终端的服务质量参数;
C将授权给该用户终端的服务质量参数通知给需要实施服务质量的网络实体;
其中,所述第一设备是认证授权和计费服务器,或分组数据网关,通过分组数据网关或认证授权和计费服务器将所述授权给该用户终端的服务质量参数通知给需要实施服务质量的网络实体;由分组数据网关将授权给该用户终端的服务质量参数通知给用户设备。
2.根据权利要求1所述的互通无线局域网中服务质量修改方法,其特征在于,所述第一设备是分组数据网关时,该分组数据网关通过与认证授权和计费服务器的交互,从认证授权和计费服务器获取用户的签约信息。

14.根据权利要求13所述的互通无线局域网中服务质量修改方法,其特征在于,触发所述应用功能实体发起服务质量参数修改请求的触发条件可以是以下之一:
在会话控制级别发生了会话或业务修改;
根据网络侧的配置,或来自运营维护系统的指令,修改提供给用户的服务质量。
15.根据权利要求4所述的互通无线局域网中服务质量修改方法,其特征在于,如果互通系统支持策略控制框架,则所述分组数据网关、认证授权和计费服务器、策略决定功能实体、和应用功能实体共同协商确定授权给用户终端的服务质量参数;
所述分组数据网关和所述认证授权和计费服务器之间的授权主要涉及所述用户设备和分组数据网关之间承载的服务质量的授权和限制;
所述分组数据网关、策略决定功能实体和应用功能实体间的协商是业务/会话层面的协商交互和授权,包含:策略决定功能实体和应用功能实体间就业务/会话层之间的服务质量参数进行交互,以及策略决定功能实体在将业务/会话层面的服务质量信息、策略信息映射成为承载层的服务质量参数后传递给分组数据网关。
16.根据权利要求4所述的互通无线局域网中服务质量修改方法,其特征在于,还包含以下步骤:
所述第一设备判断收到的所述服务质量参数修改请求中的服务质量要求是否和当前隧道的属性存在冲突,如果是则直接或间接地向所述修改流程的发起设备返回拒绝服务质量修改的消息,其中可包含拒绝的原因;
所述第一设备判断收到的所述服务质量参数修改请求中的服务质量要求和所述认证授权和计费服务器中存贮的用户服务质量信息是否不兼容,如果是则将拒绝服务质量修改的消息返回给修改流程的发起设备,该消息中可包含拒绝的原因。
17.根据权利要求16所述的互通无线局域网中服务质量修改方法,其特征在于,所述第一设备在拒绝所述服务质量参数修改请求后,可以执行以下操作:
维持当前的服务质量;
断开业务/隧道连接;或
根据网络侧的配置执行相应的操作。
18.根据权利要求4所述的互通无线局域网中服务质量修改方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤B和C之间,所述方法还可包含以下步骤:
D所述第一设备询问相应的无线局域网和无线局域网接入网关是否可接受所述授权的服务质量参数,再据返回的应答确定最终的服务质量参数。
19.根据权利要求3所述的互通无线局域网中服务质量修改方法,其特征在于,所述步骤C中,当通过所述认证授权和计费服务器转发服务质量参数通知时,该认证授权和计费服务器可以采用以下方式之一处理:
将来自所述分组数据网关的服务质量参数不做任何修改直接发送给所述无线局域网和无线局域网接入网关;
根据网络的状态、网络侧的配置,对来自所述分组数据网关的服务质量参数作适应性修改后再发送给所述无线局域网和无线局域网接入网关。
20.根据权利要求1或2所述的互通无线局域网中服务质量修改方法,其特征在于,所述认证授权和计费服务器保存授权的服务质量参数,所保存的服务质量参数用于以下目的之一或其任意组合:
作为计费的依据;
用于网管目的的服务质量和相关信息统计;
提供给其它服务器、系统、网络实体或第三方。
21.根据权利要求4所述的互通无线局域网中服务质量修改方法,其特征在于,当所述用户设备处于漫游状态时,归属网络中的功能实体和漫游网络中的功能实体之间的交互由认证授权和计费代理中转。
22.根据权利要求21所述的互通无线局域网中服务质量修改方法,其特征在于,所述认证授权和计费代理在转发服务质量参数时,可以采用以下方式之一:
将从所述认证授权和计费服务器收到的服务质量参数不做任何修改直接转发给所述无线局域网接入网关和无线局域网;
根据漫游网络的状态,以及网络侧的配置和策略,对从所述认证授权和计费服务器收到的服务质量参数进行修改,然后转发给所述无线局域网接入网关和无线局域网。
23.根据权利要求21所述的互通无线局域网中服务质量修改方法,其特征在于,所述认证授权和计费代理保存授权的服务质量参数,所保存的服务质量参数可用于以下目的之一或其任意组合:
作为计费的依据;
用于网管目的的服务质量和相关信息统计;
提供给其它服务器、系统、网络实体或第三方。
