技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,尤其涉及一种尿管导引器。
背景技术
临床上,医生在治疗排尿困难的患者时常用尿管通过尿道插入膀胱进行导尿,此种操作技术称为导尿术,一般情况下,多能成功,但如尿道的结构或连续性发生改变时导尿有一定的困难,特别是男性患者尿道存在2个生理弯曲,增加了导尿的难度。以往多采用前端有弯度的金属探条,插入尿管内,借助金属探条的硬度,将尿管通过尿道插入膀胱。但是金属探条前端的角度无法随意调整,不能随尿道的弯曲度而改变,仅可用于正常尿道或尿道畸形不明显的导尿术中,如尿道有严重狭窄、断裂或成角等改变时亦无法将尿管置入。并且金属探条质地较硬,使用过程很容易造成穿孔、形成假道等并发症。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可随尿道的弯曲度而随意调整的尿管导引器。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种尿管导引器其中包括弹性探杆,其特点是:弹性探杆的上端固定安装有牵引导丝的一端。
根据所述的尿管导引器,其特点是:所述的弹性探杆的下端固定安装有导杆,导杆上套有滑动套,滑动套上带有手柄,所述的牵引导丝的另一端与滑动套滑动连接,滑动套上安装有固定螺栓。
本发明的优点是:本发明在使用时先将固定螺栓拧紧,使牵引导丝不能在滑动套内滑动,把弹性探杆插入尿管内,牵动手柄,牵引导丝随之将弹性探杆上端牵引变形,可随尿道的弯曲度而随意调整。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
一种尿管导引器,如图1所示,其中包括弹性探杆6,弹性探杆6的上端固定安装有牵引导丝5的一端;在本实施例中,弹性探杆6的下端固定安装有导杆1,导杆1上套有滑动套2,滑动套2上带有手柄4,牵引导丝5的另一端与滑动套2滑动连接,滑动套2上安装有固定螺栓3。固定螺栓可将牵引导丝固定在滑动套内。
本发明在临床应用时将导引器插入要置入尿道的尿管内,通过操作尿管导引器,即可使尿管前端任意弯曲,最大弯曲度可达90度。如配合旋转,可使尿管前端向任何方向弯曲,从而能使尿管顺利插入膀胱。

1、一种尿管导引器,包括:弹性探杆(6),其特征是:弹性探杆(6)的上端固定安装有牵引导丝(5)的一端;弹性探杆(6)的下端固定安装有导杆(1),导杆(1)上套有滑动套(2),滑动套(2)上带有手柄(4),牵引导丝(5)的另一端与滑动套(2)滑动连接,滑动套(2)上安装有固定螺栓(3),固定螺栓将牵引导丝(5)固定在滑动套(2)内。
