Abstract

一种容纳两种液体的涂敷器；其具有一中空细长管状把手，其一端封闭，另一端开放，邻近封闭端设有一开启机构。中空细长管状把手的一端或两端附有一涂敷器先端。第一种液体装入于中空细长管状把手中，以黏性物质与开放端隔离；第二种液体被吸收于涂敷器的先端。当有空气通过开启机构进入邻近封闭端时，在中空细长管状把手内的第一种液体即流经黏性物质而与在涂敷器先端的第二种液体混合以利敷用。

容纳两种液体的涂敷器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂抹式涂敷器，特别指一种中空管状涂敷装置，用以储存及释出两种液体。
背景技术
涂抹式涂敷器通常具有一管状把手并于管状把手的一端或两端附一吸收性的涂敷器先端。涂敷器先端可以是棉花或泡沫吸收性物质制成。管状把手可由木材、纸，或塑料材料制成，而实心或中空都可以。
涂抹式涂敷器的应用方式很多。涂抹式涂敷器为既方便又卫生的涂敷方式，用以涂敷各种物质如液体、洗剂、面霜或其它多种化学制品及药物。通常先把干燥的涂敷器先端与涂敷用液体接触，以便吸收液体，接着，沾湿了的涂敷器先端与涂敷面接触，而使涂敷面吸收液体。美国专利第5,702,035号(专利权人曹氏)所揭示的设计中，其中空管状把手容纳一种液体，该液体可随后释放至涂敷器先端用以涂敷。但该美国专利第5,702,035号具有中空管状把手的涂敷器只能容纳一种液体。有些应用场合则需要有两种不同液体分开储存而在使用之前混合或依序使用。
发明内容
本发明为一种容纳两种液体的涂敷器，其具有一中空细长管状把手，其有一封闭端和另一开放端，设有一涂敷器先端附装于中空细长管状把手的一端或两端。邻近中空细长管状把手的封闭端设有一开启机构。该中空细长管状把手内容纳的第一种液体以一黏性物质与开放端隔离，第二种液体被吸收于涂敷器先端。当有空气经由开启机构进入邻近封闭端，而涂敷器先端只是部分沾湿第二种液体时，中空细长管状把手内的第一种液体则经由黏性物质流出与涂敷器先端的第二种液体混合以便敷用。如果涂敷器先端完全为第二种液体所饱和，第一种液体将不会立即流入涂敷器先端，而是先由第二种液体经涂敷后消耗一部份，然后第一种液体才流入涂敷器先端。

具体实施方式
图1表示本发明的较佳实施例。在本实施例中，容纳两种液体的涂敷器包含一支中空细长管状把手1，其具有封闭端2及开放端3。涂敷器先端4附着于中空细长管状把手1的开放端3。第一种液体5装入于中空细长管状把手1内并通过黏性物质6与开放端3隔离。较适用的黏性物质6为硅树脂，但也可用其它有适当黏性的物质。开启机构7，例如一条划线，则位于靠近封闭端2的位置。
第二种液体被涂敷器先端4吸收。假如第二种液体为非挥发性，例如属于油基液体，涂敷器先端4就不需要更进一步的包装来防止第二种液体的蒸发。假如第二种液体为挥发性者，例如是水基液体或酒精，那就需要附加包装以防止第二种液体从涂敷器先端4蒸发。
再者，如果涂敷器先端4完全被第二种液体所饱和，涂敷器先端4就作为塞子以阻止第一种液体5在开启的第一时间流出。在这第一时间第二种液体应先使用。待第二种液体消耗掉一部分，第一种液体5才开始流入涂敷器先端以便接下去涂敷。本实施例特别适于先涂敷第一种液体，例如除锈剂或清洁剂，然后才涂敷第二种液体，例如润滑剂或保护剂的情形。涂敷器先端4亦可用第二种液体部分沾湿，以容许第一种液体5的流通并流出中空细长管状把手1而与第二种液体混合以便同时涂敷。本实施例特别适合于两种分开的液体必须混合而共同使用的场合。
在开启机构7处打开(开启)中空细长管状把手1时，第一种液体就穿过黏性物质6流动，然后进入涂敷器吸收性先端4而与第二种液体混合使用。黏性物质6分布并附着于中空细长管状把手1的内部，并主要残留于其原来位置。
综上所述，为本发明的较佳实施例，并非用来限定本发明实施范围，凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的同等变更与修饰，应皆为本发明专利范围所涵盖。

Claims (10)

1.一种可容纳两种液体的涂敷器，具有一支中空细长管状把手，其具有一封闭端和一开放端，邻近该封闭端设有一开启机构，该中空细长管状把手的该开放端附装一涂敷器先端，其特征在于：第一种液体装入于该中空细长管状把手中，而以黏性物质与该开放端隔离，第二种液体吸收在涂敷器先端，通过所述开启机构打开该中空细长管状把手，该第一种液体流过黏性物质进入该所述涂敷器先端，与该被吸收在涂敷器先端的第二种液体共同被敷用。
2.按权利要求1的涂敷器，其中涂敷器先端附着于该中空细长管状把手的该封闭端。
3.按权利要求1的涂敷器，其中所述涂敷器先端由具有吸收性的物质制成。
4.按权利要求1的涂敷器，其中所述开启机构为一条划线。
5.按权利要求3的涂敷器，其中所述开启机构为一条划线。
6.按权利要求1的涂敷器，其中所述黏性物质为硅树脂。
7.按权利要求3的涂敷器，其中所述黏性物质为硅树脂。
8.按权利要求4的涂敷器，其中所述黏性物质为硅树脂。
9.按权利要求1的涂敷器，其中所述涂敷器先端以该第二种液体沾成饱和状态。
10.按权利要求1的涂敷器，其中所述涂敷器先端以该第二种液体沾湿成只有部分饱和。
