Abstract

本发明涉及一种天花灯，包括灯体、固定座、固定翅、固定块、固定螺丝、销钉，当天花灯体嵌入天花板后，通过旋紧外露的固定螺丝，将嵌入的固定翅拉下来，把灯具夹固在天花板上；区别于普通天花灯的卡簧安装，本发明的安装和拆卸，必须用螺丝刀进行，具有很好的牢固性，解决了普通天花灯在高温、腐蚀及震动条件下，弹簧失效，灯体脱落的问题，尤其适用于防火天花灯。

一种天花灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种天花灯，区别于普通天花灯的卡簧安装，尤指利用螺丝传动固定的天花灯。
背景技术
天花灯是安装在室内天花板上的常用灯具，其安装方法一直是采用灯具两侧自带的卡簧扣住天花板，这种方法无须工具，拆卸简单，但在高温、震动或长期使用条件下，卡簧的弹性下降，导致灯体脱落，特别是防火天花灯，这种问题就更突出。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于推出一种新的天花灯的安装结构，采用刚性的固定翅夹紧灯具，使灯具在高温或震动时不会脱落。
本发明的技术方案如下：
利用螺丝传动及杠杆原理，在灯体后桶的周围等距离的设计至少两个固定座，与固定座连接的固定翅，可以绕固定座转动，固定翅的根部设计有一个可以自转的固定块，固定块上有一螺丝孔，一个螺丝旋入其中，螺丝的头部露在天花灯的面盖表面，只要用工具旋转露在天花灯面盖的螺丝头部，带动固定块，固定块将拉力传给固定翅，并牵动固定翅围绕固定座向上或向下旋转。

图2中，1.灯体，2.装饰盖，3.固定座，4.固定翅，5.固定块，6.固定螺丝，7.止位螺母，8.长销钉，9.短销钉，10.固定孔，11.长销钉内孔，12.短销钉外孔，13.长销钉外孔，14.短销钉内孔，15.螺丝孔。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
根据图2所示，在灯体1的两侧等高度对称的设计有两个固定座3，固定座3两边有长销钉外孔13，配合固定座3的固定翅4的一端有一对长销钉内孔11和一对短销钉外孔12，配合固定翅4的固定块5上有一短销钉内孔14和与其相垂直的螺丝孔15；装配时，先将固定块5嵌入固定翅4槽内，使固定块5上的短销钉内孔14和固定翅4上的短销钉外孔12对齐，然后将短销钉9从短销钉外孔12插入至与孔平齐，接着将固定翅4配合端嵌入固定座3内，使固定翅4的长销钉内孔11与固定座3的长销钉外孔13对齐，然后将长销钉8从长销钉外孔13插入，接着把固定螺丝6从灯体1前面的固定孔10穿出，将止位螺母7套入固定螺丝6至根部并夹固，使固定螺丝6相对固定孔10在旋转时不会产生上下位移，最后将固定螺丝6旋入固定块5的螺丝孔15，再盖上装饰盖2，就如图1。
根据图3、4、5、6、7所示，是本发明的产品安装步骤，图3是将天花灯嵌入天花板，图4是用工具旋转固定螺丝6将固定翅4拉下，图5是天花灯的固定翅4扣紧天花板的示意，图6是安装装饰盖2，图7是完成安装。

Claims (7)

1、一种天花灯，包括灯体、装饰盖、固定座，其特征在于，所述的灯体前部翻边，在翻边上圆周均布设计有至少两个固定孔，每个固定孔有一个固定螺丝穿入，连接到一个固定块上，每个固定块又连接一个刚性的固定翅，每个固定翅又连接到一个固定座上，固定座固定在灯体后桶上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种天花灯，其特征在于，所述的固定座设计为槽形，两边设计有长销钉外孔，固定座与固定孔对应，等高度固定在灯体后桶上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种天花灯，其特征在于，所述的固定翅设计为条形凹槽，一端设计有成对的长销钉内孔和短销钉外孔。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种天花灯，其特征在于，所述的固定块设计为长方体，一端倒圆角并设计有短销钉内孔，另一端设计有一螺丝孔，螺丝孔方向和销钉孔方向相互垂直。
5、根据权利要求3所述的一种天花灯，其特征在于，所述的固定翅的一对长销钉内孔和固定座的长销钉外孔用一个长销钉对穿连接。
6、根据权利要求4所述的一种天花灯，其特征在于，所述的固定块的短销钉内孔和固定翅的一对短销钉外孔用一个短销钉对穿连接。
7、根据权利要求1所述的一种天花灯，其特征在于，所述的固定螺丝穿入灯体前部翻边的固定孔配合旋入固定块上的螺丝孔。
