Abstract

本发明为一种连接器之接触端子,其提供一沿长轴方向插接的对接端子电性连接,具有一预定宽度的狭长接触面,沿对接端子插接行程,此接触面包含一滑动接触区及一终端接触部位,其中,该滑动接触区的面宽小于终端接触部位的接触面的预定宽度,因此,当对接端子达到终端接触位置时,由于接触面的滑动接触区其面宽较窄,可降低端子间之电容效应,而提升传输品质。

一种连接器的接触端子
技术领域
本发明是涉及连接器的接触端子,且特别是有关于一种使用于高频传输连接器的接触端子。
背景技术
一般缆线与缆线的连接方式,是透过一连接器与一相对应的对接连接器相互插接而达成电性导通,其中,构成电性接触的是连接器及对接连接器中端子,为方便说明,以下称二端子(连接器端子和对接连接器端子)为接触端子及对接端子。
以目前连接器插接技术而言,对接端子与接触端子插接时,插接需经过一预定行程,当对接端子与接触端子接触后,需先滑行经过一预定间距,然后,对接端子才达至最终位置,形成稳定的传输状态。
由接触端子的接触面来看,上述插接过程按照接触的部位可区分为一滑动接触区及一终端接触部位,由于对接端子最终行程是要达到终端接触部位,滑动接触区随即成为接触端子与对接端子之重迭部分,就电器特性而言,此一重迭部分将产生电容效应,增加传输线路的阻抗,进而影响传输频宽。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于解决上述之问题,提供一种在对接状态可提供较佳电器特性的接触端子,降低对接产生的线路阻抗,进而提升整体之传输品质。
为达到上述目的,本发明是这样实现的:
一种连接器的接触端子,其具有一预定宽度的接触面,其特征在于前述的接触区包含一滑动接触区及一终端接触部位,其中,该滑移接触区的面宽小于接触面的宽度。
准确地说,本发明提供的连接器之接触端子,是提供一沿长轴方向插接的对接端子电性连接,其具有一预定宽度的狭长接触面,沿对接端子插接行程,此接触面包含一滑动接触区及一终端接触部位,其中,该滑动接触趋的面宽小于接触面之预定宽度,因此,当对接端子达到终端接触位置时,由于接触面之滑动接触区其面宽较窄,可降低端子间的电容效应,而提升传输品质。
该接触端子之对接端具有一倾斜导角,使接触端子可对接端子埋入连接器壳体内防止翘曲。
该接触端子两侧具有卡挚部,以利接触端子与连接器壳体干涉定位。
本发明将接触端子的接触部位分为滑动接触区和终端接触部位,且滑动接触区的接触面小于预定宽度,即具有缩小的滑动接触部位,在对接时可降低接触端子与对接端子之间的电容效应,利于提升传输品质,从而提高整体的传输频宽。

具体实施方式
图1、图2为本发明的结构示意图及使用对接时的示意图,如图所示:本发明为一种连接器的接触端子1,其提供一沿长轴方向插接之对接端子7电性连接,其具有一预定宽度之狭长接触面2,该接触端子1两端分别界定为对接端及接线端,沿对接端子插7接行程(既是由对接端向接线端方向位移行程),此接触面2包含一滑动接触区3及一终端接触部位4,该终端接触位置4即是对接端子7预定接触位置,其中,该滑移接触区3的面宽小于接触面2之预定宽度,因此,当对接端子7达到终端接触位置时,由于接触面2之滑动接触区3其面宽较窄,可降低由接触端子1与对接端子7构成之传输线路的电容效应,并提升高频传输品质。
上述接触端子7之对接端具有一倾斜导角5,使接触端子1之对接端可埋入连接器壳体8内防止翘曲,而接触端子1两侧具有卡掣部6,同时连接器壳体的对应部分设置相应的干涉部,以利接触端子1与连接器壳体8干涉定位。
如图3所示,此为一供本发明接触端子1插设的连接器壳体8,该壳体8主要具有复数收容接触端子1的容置槽82,此容置槽82对接端具有一与接触端子1相对的倾斜凹面81,可供接触端子1嵌入,防止接触端子1因对接端子7插入而翘曲,造成连接器损坏,此外,容置槽82两侧具有相对于卡掣部6的干涉部83,以利接触端子1组装及定位。
使用时,当本发明的接触端子1与对接端子7接触,由接触面2的滑动接触区3达到终端接触部位4时,由于滑动接触区3之面宽比终端接触部位4的接触面2窄,因接触端子1与对接端子7相对重迭之表面积减少,可降低传输线路之电容效应,因而提升整体传输频宽。

Claims (3)

1、一种连接器的接触端子,其具有一预定宽度的接触面,其特征在于前述的接触面包含一滑动接触区及一终端接触部位,其中,该滑动接触区的面宽小于终端接触的部位接触面的宽度。
2、如权利要求1所述的连接器的接触端子,其特征在于该接触端子的对接端具有一向下倾斜的倾斜导角。
3、如权利要求1所述连接器的接触端子,其特征在于该接触端子两侧具有卡掣部。
