Abstract

本发明涉及一种高炉出铁沟。其由铁沟保护砖层[1]、铁沟炭质材料工作层[2]、铁沟浇注料层[3]、铁沟永久砖衬层[4]、铁沟隔热保温层[5]组成；出铁沟的表层为铁沟保护砖层[1]、内层为炭质材料工作层[2]、中间为铁沟浇注料层[3]、次外层为铁沟永久砖衬层[4]、最外层为铁沟隔热保温层[5]。本发明具有十分显著的优点：可整体制作，直接在使用现场吊装安装，即可投入使用，更换周期短，成本低，确保了铁沟质量，提高了生产效率。本发明采用炭质砖衬作工作层，充分利用了炭质材料优良的抗渣、铁侵蚀能力，进一步提高了耐侵蚀性能，从而可大大提高铁沟寿命，且可大大提高经济效益。

一种贮铁式高炉出铁沟
一.技术领域
本发明属于高炉出铁装置，尤其涉及一种贮铁式高炉出铁沟。
二、背景技术
近年来，由于冶炼水平的不断提高和大量技术进步运用于高炉建设和生产，高炉的一代炉役寿命越来越长。但与高炉相配套的出铁沟技术并无太大改进，从而成为制约高炉高产、顺产的瓶颈。
目前，工业上大、中型高炉铁沟一般采用现场浇注刚玉碳化硅质耐火材料构成工作层，其缺陷是耐渣铁侵蚀能力一般，维修更换周期长。中、小型高炉一般采用捣打耐火材料构成工作层，使用寿命短，维修频率高，影响高炉生产效率。有的虽可使更换周期缩短，如“高炉出铁沟”(CN02217414.1)，但成本较高。
三、发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种耐侵蚀、更换周期短、使用寿命长、成本低的贮铁式高炉出铁沟。
为完成上述任务，本发明采用的技术方案是：贮铁式高炉出铁沟由铁沟保护砖层、铁沟炭质材料工作层、铁沟浇注料层、铁沟永久砖衬层、铁沟隔热保温层组成；其表层为铁沟保护砖层、内层为铁沟炭质材料工作层、中间为铁沟浇注料层、次外层为铁沟永久砖衬层、最外层为铁沟隔热保温层。
其中：铁沟保护砖层采用粘土砖或高铝砖砌筑；铁沟炭质材料工作层采用碳砖、半石墨化砖、石墨化砖、铝炭砖中的一种或一种以上砌筑；铁沟浇注料层采用刚玉碳化硅制成；铁沟永久砖衬层采用高铝碳化硅砖和高铝砖砌筑；铁沟隔热保温层采用隔热耐火材料制成。
由于采用上述技术方案，本发明所述的各铁沟层分别起着不可替代和相互协调的保护作用：如铁沟保护砖层的作用是在铁沟使用初期保护炭质材料工作层不直接接触渣铁冲刷；铁沟炭质材料工作层是为贮铁式的铁水和渣通道；铁沟浇注料层的作用是防止炭质工作砖衬开裂、铁水渗漏；铁沟永久砖衬层的作用是有利于形成良好的温度梯度，以利于炭质工作砖衬形成渣皮；铁沟隔热保温层起保温作用。
本发明与现有的出铁沟相比，具有十分显著的优点：可整体制作，直接在使用现场吊装安装，即可投入使用，更换周期短，成本低，确保了铁沟质量，提高了生产效率。本发明采用炭质砖衬作工作层，充分利用了炭质材料优良的抗渣、铁侵蚀能力，进一步提高了耐侵蚀性能，从而延长了铁沟使用寿命和提高了通铁量，减低了炉前劳动强度，显著提高了经济效益。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
一种贮铁式高炉出铁沟，如图1所示，其由铁沟保护砖层[1]、铁沟炭质材料工作层[2]、铁沟浇注料层[3]、铁沟永久砖衬层[4]、铁沟隔热保温层[5]组成；出铁沟的表层为铁沟保护砖层[1]、内层为炭质材料工作层[2]、中间为铁沟浇注料层[3]、次外层为铁沟永久砖衬层[4]、最外层为铁沟隔热保温层[5]。
本实施例所述的出铁沟各层各自起着不可替代和相互协调的保护作用：如铁沟保护砖层[1]采用高铝砖砌筑，其作用是在铁沟使用初期保护炭质材料工作层不直接接触渣铁冲刷；铁沟炭质材料工作层[2]采用碳砖砌筑，其作用是作为贮铁式的铁水和渣通道；铁沟浇注料层[3]采用刚玉碳化硅制成，其作用是防止炭质工作砖衬开裂、铁水渗漏；铁沟永久砖衬层[4]采用高铝碳化硅砖和高铝砖砌筑，其作用是有利于形成良好的温度梯度，利于炭质工作砖衬形成渣皮；铁沟隔热保温砖衬层[5]采用隔热耐火材料制成，主要起保温作用。

1、一种贮铁式高炉出铁沟，其特征在于该出铁沟由铁沟保护砖层[1]、铁沟炭质材料工作层[2]、铁沟浇注料层[3]、铁沟永久砖衬层[4]和铁沟隔热保温层[5]组成；其表层为铁沟保护砖层[1]、内层为铁沟炭质材料工作层[2]、中间为铁沟浇注料层[3]、次外层为铁沟永久砖衬层[4]、最外层为铁沟隔热保温层[5]；其中：
铁沟保护砖层[1]采用粘土砖或高铝砖砌筑；
铁沟炭质材料工作层[2]采用碳砖、半石墨化砖、石墨化砖、铝炭砖中的一种或一种以上砌筑；
铁沟浇注料层[3]采用刚玉碳化硅制成；
铁沟永久砖衬层[4]采用高铝碳化硅砖和高铝砖砌筑；
铁沟隔热保温层[5]采用隔热耐火材料制成。
