Abstract

微型罩极式排水泵,涉及一种输液泵,包括绕线总成、定子铁芯、电机壳体、泵壳和轴心组件,轴心组件由电机轴将永磁转子、联轴器、轴承座、叶轮组成一体,在联轴器与叶轮上设计互相嵌套咬紧的装置,使联轴器与叶轮在电机轴装入后能产生自锁作用,无论怎样转动,运行时间多长,叶轮均不会脱落,设备结构紧凑,加工工艺简单,成本低,噪声少,设计可靠性好,应用于洗衣机、洗碗机等家用电器上具有现有技术无法替代的优势。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种输液泵,特别是一种应用于洗衣机、洗碗机等家用电器上的罩极式微型水泵。
技术背景
中国专利CN9232526公开了“一种永磁电机式排水泵”,包括绕线总成、定子铁芯、机座、泵壳、永磁转子、轴承、叶轮几部分组成,叶轮内孔中置有轴套块和压块,安装时,轴套块硬性压入或加热依靠热胀性压入叶轮内孔中,轴套块外径设置有O型密封圈,长时间使用后,轴套块易发热或磨损,密封橡胶件也易磨损,致使叶轮与轴的连接无法紧密,叶轮易脱落,导致电机长时间堵转失去功效甚至烧坏排水泵。轴承与轴承支架配合端内置油封,降低泵噪声,轴承外径设置O型密封圈,除防止水进入永磁转子腔外,还用于调整两端轴承的同轴度,加工时精度难以控制,加工工艺复杂,同心度无法保证。
发明内容
本发明正是为了克服上述不足,提供一种罩极式排水泵,其联轴器与叶轮在电机轴装入后能产生自锁作用,使叶轮不会脱落,本设计结构简单、噪音低、制造成本低,主要创意在于在联轴器与叶轮上设计互相嵌套咬紧的装置,具体是这样来实施的:微型罩极式排水泵,包括绕线总成、定子铁芯、电机壳体、泵壳和轴心组件,轴心组件由电机轴将永磁转子、联轴器、轴承座、叶轮组成一体,其特征在于圆筒形联轴器中部置有一凸圈,联轴器一端的圆管外有一与凸圈连成一体的扇形凸台,联轴器内孔的该端面处设有一个孔径大于内孔直径的凹坑,联轴器另一端的端面由若干个间隔均匀的凸台围成;叶轮由叶片、底座、轴孔与由轴孔外延的轴管构成,轴管处的叶轮底座上置有由若干筋分隔的凹坑圈,轴管由若干块间隔均匀、顶端带有凸起的弹性片组成;叶轮的轴管插于联轴器内孔中,叶轮底座凹坑与联轴器的凸台吻合配接,弹性片顶端凸起落于联轴器内孔的凹坑中,叶轮与联轴器凸圈间还套装有轴承座。轴心组件安装时,先将轴承座套在联轴器上,再将叶轮轴管插在联轴器内孔中,然后将电机轴通过联轴器内孔插入至叶轮轴孔中,因叶轮轴管的弹性片被撑开,其顶端凸起紧贴在联轴器内孔中开设的凹坑内壁上,由于联轴器内孔直径小于凹坑直径,弹性片顶端凸起就勾住凹坑使叶轮与联轴器产生自锁,无论怎样旋转,叶轮都不会脱落。
本发明轴心组件中永磁转子的磁柱外包覆有一塑料层并外延有一塑料圆筒,所述的塑料圆筒内壁设有一挡块,该挡块与套装在塑料圆筒内的联轴器的扇形凸台转动配对。排水泵通电后,永磁转子在电机轴上运转,带动联轴器、叶轮转动。
为了减少联轴器与轴承座间的磨损,本发明轴承座的内孔中置有金属嵌件。
本发明叶轮面的轴承座上置有与轴孔同心的凸圈,凸圈内侧设有向内凸起的筋,凸圈与轴孔间形成的凹坑内放置橡胶垫圈,该橡胶垫圈内孔略小于联轴器外径,橡胶垫圈由一塑料垫片压紧,塑料垫片的外径大于轴承座凸圈,通过压力将塑料垫片压入由凸筋卡住后压紧橡胶垫圈,减缓振动,降低噪声。
本发明永磁转子面的轴承座上也设有一与轴承座内孔同心的环形凸台,所述的环形凸台与电机壳体上同心的凹坑对接嵌装,轴承座的外边由电机壳体与泵体压紧固定,这种同心结构能确保轴心部分的同轴度,完成同心运转。
本发明永磁转子的挡块两侧各置有一橡胶柱,在联轴器与电机轴装入转子后,联轴器扇形凸台与永磁转子挡块形成交叉,当电机起动旋转时,凸台与挡块间均有橡胶柱间隔,避免直接联动相撞,减少噪声。
本发明通过叶轮与联轴器的自锁结构,无论怎样转动,运行时间多长,叶轮均不会脱落,本设备结构紧凑,加工工艺简单,成本低,噪声少,设计可靠性好,应用于洗衣机、洗碗机等家用电器上具有现有技术无法替代的优势。

具体实施方式
微型罩极式排水泵,包括绕线总成(11)、定子铁芯(12)、电机壳体(6)、泵壳(7)和轴心组件,轴心组件由电机轴(1)将永磁转子(2)、联轴器(4)、轴承座(5)、叶轮(10)组成一体。圆筒形联轴器(4)中部置有一凸圈(41),联轴器(4)一端的圆管外有一与凸圈(41)连成一体的扇形凸台(42),联轴器(4)内孔的该端面处设有一个孔径大于内孔直径的凹坑(43),联轴器(4)另一端的端面由若干个间隔均匀的凸台(44)围成;叶轮(10)由叶片(101)、底座(102)、轴孔(103)与由轴孔外延的轴管(104)构成,轴管处(104)的叶轮底座(102)上置有由若干筋分隔的凹坑圈(105),轴管(104)由若干块间隔均匀、顶端带有凸起(106)的弹性片组成;永磁转子(2)的磁柱外包覆有一塑料层(3)并外延有一塑料圆筒(31),所述的塑料圆筒(31)内壁设有一挡块(32);叶轮轴管(104)插于联轴器(4)内孔中,叶轮底座凹坑(105)与联轴器的凸台(44)吻合配接,弹性片凸起(106)落于联轴器内孔的凹坑(43)中;叶轮(10)与联轴器(4)凸圈(41)间还套装有轴承座(5),轴承座的内孔中置有金属嵌件(51),轴承座(5)外边由电机壳体(6)与泵壳(7)压紧固定,叶轮面轴承座(5)上置有与轴孔同心的凸圈(52),凸圈(52)内侧设有向内凸起的筋(53),凸圈(52)与轴孔间形成的凹坑内放置一由塑料垫片(9)压紧的橡胶垫圈(8),橡胶垫圈(8)内孔略小于联轴器外径,塑料垫片(9)外径大于轴承座凸圈(52),永磁转子面的轴承座(5)上设有一与轴承座内孔同心的环形凸台(54),所述的环形凸台(54)与电机壳体上同心的凹坑对接嵌装,确保同心度;联轴器(4)的扇形凸台(42)端套装在永磁转子(2)的塑料圆筒(31)内,联轴器扇形凸台(42)与永磁转子挡块(32)转动配对,为了避免两者的直接撞击发出噪音,安装时于档块(32)两侧各置一橡胶柱(13)。

Claims (8)

1.微型罩极式排水泵,包括绕线总成、定子铁芯、电机壳体、泵壳和轴心组件,轴心组件由电机轴将永磁转子、联轴器、轴承座、叶轮组成一体,其特征在于圆筒形联轴器中部置有一凸圈,联轴器一端的圆管外有一与凸圈连成一体的扇形凸台,联轴器内孔的该端面处设有一个孔径大于内孔直径的凹坑,联轴器另一端的端面由若干个间隔均匀的凸台围成;叶轮由叶片、底座、轴孔与由轴孔外延的轴管构成,轴管处的叶轮底座上置有由若干筋分隔的凹坑圈,轴管由若干块间隔均匀、顶端带有凸起的弹性片组成;叶轮轴管插于联轴器内孔中,叶轮底座凹坑与联轴器的凸台吻合配接,弹性片凸起落于联轴器内孔的凹坑中,叶轮与联轴器凸圈间还套装有轴承座。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微型罩极式排水泵,其特征在于轴心组件中永磁转子的磁柱外包覆有一塑料层并外延有一塑料圆筒,所述的塑料圆筒内壁设有一挡块,该挡块与套装在塑料圆筒内的联轴器的扇形凸台转动配对。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的微型罩极式排水泵,其特征在于轴承座的内孔中置有金属嵌件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的微型罩极式排水泵,其特征在于叶轮面轴承座上置有与轴孔同心的凸圈,凸圈内侧设有向内凸起的筋,凸圈与轴孔间形成的凹坑内放置一由塑料垫片压紧的橡胶垫圈。
5.根据权利要求4所述的微型罩极式排水泵,其特征在于橡胶垫圈内孔略小于联轴器外径,塑料垫片外径大于轴承座凸圈。
6.根据权利要求3所述的微型罩极式排水泵,其特征在于永磁转子面的轴承座上设有一与轴承座内孔同心的环形凸台,所述的环形凸台与电机壳体上同心的凹坑对接嵌装。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的微型罩极式排水泵,其特征在于轴承座的外边由电机壳体与泵壳压紧固定。
8.根据权利要求2所述的微型罩极式排水泵,其特征在永磁转子的挡块两侧各置有一橡胶柱。
