Abstract

一种通用光伏建筑构件,具有光伏发电组件,在光伏发电组件的四周设有上、下及左、右两侧型材边框,光伏发电组件的四边嵌入对应边框的嵌接槽中,相邻边框之间利用边框端头的缺口拼合并由连接件固定。本发明只须将光伏发电组件的四边嵌入四周边框的嵌接槽中,相邻边框之间利用边框端头的缺口拼合并由连接件固定即可,所以本发明结构简单、组装方便且连接可靠,本发明既能利用光伏发电,又能作为建筑件,实现光伏发电与建筑一体化,降低建筑成本。

通用光伏建筑构件
技术领域
本发明涉及通用光伏建筑构件。
背景技术
光伏发电也称作太阳能发电,光伏发电组件上层为玻璃、中层为由上下EVA相夹的若干太阳能电池片连接而成的方阵,底层为塑料板,经热压封装而成。太阳能电池板是通过光电效应直接把光能转化成电能的装置。光伏发电由于具有无环境污染、无枯竭危险、不受资源分布地域的限制以及能源质量高等优点,越来越引起人们的重视。利用太阳能代替常规能源满足建筑物对电力的要求即为太阳能建筑,太阳能建筑将成为住宅产业现代化的发展趋势之一。目前只能将光伏发电组件组成的方阵覆盖在屋面上,所以散热性较差,存在渗漏水现象,与建筑一体性差,有碍外观。中国专利号为200420062816.9的实用新型专利申请公开了一种将光伏发电组件与屋面结合成一体的光伏发电屋面构件,采取在光伏发电组件四周设有密封连接的上边框、左、右两侧边框和下边框,相邻边框之间嵌合连接形成带框组件;带框组件的上、左、右和下边框的外部分别设有边梁;上述的边梁均采用型材,相邻边梁之间嵌合且由螺钉通过相邻边梁的对应螺钉孔、螺钉槽连接。上述实用新型结构较复杂,给加工、安装带来一定的困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种结构简单的通用光伏建筑构件。
为了达到上述目的,本发明在具有光伏发电组件的基础上采取光伏发电组件的四周设有上、下及左、右两侧型材边框,光伏发电组件的四边嵌入对应边框的嵌接槽中,相邻边框之间利用边框端头的缺口拼合并由连接件固定;所述下边框处于嵌接槽背面的面板内侧面的高度等于或大于上边框的高度;上述两侧边框中的一侧边框为宽面板侧边框,宽面板侧边框处于嵌接槽背面的面板内侧面的宽度等于或大于另一侧边框即相对为窄面板侧边框的面板宽度,宽面板侧边框的处于嵌接槽背面的面板内侧面至嵌接槽顶面的高度等于或大于窄面板侧边框的面板厚度。
所述上边框的一端由缺口而形成的盖部覆盖在窄面板侧边框的上端面上;上边框的另一端由缺口而形成的盖部插入宽面板侧边框的上端缺口中且覆盖在缺口端面上;下边框的一端由缺口而形成盖部覆盖在窄面板侧边框的下端面上;下边框的另一端由缺口而形成的盖部插入宽面板侧边框下端的缺口中覆盖在缺口端面上。
所述的连接件均采用螺钉。
所述的两侧边框上分别设有与各自边框上的嵌接槽平行且与上述螺钉相配合的螺钉槽。
所述的上边框上设有与嵌接槽平行的引线槽,引线槽的底面上设有引线孔。
所述的下边框上设有与嵌接槽平行的过水槽。
本发明的技术方案相比现有技术,具有如下特点:
1、本发明既能利用光伏发电,又能作为建筑件,实现光伏发电与建筑一体化,降低建筑成本。
2、本发明只须将光伏发电组件的四边嵌入四周边框的嵌接槽中,相邻边框之间利用边框端头的缺口拼合并由连接件固定即可。所以本发明结构简单、组装方便且连接可靠。
3、本发明之间的连接非常方便,采取的是搭接,而且无论是上下搭接,还是左右搭接,采取一组件边框面板将相邻组件边框的面板罩住,既美化外观又能防雨水从连接缝处渗入,在相邻两建筑组件连接处可以不必上胶,而且由于设有引线槽,方便电缆连接,所以给施工带来极大的方便。
3、本发明的通用性强,既可搭接成屋面,又可搭接成墙面,其结构可适用于不同功率的光伏发电组件。
4、使用本发明所组成的墙面或屋面具有良好的导电性,方便防雷接地。

具体实施方式
见图1~19所示的实施例。
本实施例具有光伏发电组件1,光伏发电组件上层为玻璃、中层为由上下EVA相夹的若干太阳能电池片连接而成的方阵,底层为塑料板,经热压封装而成。上述的光伏发电组件底层的塑料板可采用透明的,可增强透光性。
见图1,光伏发电组件1的四周设有上、下及左、右两侧型材边框2、3、4、5。
见图5~8,所述的上边框2设有嵌接槽2-1,两端具有缺口2-2而形成盖部2-4。盖部2-4上设有螺钉孔2-41。所述的上边框2上设有与嵌接槽平行的引线槽2-3,引线槽2-3的底面上设有引线孔2-31。
见图9~12,所述的下边框3设有嵌接槽3-1,两端具有缺口3-2而形成盖部3-4。盖部3-4上设有螺钉孔3-41。下边框3处于嵌接槽背面的面板内侧面的高度h3大于上边框2的高度h2。所述的下边框3上设有与嵌接槽3-1平行的过水槽3-3,即便边框与光伏发电组件的上层玻璃间有水渗入,也可经过水槽排出,保证水不会漏入室内。
在左、右两侧边框中的一边框为宽面板侧边框,另一边框则相对为窄面板。本实施例的右边框5为宽面板侧边框。
见图13~14,所述的左边框4为窄面板侧边框,左边框4设有嵌接槽4-1和与嵌接槽4-1平行的螺钉槽4-3。
见图15~19,所述的右边框5为宽面板侧边框,右边框5设有嵌接槽5-1及与嵌接槽5-1平行的螺钉槽5-3。右边框5两端具有缺口5-2,右边框处于嵌接槽背面的面板内侧面的宽度h51大于左边框4的面板宽度h41,右边框5的处于嵌接槽背面的面板内侧面至嵌接槽顶面的高度h52大于左边框4的面板厚度h42。
上述上边框左端盖部2-4上的螺钉孔2-41及下边框左端盖部3-4上的螺钉孔3-41应与左边框上的螺钉槽4-3同一中心线。上述上边框右端盖部2-4上的螺钉孔2-41及下边框右端盖部3-4上的螺钉孔3-41应与右边框上的螺钉槽5-3同一中心线。
见图1~4,所述的光伏发电组件1的四边嵌入对应边框的嵌接槽中,相邻边框之间利用边框端头的缺口拼合,即上边框2的一端盖部2-4覆盖在左边框4的上端面上;上边框2的另一端的盖部2-4插入右边框5的上端缺口5-2中且覆盖在缺口端面5-21上;下边框3的一端由缺口3-2而形成的盖部3-4覆盖在左边框4的下端面上;下边框3的另一端由缺口3-2而形成的盖部3-4插入右边框5下端的缺口5-2中,并覆盖在缺口端面5-22上,作为连接件6的螺钉通过上、下边框盖部上的螺钉孔拧入对应的左、右边框的螺钉槽内而固定。
图20~24为本发明应用例。
见图20所示的墙面或屋面由六块通用光伏建筑构件组成的方阵面板和四条龙骨7组成。龙骨的架设,可以保证方阵面板下方有散热空间,可以防止光伏发电组件因过热而降低发电效率。见图21和图24,左、右相邻光伏发电建筑组件的搭接由组件的右边框5上处于嵌接槽背面的面板搭在相邻组件的左边框4的面板上并将该面板罩住;见图22和图23,上、下相邻光伏发电建筑组件的搭接由上光伏发电建筑组件的下边框3搭在下光伏发电建筑组件的上边框2上,下边框3上的处于嵌接槽背面的面板将下光伏发电建筑组件的上边框2的面板罩住。光伏发电建筑组件上边框左右两端由螺钉固定在龙骨7上。龙骨7具有与龙骨长度方向一致的过水槽7-1,龙骨7的过水槽开口7-11设置在顶面且对着两光伏发电建筑组件的搭接处。即便边框与光伏发电组件的上层玻璃间有水渗入,水可经下边框3的过水槽3-3和龙骨7的过水槽7-1排出。
处于光伏发电建筑构件背面的接线柱8上的引线通过上边框2上的引线槽2-3与光伏发电组件的太阳能电池片连接。

Claims (6)

1. 一种通用光伏建筑构件,具有光伏发电组件(1),其特征在于:光伏发电组件(1)的四周设有上、下及左、右两侧型材边框(2、3、4、5),光伏发电组件(1)的四边嵌入对应边框的嵌接槽中,相邻边框之间利用边框端头的缺口拼合并由连接件(6)固定;下边框(3)处于嵌接槽背面的面板内侧面的高度(h3)等于或大于上边框(2)的高度(h2);上述两侧边框(4、5)中的一侧边框(5)为宽面板侧边框,宽面板侧边框(5)处于嵌接槽背面的面板内侧面的宽度(h51)等于或大于另一侧边框(4)即相对为窄面板侧边框(4)的面板宽度(h41),宽面板侧边框(5)的处于嵌接槽背面的面板内侧面至嵌接槽顶面的高度(h52)等于或大于窄面板侧边框(4)的面板厚度(h42)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的通用光伏建筑构件,其特征在于:上边框(2)的一端由缺口(2-2)而形成的盖部(2-4)覆盖在窄面板侧边框(4)的上端面上;上边框(2)的另一端由缺口(2-2)而形成的盖部(2-4)插入宽面板侧边框(5)的上端缺口(5-2)中且覆盖在缺口端面(5-21)上;下边框(3)的一端由缺口(3-2)而形成盖部(3-4)覆盖在窄面板侧边框(4)的下端面上;下边框(3)的另一端由缺口(3-2)而形成的盖部(3-4)插入宽面板侧边框(5)下端的缺口(5-2)中覆盖在缺口端面(5-22)上。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的通用光伏建筑构件,其特征在于:所述的连接件(6)均采用螺钉。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的通用光伏建筑构件,其特征在于:所述的两侧边框(4、5)上分别设有与各自边框上的嵌接槽(4-1、5-1)平行且与上述螺钉相配合的螺钉槽(4-3、5-3)。
5. 根据权利要求2所述的通用光伏建筑构件,其特征在于:所述的上边框(2)上设有与嵌接槽(2-1)平行的引线槽(2-3),引线槽(2-3)的底面上设有引线孔(2-31)。
6. 根据权利要求2所述的通用光伏建筑构件,其特征在于:所述的下边框(3)上设有与嵌接槽(3-1)平行的过水槽(3-3)。
