生活垃圾焚烧炉的烟气净化装置技术领域本发明涉及一种用于去除生活垃圾焚烧产生的烟气中的酸性气体如HCL、 S0x、 HF,有毒气体二恶英和粉尘的烟气净化装置,特别是一种同时设有单独的石灰干粉 与水喷射系统、石灰浆喷射系统及活性炭喷射系统,以实现可根据烟气温度、流量 以及酸性气体含量自动启用和调整上述的石灰干粉与水喷射系统和/或石灰浆喷射 系统的两用半干法的生活垃圾焚烧炉的烟气净化装置。 '背景技术众所周知,普通燃煤锅炉的炉烟因内含有未充分燃烧的一氧化碳、二氧化硫等 有害气体和飞尘而必须在净化后才可排放大气;对于生活垃圾焚烧的炉烟,则因生活 垃圾内含的物品众多,尤其有人们常用的塑料用品、废电池等,而使其烟气还内含如二恶 英、重金属汞等有毒气体及HCL、 Sox等酸性气体。因此,在加强环境保护的今天,对生 活垃圾焚烧炉烟的净化更为人们所关注。现有的烟气净化装置,可按照该装置是否产生废水或所用中和剂的形式可分为 湿法,干法和半干法等。其中湿法烟气净化装置的投资成本较高,且其产生的废水 因含有重金属元素而造成二次污染,故一般不用于生活垃圾焚烧的烟气净化。千法 烟气净化装置是通过往布袋除尘器的入口烟道中喷射Ca (0H) 2粉实现净化,它虽不 产生废水,但中和剂的利用率太低,且还不能保证脱硫率,故有被摈弃的趋势。半 干法在目前用得较多,它还可按其所采用的中和剂的形式再分为两类: 一类是以石 灰浆为中和吸收剂进行烟气脱酸处理,该系统设有石灰浆喷射装置, 一般将生石灰 配成浓度不低于15%的石灰浆液;另一类是以石灰粉为中和吸收剂,且还可利用部分 净化下来的飞灰,水和飞灰混合后进入反应塔、石灰单独喷入;前一类存在着中和 剂的耗量高、调节不够灵活、负荷适应性差、浆管和喷嘴易堵塞和磨损且反应塔内 壁易粘结等问题,而后一类存在着飞灰和水的混合比不易控制而易造成粘壁、石灰粉的耗量较大而使运行成本高、除尘器的布袋负荷增大而易于糊袋,而且负荷适应 性较差、系统不稳定。总之,现有的烟气净化装置均因其只是单一的一种脱酸方式 而使净化效果不甚理想,特别在用于负荷变化较大的生活垃圾焚烧炉烟时,易出现 调节不灵活、中和剂耗量大、系统故障率高,严重时还无法达到环保标准。中国专利CN02151026. 1所提供的"垃圾焚烧炉高温烟气净化方法",是根据烟气在 低于600t:时将逐渐合成二恶英的理论,采用避开该温度而往600〜80(TC的烟气中投入钠碱 改性石灰,以抑制毒性有机物二恶英在烟道气中合成,并还使烟气中的酸性气体与钠碱改性 石灰反应而被吸收、固体反应产物与烟道气中携带的飞灰收集在高温除尘器中。该专利提供 了在垃圾焚烧炉烟道气区投入钠碱改性石灰的温度范围以减少二恶英合成的宝贵理论,但所 采用的包括密封式给料装置和旋风除尘器在内的净化装置,仍有前述现有的烟气净化装置所存在的问题:要求中和剂的质量高、浓度大,且无法利用循环飞灰,故其运行成 本高;同时在负荷变化大时,调节比较麻烦。中国专利CN00128285.9公开的循环悬浮床干法烟气脱硫工艺及系统,它所涉及的装置 是以石灰干粉做中和剂,同时将从除尘器分离出的飞灰与水按一定比例混合、以此 做返料物质返送回反应塔;该装置中还设置低阻力烟气射流结构、内分离部件及外 置低阻分离器。但用它来净化生活垃圾焚烧炉烟时,将会因垃圾内含品种广泛且具 不确定性而导致负荷波动频繁、波幅大,以及还内含毒气等,故会出现以下的问题: 1)因中和剂的品种单一而难以对负荷波动进行调节,故影响净化效果;2)以石灰 干粉做中和剂时,因中和剂的利用率低而耗用量大;3)由于水和灰的配比难控制而 易造成堵塞,因此系统的故障率较高;4)它无法去除二恶英等有毒气体。它尤其无 法随着烟气流量、进口烟气温度以及烟气中的酸性成分的变化米及时调整返料量、 中和剂用量;例如它在烟气温度低而酸性气体含量较高时,为保护布袋的安全运行 及布袋的使用寿命而应控制进布袋除尘器前的烟气温度在露点以上且喷水量不宜过 大,但随即带来因石灰的含湿率低而必须增加用量、提高成本的问题;反之,当烟 气温度高、烟气成分中的酸性气体的成分低时,为保证布袋正常运行及中和剂的含 湿率而应加大喷水量,但这又会带来了水和石灰的配比难以控制的问题,以致出现 因水多而堵塞返料管、布袋糊袋的问题。另外,它不能自动调节,例如净化过程不 能根据烟气温度和酸性气体的含量随机调整中和剂的用量及水量,从而引起脱硫效 率不稳定、中和剂过量,甚至会因飞灰粘度变大而使除尘过程难以进行、无法达到 环保要求,布袋除尘器的使用寿命下降等问题。发明内容本发明是要克服上述现有技术中所存在的缺点,提供一种生活垃圾焚烧炉的烟 气净化装置,以使它具有净化效果好、中和剂的利用率高、运行成本低、故障率小 且使用寿命长等特点。本发明的生活垃圾焚烧炉的烟气净化装置,它包含一个带有烟气进口、排渣口、 石灰干粉的喷口、烟气出口的反应塔和依次连接在反应塔烟气出口上的预除尘器、 布袋除尘器、引风机,其中反应塔的底部带有能使烟气在低阻射入后能即时转为高 速的文丘里管,且石灰干粉的喷口设置在文丘里管扩散段所在的塔壁上,其特征是-反应塔在文丘里管扩散段所在的塔壁上还设有水和浆液以及雾化空气的喷口、在预 除尘器与布袋除尘器之间设有活性炭混合器,且在烟气出口的通道上装有热电偶和 在布袋除尘器出口烟道上装有酸性气体检测仪。本发明的生活垃圾焚烧炉的烟气净化装置,它在反应塔上还设有循环飞灰喷口, 该喷口通过返料器连通布袋除尘器和预除尘器上的飞灰出口。上述的返料器上装有一个能通过变频器调节返料的流出量的返料绞笼和带有溢 流灰管的溢流绞笼。以使本发明装置可根据反应塔内的烟气差压及烟气流量自动调整返 料绞笼上的变频器频率、改变飞灰返回反应塔的返料量;返料器内多余的飞灰则可通过溢流绞笼和溢流灰管送至输灰装置。本发明的有益效果:通过在反应塔的扩散段上单独设置的石灰干粉与水喷射系 统、石灰浆喷射系统,同时还可配有返料系统,故运行中即可根据在线监测的酸性 气体含量、烟气流量、布袋除尘器进口的烟气温度以及反应塔的烟气差压,自动启 用石灰干粉与水喷射系统和/或石灰浆喷射系统,并还能自动调整喷射的浆量、水量、 喷粉量以及返料量;从而具有以下的有益效果:1)石灰浆的浓度可因此而适当降低、 控制在10%以下,能有效避免喷嘴或管道的堵塞与磨损、减少运行故障,并且由于 液固比例提高而增大中和剂的利用率;2)当负荷波动时,系统可根据烟气流量、温 度以及烟气中的酸性气体的含量自动选择运行方式,或者同时喷石灰浆和喷石灰干 粉,或者单独喷石灰桨,或者单独喷石灰干粉及水来处理烟气中的酸性气体;使净 化烟气的同时,又大幅减少中和剂的用量;3)本发明装置还可根据采购到的中和剂 的品质来选择系统的石灰干粉与水喷射和/或石灰浆喷射的运行方式,故对中和剂的 质量要求相对较低,从而能以价廉的生石灰或石灰粉来降低净化系统的运行的成本; 4)在返料器上安装了能通过变频器调节流量的返料绞笼之后,系统即可根据烟气量 的变化及反应塔内烟气差压的变化,自动调节返料量,同时也增加了中和剂的及应 时间和中和剂的利用率、进一步降低运行成本;5)在装置中设有的带可调式均衡给 料的活性碳混合器,可彻底去除生活垃圾焚烧炉烟中的二恶英、重金属等有毒物质; 6)本发明装置因以下的原因而具有运行高稳定性的特点,该原因是:在要增大运行 系统的气固比时,通常首选石灰桨以提高中和剂的反应率、减少中和剂的用量,但 单独的石灰浆喷射系统会因石灰浆的高浓度而出现桨管或喷嘴的堵塞、磨损加剧, 以及反应塔内易粘结壁面而造成系统的运行不稳定;但本装置因还同时设有喷石灰 干粉的系统,故能以相对降低石灰浆浓度来避免上述的堵塞、磨损、粘结壁面,甚 至还可即时启用石灰干粉与水进行脱酸;同样地,当石灰千粉与水脱酸的系统出现 故障时,也可即时启用石灰浆喷射系统;总之,装置中的石灰干粉与水喷射系统、 石灰浆喷射系统的独立设置,能应对各种故障、确保净化过程持续稳定地进行。综上所述,与现有的烟气净化装置相比较,本发明装置在确保生活垃圾焚烧炉 的烟气达到环保净化指标的词时,还因其能适应负荷的频繁或大幅的波动、运行故 障少且应对故障的能力强而可确保系统运行稳定可靠,并且还具有运行所需的成本 低、装置的使用寿命较长等特点。附图说明图1是本发明生活垃圾焚烧炉的烟气净化装置的结构简图; ll-石灰千粉或返料的喷嘴;12-排渣器;13-输送机;1-石灰浆的制浆系统。具体实施方式实施例1、本实施例生活垃圾焚烧炉的烟气净化装置的结构可从图1中看到,它包含一个带有烟气进口 la、排渣口 lb、石灰干粉Ca (OH) 2的喷口 lg、烟气出口 le 的反应塔1和依次连接在反应塔烟气出口上的预除尘器2、布袋除尘器4、引风机5。 其中反应塔1的底部带有文丘里管,亦即塔体的底部带有自下而上逐渐缩小截面的收縮 段和向上逐渐扩大截面的扩散段,以使烟气在低阻射入后能即时转为高速进入反应区;石灰 干粉的喷口 lg设置在文丘里管扩散段所在的塔壁上;本实施例装置还在文丘里管扩 散段所在的反应塔塔壁上设有水和浆液以及雾化空气的喷口 lc、在预除尘器2与布 袋除尘器4之间设有活性炭混合器3,且在烟气出口的通道上装有热电偶lf和布袋 除尘器出口烟道上装有酸性气体检测仪lh。使用本实施例装置时,来自生活垃圾焚烧炉的内含酸性气体如HCL、 Sox、 HF和二恶英 等有毒气体及飞灰的烟气,从反应塔l底端的烟气进口 la进入,在经塔下部的文丘里管时 气流被加速、与从喷口 lc喷入塔内的水或石灰浆及雾化空气和/或从喷口 lg喷入的石灰干粉 混合、飞灰被吹散,在与烟气充分接触中不仅完成了脱酸的过程,并且烟气中的二恶英、重 金属还被高浓度的石灰干粉表面吸附而部分去除;其后烟气从出口 le离开反应塔进入预除 尘器2、气固被初次分离,分离出来的飞灰进入返料器6,而烟气则进入活性炭混合器3;在 活性炭混合器中,烟气内剩余的二恶英、重金属被逆向喷入的活性炭粉吸附干净;最后,烟 气进入布袋除尘器4被进一步去尘后经引风机5排入大气。被布袋除尘器4捕集到的飞灰从 其底端排出,并通过输送机13输到返料器6。经本实施例装置净化的烟气,其脱酸能达到并超过国际环保的要求,除尘率可达99.9 % , 二恶英含量在0. lng/nm3以上。经喷口lc喷入的减温水、浆液和/或喷口lg喷出的石灰干粉,在与烟气的接触中进行如 下的脱酸反应:S02 + Ca (OH) 2+H20=CaS0:,+2H202HCl+Ca(0H)2=CaCl2+2H202HF+Ca(0H)2=CaF2+2H20;上述反应过程的温度尽可能低一些,因为烟气吸收酸性成分的能力是随温度的降低而增 加,但太低的温度将增强反应塔中循环物粘结的趋势;同时,太高或太低的温度均将影响布 袋除尘器的使用寿命,兼顾这些因素, 一般对将进入布袋除尘器的烟气温度控制在露点以上 10〜20°C。从图i中还可看到本发明的烟气净化装置中所用的石灰浆是由制浆系统I提供,然后通过 管道上安装的双流体喷枪IO,将水/浆液和雾化空气从喷口lc喷入反应塔l内。它的制浆系统I包括自上向下依次设置的贮仓、输送机、混合器和搅拌器:石灰从贮仓下料到输送机上, 由输送机送入混合器中与水混合,通过搅拌器搅拌均匀即成为脱酸反应所需用的石灰浆进入 储浆罐(图中未予表示)并由管道输出。从图1中也可看到本发明的烟气净化装置中的石灰干粉喷动系统,所用的石灰干 粉是经粉碎的Ca (0H) 2干粉,它们由干粉贮仓供出(在图中未予以表示),并通过管 道和干粉喷射装置11从干粉的喷口 lg喷入反应塔1内。石灰干粉或返料喷射装置11 的结构可从图3中看到,它是采用现有的拉法尔喷嘴。上述的预除尘器2是一个内带槽型铁的惯性除尘器,烟气从反应塔出口幾入该惯 性分离器,然后通过与槽型铁的碰撞使其内含的飞灰凭其惯性向下分离出来、从其 下方的管道进入返料器6;经该预除尘器气固分离后的烟气则进入活性炭混合器3。本实施例中的活性炭混合器的结构还可从图4中看到,它带有活性炭喷嘴3a,活性炭 粉自下向上喷出,而烟气自上而下通过,在两者的逆向接触中,因活性炭粉能充分地吸附烟 气中还剩余的有毒气体与尘粒而净化烟气。活性炭的加入量是根据烟气量以设定的比例 加入;粉末活性炭由给料机经压縮空气喷入反应塔出口和布袋除尘器进口的烟道中, 在喷入处还设置文丘里(即其器壁上带有的收縮段与扩散段)混合段,以加强活性 炭与粉尘的混合、确保其对烟气中的Hg及二恶英类毒物的吸附达到最佳效果,保证 烟气的排放达到环保要求。上述的布袋除尘器4内带有低压、脉冲离线清灰装置,经该布袋除尘器分离下来 的飞灰,通过底部阀门下落到输送机13,由该输送机将其送入返料器6;经布袋除尘器除尘后的烟气由引风机5排放大气。上述的能将水/浆液和雾化空气从喷口 lc喷入反应塔l内的双流体喷枪IO,它的结构 还可从图2中看到,它是一个带有水或石灰浆液的通道10a和压縮空气雾化通道10b的 喷嘴,它不仅在压縮空气的雾化下,可同时喷射石灰桨和减温水,也可在喷射石灰 干粉时仅喷射减温水作为减温介质,并且它还因无运动部件而结构简单可靠,同时 还可实现在线更换、操作方便。本实施例在烟气出口的通道上装有的热电偶lf和酸性气体检测仪lh,是用于对烟 气温度和酸性气体的含量的实时监测,它们与反应塔内的其它仪器,如流量计、压 力表配合,为系统运行方式的选择、系统运行中的自动调节提供依据,从而确保烟 气净化过程自动可靠地运行。上述本实施净化装置在系统运行中对单独启用喷石灰浆,或单独启用喷石灰干 粉,或同时启用喷石灰浆与喷石灰干粉的三种不同的脱酸方式的依据是:1) 当烟气中的酸性气体含量波动较大时,自动控制系统可根据酸性气体的含量 自动启动和/或不启动喷石灰干粉系统。当较稀浓度的喷石灰浆量能够满足环保要求时可暂停喷石灰干粉系统:而当酸性气体成分较高,因单独喷石灰浆将无法满足环 保指标时,即时自动启动喷石灰粉系统,使之与喷石灰浆系统同时运行。2) 当烟气温度低而酸性气体含量高时,系统可根据烟气温度的要求自动减少石灰浆量的喷射,从而减少反应塔内的水份含量,以保证烟气温度在露点温度以上, 同时根据酸性气体的含量,自动启动或不启动石灰干粉喷射装置,亦即当酸性气体 成分含量高时,自动启动喷石灰干粉系统、与喷石灰浆系统同时运行;反之,喷石 灰干粉系统暂停。上述运行方式的选择,是以系统运行稳定可靠、保证脱酸高效率为前提,同时 还以减少中和剂用量为原则。反应塔1的设计高度,应满足烟气在其内有充分的时 间完成脱酸反应和水分蒸发吸热为原则。实施例2、 本实施例的净化装置也从图1中看到,它与实施例1所不同的是:反应塔1上还设有与返料器6连通的返料管9和循环飞灰喷口 ld,并且返料器6与布袋除尘 器4和预除尘器2上的飞灰出口连通。以使净化过程所捕集到的飞灰可作为返料灰由返 料管9出口端上的循环飞灰喷口 ld重新返回到反应塔、循环再利用。返料灰内含飞灰颗粒、 残留的中和剂,中和剂,与烟气中的飞灰一起参与塔内的干燥、催化、化学反应,从而使中 和剂的利用率达到最高,并且烟气中的反应产物、循环飞灰与喷入的中和剂一起增大了与酸 性烟气接触反应的表面,使化学反应更加完全、充分,反应效率因此而提高。另外,h述高 浓度的干燥循环物料在返回塔内时所产生的强烈的湍流作用和适当的温度,能有效地保持反 应塔内壁面的干净、没有沉积物,并且进入返料管内的灰均为干灰,因此可避免因返料 带有水分而出现堵塞的问题。在反应塔内产生的少量沉降物料可通过塔底的排渣口 lb排 出。实施例3、 本实施例的净化装置也从图1中看到,它与实施例1或实施例2所不同的 是:它的返料器6上还安装了能通过变频器调节返料流出量的返料绞笼5'和带有溢 流灰管8的溢流绞笼7。从而使本实施例的净化装置可根据反应塔内的烟气差压及烟气流 量自动调整返料绞笼6'上变频器的频率、改变飞灰的返料量;并且在返料器中的飞 灰多余时,能通过溢流绞笼7和溢流灰管8送至在外界设置的输灰装置(图中未予 以表示)除了通过上述三个实施例对生活垃圾焚烧炉的烟气净化装置进行描述之外,本发明还对该装置进行试验,以下是试验中所测得的数据:生活垃圾焚烧炉烟的入口烟气量为26000〜29000nm3/h;入口烟气成分为:Sox 292〜 412mg/m3、 HCL 300〜750mg/m3,经本发明净化装置净化后,出口烟气酸性气体成分含量 达到环保要求,亦即SOx《260ng/m3、 HCL《75mg/m3。在上述前提下采用三种不同的中和 剂的加入方式时的中和剂用量列于表1:表l<table>table see original document page 8</column></row> <table>从上表可看到:当烟气指标达到环保要求时,采用喷射干粉的方式时中和剂的用量最高, 采用喷浆方式、喷浆+喷粉两用的方式所用中和剂的用量基本一致;当系统进行返料时,中 和剂的用量仅为原来的0.85〜0.9。因此,本发明装在确保生活垃圾焚烧炉的烟气达到环 保净化指标的同时,还使中和剂的用量减少故运行所需的成本较低。本发明生活垃圾焚烧炉的烟气净化装置内的控制系统是以最少的石灰耗量自动实 现烟气净化为准则。脱硫和脱氯化氢的控制系统主要由三个控制回路构成。第一个控制回路是根据进口的烟气量的变化控制进入反应器的再循环物料量。 再循环物料在反应器内有较大的反应接触面积并且分布均匀,使其与石灰和烟气能 充分接触。与此同时,大量的再循环物的快速冲刷有效的防止了灰浆粘在反应器的 内壁。第二个控制回路是通过对出口烟气温度的测量来控制给水量,以确保烟气冷却 到适当的温度,使其保持在露点温度以上,确保布袋除尘器的安全运行,提高石灰 的化学反应率。第三个控制回路是控制石灰的添加量,通过不断地监控入口烟气的流量和出口 气体中的酸性气体含量即可计算石灰的配料比,并可根据需要在喷浆的过程中,自动 投入或不投干石灰粉。通过上述脱硫和脱氯化氢的三个控制回路,可以实现本发明生活垃圾焚烧炉的 烟气净化装置在烟气指标达到环保要求的前提下,能得出如上述表1所示的中和剂的用 量少,亦即运行所需的成本较低的结果。
