Abstract

太阳能防水透光阳光屋顶属于太阳能利用装置领域,主要解决太阳能阳光屋顶易透风、漏水,而又难以维护,寿命短的问题;采用复合结构式的阳光屋顶,屋顶支架(1)之上,从下向上依次装有排组式的端口密封的中空玻璃太阳能集热管(2)、透光防水薄膜(3)和玻璃压管(4),玻璃压管(4)压着透光防水薄膜(3)填充式的位于相邻的两根端口密封的中空玻璃太阳能集热管(2)的间隙中;玻璃压管(4)可以是端口密封的中空玻璃管(5)和/或普通全玻璃真空集热管(6);有益之处为:兼具有很好的透光和集热性,同时密封性好、不透风、不漏水,集热、隔热及保温性能好,使用寿命长,而且还具有调温功能,同时容易制造和安装。

技术领域
本发明属于太阳能利用装置领域,涉及一种太阳能防水透光阳光屋顶。
背景技术
就太阳能利用装置而言,大多为普通全玻璃真空集热管式太阳能集热器用于加热水,也有中空玻璃管式太阳能集热器并应用于建筑物的透光窗、阳光房、阳光屋顶,如中国专利ZL200420112746·3,还有如普通温室大棚,是利用透光屋顶达到利用太阳能集热的目的,或者有的建筑物利用透光的阳光板达到透光兼集热的目的,对于类同阳光板式的太阳能阳光屋顶利用装置而言均存在着明显的不足:或者功能单一,透光性好而集热性差,或者虽同时兼具有较好的透光和集热性,但密封性不好,易透风、漏水,寿命短而又难以维护,而且大都不具有调温的功能。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:
采用复合结构式的阳光屋顶,能克服现有技术中存在的不足,既具有很好的透光性和集热性,同时密封性好,不透风、不漏水,集热、隔热及保温性能好,使用寿命长,而且还具有调温功能。
采用的技术方案:
太阳能防水透光阳光屋顶,屋顶支架上装有排组式的端口密封的中空玻璃太阳能集热管及加长连接及固定配套附件,其特征在于:屋顶为复合结构,屋顶支架之上,从下向上依次装有排组式的端口密封的中空玻璃太阳能集热管、透光防水薄膜和玻璃压管,玻璃压管压着透光防水薄膜填充式的位于相邻的两根端口密封的中空玻璃太阳能集热管的间隙中。
有益效果:
太阳能防水透光阳光屋顶兼具有很好的透光和集热性,同时密封性好,不透风、不漏水,集热、隔热及保温性能好,使用寿命长,而且还具有调温功能,同时容易制造和安装。

具体实施方式
结合附图进一步详加说明;
如图1所示,玻璃压管4为端口密封的中空玻璃管5;或者为端口密封的中空玻璃管5与普通全玻璃真空集热管6规则相间的排组在一起;或者全部为普通全玻璃真空集热管6。
如图1所示,玻璃压管4位于相邻的两根端口密封的中空玻璃太阳能集热管2的间隙的上半区中,并且应通过透光防水薄膜3紧挨在相邻的两根端口密封的中空玻璃太阳能集热管2的外壁上,其管外径Φ0必须大于相邻的两根端口密封的中空玻璃太阳能集热管2之间的最小间距S。
如图1、2所示,端口密封的中空玻璃太阳能集热管2的加长连接及固定配套附件具有,装在屋顶支架1的横梁上的双端口垫板7以及配套的上压板9,该压板通过紧固件8与双端口垫板7固定在一起。
如图1、3所示,玻璃压管4为普通全玻璃真空集热管6时,其加长连接及固定配套附件具有,装在屋顶支架1的横梁上的双端口垫板7,普通全玻璃真空集热管6的接头11,配套的鞍型压板10,该压板通过锁紧件12与双端口垫板7固定在一起。
如图1、4所示,玻璃压管4为端口密封的中空玻璃管5时,其加长连接及固定配套附件具有,装在屋顶支架1的横梁上的双端口垫板7以及配套的顶压板14,该压板通过锁紧钉13与双端口垫板7固定在一起。
如图5所示,玻璃压管4挨屋脊和边檐处的单端头部位具有装在屋顶支架1上的配套的端部卡扣15。
实际应用中
当装有普通全玻璃真空集热管6时,应具有配套的上、下水系统;鉴于玻璃管的强度所限,一般情况下均需要加长连接及固定,既便玻璃管无须加长连接,也应以双端口垫板7的形式在支架1的横梁上加装垫板,以增加玻璃管的强度;调节供水流量及供水温度即可调节室内温度。
所谓普通全玻璃真空集热管6,是指其管壁呈真空夹层式的两端或单端开口的太阳能集热管,一般均用于加热水,其加长连接及固定时,也可以采用可靠粘接法。
所谓端口密封的中空玻璃太阳能集热管2及端口密封的中空玻璃管5,其内腔可以为真空或非真空状,真空状更有利于集热、隔热和保温。

Claims (9)

1. 太阳能防水透光阳光屋顶,屋顶支架(1)上装有排组式的端口密封的中空玻璃太阳能集热管(2)及加长连接及固定配套附件,其特征在于:屋顶为复合结构,屋顶支架(1)之上,从下向上依次装有排组式的端口密封的中空玻璃太阳能集热管(2)、透光防水薄膜(3)和玻璃压管(4),玻璃压管(4)压着透光防水薄膜(3)填充式的位于相邻的两根端口密封的中空玻璃太阳能集热管(2)的间隙中。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的太阳能防水透光阳光屋顶,其特征在于:玻璃压管(4)为端口密封的中空玻璃管(5);或者全部为普通全玻璃真空集热管(6);或者为端口密封的中空玻璃管(5)与普通全玻璃真空集热管(6)规则相间的排组在一起。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能防水透光阳光屋顶,其特征在于:玻璃压管(4)位于相邻的两根端口密封的中空玻璃太阳能集热管(2)的间隙的上半区中,并且应通过透光防水薄膜(3)紧挨在相邻的两根端口密封的中空玻璃太阳能集热管(2)的外壁上,其管外径Φ0必须大于相邻的两根端口密封的中空玻璃太阳能集热管(2)之间的最小间距S。
