Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种药物传送装置,并且特别地、但非唯一地应用于自给药类型的注射器,比如已知的笔型注射器类型的注射器.这些装置经常由糖尿病人用于一种或多种胰岛素的自给药。
背景技术
已知一种药物传送装置,在该装置中药物在导螺杆或柱塞的作用下从药筒中排出.药筒通常包括在一端具有可移动的活塞的圆筒,使用中该活塞的移动使容纳在药筒中的药物排出.具体地说,知道柱塞与可移动的活塞发生接触是有利的,因为在此之前不会发生药物传送.
发明内容

具体实施方式
首先参考图1和2,可以看到用于药物传送装置的导螺杆2.在使用中,为了在药筒内部推进活塞,以便从药筒(例如图3和4中的筒)内部排出药物,导螺杆2适于被驱动从而与位于药筒6内部的活塞4相接触.
导螺杆2包括杆部8以及位于杆部8的第一端部的头部10.杆部8具有两个相对的沿其长度延伸的平侧面12.在相对的平侧面之间是具有沿其(长度)延伸的螺纹14的拱面.为了清晰起见,螺纹14只有一小部分示于图1和2中.可以理解,在实际中,螺线14基本沿导螺杆2的长度延伸.
导螺杆2的两个相对的平侧面12之一具有一通道或凹槽16.凹槽16基本沿导螺杆2延伸.在图1和2所示的实施例中,凹槽16从导螺杆2的头部10几乎延伸至杆部8的第二端部.在一个可选的实施例中(未示出),凹槽16可以沿杆部8的整个长度延伸.
导螺杆2的头部10包括两部分:连接到导螺杆2的杆部8上的固定部18,以及保持在固定部18之上的可移动部20.
固定部18的横截面通常是圆形的,并且在固定部18的圆周区域与杆部8连接.固定部18的边缘还具有多个远离导螺杆2的杆部8延伸的弹性指状件22.在多个弹性指状件22之间设有多个在固定部内轴向延伸的通道24.每一弹性指状件22具有向外径向延伸的薄片26.
可移动部20包括对应于固定部的平面部的平面部28.平面部28具有绕其边缘延伸的侧缘30。在侧缘30与平面部28之间具有多个开口32.在侧缘30周围还具有多个切除区34,从而形成了侧缘30的多个突起部36.
在使用中,通过将可移动部20置于固定部18上而将该可移动部20保持在固定部18之上,这样每一弹性指状件22延伸通过对应的开口32,并且侧缘30的每一突起部36被接纳在对应的轴向延伸的通道24内部.指状件22上的薄片26用于提供侧缘30贴靠于其上的止挡件,以便一旦可移动部20装配于固定部,则限制可移动部20相对于固定部18的移动和阻止可移动部20从固定部18上脱离。
可以理解地,每一弹性指状件22的长度、开口32的形状和大小、以及弹性指状件22上的薄片26的位置,将选择成允许导螺杆头部10的固定部18和可移动部20之间发生相对移动.
为了检测各个部分之间的相对移动,在使用中,在导螺杆头部10的固定部18和可移动部20之间设置一传感器40.在本发明中,当导螺杆2的头部10行进到与药筒活塞4接触时,这种相对的移动便发生了.为了避免传感器无意间启动,应当在导螺杆头部10的固定部18和可移动部20之间设置偏压元件.这种偏压元件也可以形成传感器40的一部分.例如,传感器40可以是圆顶开关的形状.
传感器40具有用于连接中央控制单元或处理器44的导线42.当与所示导螺杆(例如参见图2)配合使用时,导线42可以方便地位于导螺杆凹槽16内.图3和4示出了表示出这一点的一个药物传送装置的示例.
在图3和4中示出多个组成药物传送装置的元件.药物传送装置具有电源,例如电池46.电池46可以为电机48、中央控制单元或处理器(以盒44示意性地表示)以及可以将有关药物传送装置的使用和/或操作的信息传递给使用者的显示器(未示出)提供电能.该药物传送装置还包括由电机48驱动的传动系50,和如上所述的适于由传动系50轴向驱动的导螺杆2。
图3示出了药筒,该药筒的活塞4位于药筒6的第一端部.导螺杆2位于与活塞4相间隔的缩回位置.可以看到导线42从导螺杆2内部延伸到中央控制单元或处理器44.
在图4中,导螺杆2被推进以驱动药筒6内部的活塞4朝向药筒6的第二端部运动.在该位置,基本所有的药物将通过位于药筒6第二端部的针头单元(未示出)从药筒6中排出.再次可以看到从传感器40引出的导线42从导螺杆2内部延伸到中央控制单元或处理器44.
应当理解,使用具有这种与导螺杆2内的凹槽16结合的柔性导线42的传感器40,可以使药物传送装置内部组件能紧凑排列.
当采用标准尺寸的药筒6时,已知药筒6第二端部的位置在药物传送装置内部.在制造期间,会对药物传送装置内的导螺杆2的位置进行校准。由于导螺杆2的螺纹是确定的,因此驱动电机48的预定时间期间将对应于导螺杆2确定的移动.因此,当传感器40表示导螺杆2的头部10已经接触到药筒活塞4时,导螺杆2以及由此药筒6内的活塞4的位置可以由中央控制单元或处理器44确定.然后这一信息可以用于计算容纳在药筒6内部的药量.

Claims (7)

1. 一种用于药物传送装置的导螺杆,包括一杆部和一头部,该头部还包括一固定部、一相对于固定部可移动的可移动部、通常用于推动可移动部离开固定部的偏压元件、以及一检测可移动部朝向固定部移动的传感器,其中,固定部和可移动部两者之一具有多个相对于导螺杆轴向延伸的弹性指状件,并且固定部和可移动部两者中的另一个具有多个开口,每一弹性指状件在相对应的开口内延伸。
