抗水泥熟料浸蚀高铝砖,属耐火材料领域,由矾土颗粒、矾土细粉、硅线石、锆英砂微粉、粘土外加磷酸铝配比而成,制得的高铝砖抗碱浸性能高、耐磨系数大、砖使用寿命长且成本低廉,适用范围广,可应用于水泥窑后烧成带及玻璃窑承重墙、承重炉条、出料槽以及水玻璃窑的熔池大弦及炉墙等重要部位。

技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料领域,特别是指一种用于大型水泥回转窑过渡带上的抗水泥熟料浸蚀高铝砖,同时提供这种高铝砖的制造方法。
技术背景
大型水泥回转窑过渡带使用的抗剥落高铝砖的荷重软化稳定在1470℃,因水泥熟料的浸蚀,砖的抗碱浸性、耐磨性不理想,砖使用寿命短,国内市场大部份依赖进口,进口产品为纯高铝砖,由铝矾土制成,价位昂贵。
发明内容
本实用新型正是为了克服上述不足,提供一种抗碱浸性能高、耐磨系数大、砖使用寿命长且成本低的抗水泥熟料浸蚀高铝砖,可适用于水泥窑后烧成带及玻璃窑承重墙、承重炉条、出料槽以及水玻璃窑的熔池大弦及炉墙等重要部位,主要改进在于采用国内资源充足的矾土原料,配以硅线石和锆英砂微粉制成,具体是这样来实施的:抗水泥熟料浸蚀高铝砖,其组份与重量百分为:
矾土颗粒>3mm            20-30%
矾土颗粒3-1mm            15-20%
矾土细粉<1mm            15-25%
硅线石≤0.3mm            25-45%
锆英砂微粉≤0.088μm     ≤10%
粘土<0.088mm            5-10%
外加:
磷酸铝                   1-3%
本发明利用锆英砂的微裂纹作用,使砖的显气孔率相对保持在25-26%,有利于在高温或低温状态下消除砖的内应力,使砖具有较强的热震稳定性;采用硅线石提高砖的荷重软化温度,最高可达1500度以上,使砖的抗碱浸性能和耐磨性能大大提高;磷酸铝作为高强结合剂,提高砖半成品与成品的强度。
本发明所述的抗水泥熟料浸蚀高铝砖是这样制造的,物料按配比混合后在大于400吨的摩擦压力机下压制成半成品,然后将半成品置于梭式窑或隧道窑中于1530-1590℃烧成70-80小时,保温5-10小时后冷却出窑得成品。
本发明通过调整配方,制得的高铝砖抗碱浸性能高、耐磨系数大、砖使用寿命长且成本低廉,适用范围广,可应用于水泥窑后烧成带及玻璃窑承重墙、承重炉条、出料槽以及水玻璃窑的熔池大弦及炉墙等重要部位。

矾土颗粒>3mm    25
矾土颗粒3-1mm    20
矾土细粉<1mm    20
硅线石<=0.3mm  25
粘土<0.088mm    10
外加:
磷酸铝           2
制造方法是将物料按配比混合后在大于400吨的摩擦压力机下压制成半成品,然后将半成品置于梭式窑或隧道窑中于1530-1590℃烧成70-80小时,保温5-10小时后冷却出窑得成品。

1. 抗水泥熟料浸蚀高铝砖,其组份与重量百分为:
矾土颗粒>3mm         20-30%
矾土颗粒3-1mm         15-20%
矾土细粉<1mm         15-25%
硅线石≤0.3mm         25-45%
锆英砂微粉0.088μm    ≤10%
粘土<0.088mm         5-10%
外加:
磷酸铝                1-3%。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的抗水泥熟料浸浊高铝砖的制造方法,其特征在于将物料按配比混合后在大于400吨的摩擦压力机下压制成半成品,然后将半成品置于梭式窑或隧道窑中于1530-1590℃烧成70-80小时,保温5-10小时后冷却出窑得成品。
