Abstract

本发明涉及一种带备用电池的双电源供电的电子设备稳压电路。电路中,备用的内置电池BT2与Q2 NPN三极管基极相连接,外置电池或外置电源BT1与Q1 PNP三极管的发射极相连接。当外置电池无接通或电压低时,由内置的备用的电池作为主供电电源,在无外置电池时,内置的备用电池通过NPN三极管的发射结给智能水表供电;在有外置电池时,内置的备用电池仅作为稳压电路的参考电压,由外电池通过Q1 PNP和Q2 NPN给系统供电。本发明的有益效果是,电子设备可同时由双电池供电,在有外置电池供电时,内置的备用电池耗电极低,从而达到延长备用电池的使用寿命,提高户外无人值守的电子设备安全性和可靠性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带备用电池的双电源供电的电子设备稳压电路,特别是能与一次性电池配合使用的双电源供电的稳压电路。
背景技术
电子设备,特别是户外使用的、无人值守的电子设备,通常采用内置电源如电池的方法供电。当电池耗尽时,需更换电池或电子设备整机来维持设备的继续运行,这种更换过程的成本高、管理成本也高。随着科学技术地发展和管理智能化的进一步提高,这种内置电源方式的电子设备给使用和维护者者带来极大的不便,甚至直接影响到它的推广和使用。为此,人们设计了很多解决方案,主要围绕降低设备的功耗作文章,在静态时控制漏电流,尽可能使电池可以连续使用多年以上,虽然在一定程度上解决部分问题,但这对电路的设计和元器件的选型提出了更高的要求,增加了设计难度和成品检测的工序。
发明内容
为了克服电子设备内置电池工作寿命短、不易维护等问题,本发明提供一种采用内置的电池作为备用电源,外置电池或外接电源作为工作电源的双电源供电的电路,并具有稳压的功能。正常使用中,内置的备用电池不作为主供电电源,当外置电池无接通或电压低于设备初始设定的工作电压值时,由内置的备用电池作为主供电电源,保证设备供电不间断。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一次性内置备用电池与NPN三极管基极相连接,安装于电子设备的内部,外置电池与PNP三极管的发射极相连接,装于电池盒内,由用户自行更换。在无置外电池时,备用电池通过NPN三极管的发射结给智能水表供电;在有外置电池时,备用电池不供电,仅作为稳压电路的参考电压,由外置电池通过PNP三极管导通供电。由于一次性备用电池长时间不放电时将产生较严重的滞后现象,为激活电池,CRL端输入低电平,使与之相连的PNP三极管导通,此时,外置电池停止供电,由备用电池供电,以减小滞后现象对电子设备工作的影响。一次性内置备用电池可采用容量大、使用时间长的锂离子电池,也可根据设备的要求采用纽扣电池或筒状电池。
本发明的有益效果是,能同时使用双电池供电,在有外置电池供电时,内置电池耗电极低,从而达到延长备用电池的使用寿命,提高户外无人值守的电子设备安全性和可靠性。

在图1中,BT1为外置电池,BT2为备用内置锂电池,Q1、Q3为PNP型三极管,Q2为NPN型三极管,R1、R2为电阻。
具体实施方式
如图1所示,外置电池BT1与PNP型三极管Q1的发射极相连;内置电池BT2与PNP型三极管Q2的基极、PNP型三极管Q3的发射极相连;PNP型三极管Q1的集电极、PNP型三极管Q2的发射极、PNP型三极管Q3的集电极与电容C1相连。外置电池BT1与备用内置电池BT2分别与PNP型三极管Q1的发射极、PNP型三极管Q2的基极相连。PNP型三极管Q1的基极、集电极分别与Q2的集电极、发射极相连。PNP型三极管Q2的基极、发射极分别与PNP型三极管Q3的发射极、集电极相连。R1、R2与PNP型三极管Q3基极连接。

Claims (2)

1.一种双电源供电的电子设备稳压电路,其特征是该电路由外置电池、内置备用电池、稳压电路组成,外置电池(BT1)与PNP型三极管Q1的发射极相连;内置备用电池(BT2)与NPN型三极管Q2的基极、PNP型三极管Q3的发射极相连;PNP型三极管Q1的集电极、NPN型三极管Q2的发射极、PNP型三极管Q3的集电极与电容(C1)相连;PNP型三极管Q1的基极与NPN型三极管Q2的集电极相连;PNP型三极管Q1的集电极与NPN型三极管Q2的发射极相连;NPN型三极管Q2的基极与PNP型三极管Q3的发射极相连,NPN型三极管Q2的发射极与PNP型三极管Q3的集电极相连;CRL端与电阻R2一端相连,电阻R2的另一端与PNP三极管Q3的基极及电阻R1的一端连接在一起,电阻R1的另一端与PNP三极管Q3的发射极及内置备用电池的高电压端连接在一起。
2.按照权利要求1所述的双电源供电的电子设备稳压电路,其特征是内置备用电池是锂电池。
