Abstract

本发明提出一种高寒地区太阳能保温靴。该保温靴由太阳能专用发电极板、太阳能专用充电器、太阳能专用高能量全密闭铅酸蓄电池和具有电加热保温控制的靴组成。该系统在专用高能量全密闭铅酸蓄电池中采用了新的材料,以保证该电池的充电接受能力和放电性能。

高寒地区太阳能保温靴
技术领域:
在高寒地区野外工作的人员及高寒地区的解放军战士,在寒冷的条件下,可以提供一双温暖的靴,对处于高寒地区的人员及战士是非常渴望的,尤其是那些野外移动的工作人员及边防哨所战士提供一种方便应用的恒温靴是十分必要的,该发明涉及太阳能综合利用和太阳能专用高能量全密闭铅酸蓄电池领域。
背景技术:
在高寒地区、野外工作人员及边防哨所的战士,以往应用的只是-40℃的加厚靴本身厚度或靴材质来抵御寒冷,这对于-40℃以上的寒冷是不够的,用电加热在城市、乡村已广泛应用,如电热毯等,都需要提供电力,而野外和边防哨所根本不可能通电,只能利用太阳能发电,而太阳能综合利用系统中,非常重要的是提供优质的廉价的太阳能专用高能量全密闭铅酸蓄电池。它是使这一系统实用化非常关键的组成部分。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就在于提供一种这样的保温靴,本发明的目的是这样实现的:
该保温靴的组成为:太阳能发电极板、太阳能专用充电器、太阳能专用高能量全密闭铅酸蓄电池和具有电加热保温控制的靴。
白天利用太阳能发电极板发电,通过太阳能专用充电器给电池充电,电池可配套多只使用,电池给有恒温装置的靴提供电源,使电热保温靴保持在15℃的恒温下,这一装置解决了高寒地区尤其是不能通电及供暖的边际哨所和野外流动作业人员的脚部保暖问题,其中太阳能发电极板为单晶硅太阳能发电极板或多晶硅太阳能发电极板。用光电转换产生的电能通过太阳能专用充电器为专用电池充电。该电池是专门为太阳能设计的。电池的正极板栅合金材料采用:Pb+0.01%Ag+0.02%Cu+0.2%Sn+0.02%Al+0.15%As。正极活性物质组合物采用:Pb粉+1.295g/cm3H2SO4溶液+0.2%PTFE乳液+0.1%异性石墨。以确保电池的充电接受能力。该电池的负极板栅合金材料采用微合金处理,其成份为:Pb+0.02%Ca+0.1%Bi+0.02%Se+0.03%Ag+0.01%Al+0.01%Cu。负极活性物质组合物采用:Pb粉+1.295g/cm3H2SO4溶液+0.2%腐植酸+0.1%木糖醇+0.2%硫酸钡。以提高电池的充电接受能力。24小时可以由电池向带有电加热恒温控制的靴提供电能。保温靴由普通靴加保温装置组成。
附图说明:
白天利用20W太阳能极板发电,利用太阳能专用充电器给太阳能专用高能量全密闭铅酸蓄电池充电,然后,电池给有恒温装置的靴提供电源,供保温靴使用。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:
1)选用市场可采购的20W太阳能发电极板;
2)选用市场可采购的太阳能专用充电器;
3)生产太阳能专用高能量全密闭铅酸蓄电池;电池的正极板栅合金材料为:Pb+0.01%Ag+0.02%Cu+0.2%Sn+0.02%Al+0.15%As。
电池的正极活性物质组合物采用:Pb粉+1.295g/cm3H2SO4溶液+0.2%PTFE乳液+0.1%异性石墨。
电池的负极板栅合金材料为:Pb+0.02%Ca+0.1%Bi+0.02%Se+0.03%Ag+0.01%Al+0.01%Cu。
电池的负极活性物质组合物采用:Pb粉+1.295g/cm3H2SO4溶液+0.2%腐植酸+0.1%木糖醇+0.2%硫酸钡。
选用6V-3AH电池外壳,按电池组装工艺制成电池。
4)保温靴的设计:
(1)温度15℃恒温;
(2)保温时间10h;
(3)如电池电压为6V,加热器效率为0.9,若在15分钟将其加热至15℃,取加热器比热为1.3,则需要电池为I=0.3A。6V-3AH电池采用0.3A放电可维持10h。

Claims (1)

1.一种适于在高寒地区太阳能保温靴,该保温靴由普通靴加保温装置组成,包括:
1)太阳能发电极板;
2)太阳能专用充电器;
3)太阳能专用全密闭铅酸蓄电池;
4)带有电加热恒温控制的靴;
其中太阳能发电极板为单晶硅太阳能发电极板或多晶硅太阳能发电极板,用光电转换产生的电能通过太阳能专用充电器为专用电池充电,该电池是专门为太阳能设计的,电池的正极板栅合金材料采用:Pb,0.01%Ag,0.02%Cu,0.2%Sn,0.02%Al,0.15%As;正极活性物质组合物采用:Pb粉,1.295g/cm3H2SO4溶液,0.2%PTFE乳液,0.1%异性石墨,以确保电池的充电接受能力;该电池的负极板栅合金材料采用微合金处理,其成份为:Pb,0.02%Ca,0.1%Bi,0.02%Se,0.03%Ag,0.01%Al,0.01%Cu;负极活性物质组合物采用:Pb粉,1.295g/cm3H2SO4溶液,0.2%腐植酸,0.1%木糖醇,0.2%硫酸钡,以提高电池的充电接受能力;电池24小时向带有电加热恒温控制的靴提供电能。
