Abstract

本发明涉及一种内打灯灯箱遮光补光装置,其为设置于灯箱灯管和弧形反光板之间的不透光体,包括左反光部、右反光部和连接左反光部和右反光部的遮光部,遮光部横截面为圆弧形,左反光部和右反光部相对称,左反光部和右反光部的对称面与灯管的中心线位于同一平面内。遮光部与灯管相配合,将直射到遮光部的光线挡住,强迫光线从灯管的前部和两侧射出,减少光线的损失,使灯箱柔光板上的光照度较强。而左反光部和右反光部则可对柔光板远离灯管的部位进行补光,并使柔光板上的光照度比较均匀。

内打灯灯箱遮光补光装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种内打灯灯箱遮光补光装置。
背景技术
如何避免内打灯灯箱中灯管光照在柔光板上形成肋骨纹一直是业内人士所关心的问题。本发明人致力于灯箱方面的研究,先后对灯箱进行了各种改进,包括:1、在灯箱灯管和背板之间设置弧形反光板;2、在相邻两弧形反光板之间设置连接两弧形反光板的反光角;3、在灯管和弧形反光板之间设置横截面为V形的小反光角,小反光角位于灯管正后方,小反光角的对称面与灯管的中心线位于同一平面内。采用上述改进方案后,灯箱的光线效果得到了一定的改善,可以减少或消除灯箱肋骨纹现象,增加柔光板上的光照度,使灯箱的光线效果较好。但是,本发明人认为在现有灯箱设计方案的基础上还存在改进的余地,经潜心研发,终于发明可进一步提高灯箱光照度和均匀性的本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可使灯箱柔光板上的光照度高且光照度均匀的内打灯灯箱遮光补光装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下设计方案:一种内打灯灯箱遮光补光装置,其特征在于:其为设置于灯箱灯管和弧形反光板之间的不透光体,包括左反光部、右反光部和连接所述左反光部和右反光部的遮光部,所述遮光部横截面为圆弧形,所述左反光部和右反光部相对称,所述左反光部和右反光部的对称面与所述灯管的中心线位于同一平面内。
相邻两所述反光板之间设有横截面呈三角形的反光角,所述遮光部的圆弧长度为所述灯管周长的10-12%,所述左反光部和右反光部的高度为相邻两所述反光角顶部之间距离的5-7%,所述左反光部和右反光部的外侧边缘之间的距离为相邻两所述反光角顶部之间距离的15-22%。
所述左反光部和右反光部的表面为平面。
所述左反光部和右反光部的表面为凹圆弧面。
本发明的优点是:本发明内打灯灯箱遮光补光装置,由于其包括左反光部、右反光部和连接左反光部和右反光部的遮光部,遮光部横截面为圆弧形,左反光部和右反光部相对称,左反光部和右反光部的对称面与灯管的中心线位于同一平面内。遮光部与灯管相配合,将直射到遮光部的光线挡住,强迫光线从灯管的前部和两侧射出,减少光线的损失,使灯箱柔光板上的光照度较强。而左反光部和右反光部则可对柔光板远离灯管的部位进行补光,并使柔光板上的光照度比较均匀。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明一种内打灯灯箱遮光补光装置,其特征在于:其为设置于灯箱灯管1和弧形反光板2之间的不透光体,包括左反光部3、右反光部4和连接左反光部3和右反光部4的遮光部5,遮光部5横截面为圆弧形,左反光部3和右反光部4相对称,左反光部3和右反光部4的对称面与灯管1的中心线位于同一平面内。
相邻两反光板2之间设有横截面呈三角形的反光角8,遮光部5的圆弧长度为灯管1周长的10-12%,左反光部3和右反光部4的高度H为相邻两反光角8顶部之间距离B的5-7%,左反光部3和右反光部4的外侧边缘之间的距离L为相邻两反光角8顶部之间距离B的15-22%。
左反光部3和右反光部4的表面为平面。
如图2所示,左反光部3和右反光部4的表面为凹圆弧面。
灯箱灯管1和柔光板6之间设有折光体7。
本发明内打灯灯箱遮光补光装置,由于其包括左反光部3、右反光部4和连接左反光部3和右反光部4的遮光部5,遮光部5横截面为圆弧形,左反光部3和右反光部4相对称,左反光部3和右反光部4的对称面与灯管1的中心线位于同一平面内。遮光部5与灯管1相配合,将直射到遮光部5的光线挡住,强迫该部分光线从灯管1的前部和两侧射出,减少光线的损失,使灯箱柔光板6上的光照度较强。而左反光部3和右反光部4则可对柔光板6远离灯管1的部位进行补光,并使柔光板6上的光照度比较均匀。

1.一种内打灯灯箱遮光补光装置,其特征在于:其为设置于灯箱灯管和弧形反光板之间的不透光体,包括左反光部、右反光部和连接所述左反光部和右反光部的遮光部,所述遮光部横截面为圆弧形,所述左反光部和右反光部相对称,所述左反光部和右反光部的对称面与所述灯管的中心线位于同一平面内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内打灯灯箱遮光补光装置,其特征在于:相邻两所述反光板之间设有横截面呈三角形的反光角,所述遮光部的圆弧长度为所述灯管周长的10-12%,所述左反光部和右反光部的高度为相邻两所述反光角顶部之间距离的5-7%,所述左反光部和右反光部的外侧边缘之间的距离为两所述反光角顶部之间距离的15-22%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的内打灯灯箱遮光补光装置,其特征在于:所述左反光部和右反光部的表面为平面。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的内打灯灯箱遮光补光装置,其特征在于:所述左反光部和右反光部的表面为凹圆弧面。
