Abstract

Description

带微波吸收腔的新型微波炉
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种防微波泄漏装置,尤其是用于微波炉,将微波吸收腔放置在炉门与炉腔之间吸收微波防止微波向外泄漏伤害使用者。
二、背景技术
微波炉是现代家庭厨房中普遍使用的电器,而微波对人体有一定的危害,因而,作为家用电器的微波炉,防泄漏问题尤为重要。微波泄漏是指微波从源或加热器(炉腔)中泄漏到炉外空间,炉门是放置食物和观察炉腔用的,也是构成炉腔的一个前壁,泄漏问题最为突出。现在采用的方法除了电器上联锁,机械上是在缝隙处装门封条,紧紧贴在炉门和炉腔之间吸收微波,而炉门经多次开关磨损后,缝隙将加大,造成炉门与炉腔间不密封,门封条的作用便降低,微波泄漏量增加,超过标准,对使用者造成伤害。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的是要解决现有技术中的问题,提供一种带微波吸收腔的新型微波炉,它将微波吸收腔放置在炉门与炉腔之间吸收微波防止微波向外泄漏,长期保证使用者的安全。
本发明的具体方案是:在炉腔前面外侧放置微波吸收腔,微波吸收腔为一个四边形腔体,其截面为G字形,即在靠近炉腔口的一个侧面上有一长条开口,微波吸收腔的外壁为金属层、内壁为塑料层,在金属层及塑料层之间充满吸收微波的材料,可将其焊接或做成型材固定在炉腔前面外侧;在炉门上做一块与微波吸收腔形成的凹槽大小一致的方形突台,其高度与凹槽的深度一致,这样,炉门合上后,方形突台便陷入微波吸收腔组成的凹槽内,并与炉腔紧紧贴合,泄漏微波通过炉门与炉腔间的缝隙后由于其直射性,将会由微波吸收腔侧面的长条开口进入微波吸收腔,并在其内反射穿过塑料层被内部的微波吸收材料完全吸收,而不会泄漏到炉外。
本发明的有益效果是:使微波炉在现有防微波泄漏方法的基础上再加一道屏障,微波吸收腔与炉腔固定,其内微波吸收材料有效吸收泄漏微波,不会使微波由炉门缝隙泄漏,其效果不会受炉门磨损缝隙加大的影响,可长期保证使用者的安全,不会担心受微波辐照的危害。

五、具体实施方式
如图1所示,本带微波吸收腔的新型微波炉的结构上与现有微波炉相似,其特点是:在炉腔1前面外侧放置微波吸收腔2,微波吸收腔2为一个四边形腔体,其截面为G字形,在靠近炉腔1口的侧面上有长条开口2a,即G字开口。微波吸收腔2的外壁为金属层2b、内壁为塑料层2d,在金属层2b及塑料层2d之间充满微波吸收材料2c,将微波吸收腔2焊接或做成型材固定在炉腔1前面外侧;在炉门3上做一块与微波吸收腔2形成的凹槽大小一致的方形突台3a,其高度与凹槽的深度一致,这样,炉门3合上后,方形突台3a便陷入微波吸收腔2组成的凹槽内,并与炉腔1紧紧贴合。炉门与炉腔的连接可采用现有的铰链式方式或在炉门固定侧装门轴4。
微波炉工作时,炉门3合上,如图2所示,图中画出了微波吸收腔2的G形截面,箭头表示微波的方向,泄漏微波首先通过炉门3与炉腔1之间的缝隙,由于微波的直射性,微波将会直接由微波吸收腔2侧面的长条开口2a进入微波吸收腔2,并在其内反射穿过塑料层2d被内部的微波吸收材料2c完全吸收,而不会再转弯由炉门3与微波吸收腔2的缝隙泄漏到炉外。当微波炉长期使用后,由于磨损炉门3与炉腔1间的缝隙加大,而此时由于微波吸收腔2的长条开口2a有一定的宽度,缝隙加大后,泄漏微波还是会顺利进入微波吸收腔2被吸收,不会泄漏到炉外伤害使用者。

1.一种带微波吸收腔的新型微波炉,在炉腔(1)前面外侧放置微波吸收腔(2),在炉门(3)上做一块与微波吸收腔(2)形成的凹槽大小一致的方形突台(3a),其特征是:所述微波吸收腔(2)是一个四边形腔体,其截面为G字形,即在靠近炉腔(1)口的一个侧面上有长条开口(2a),微波吸收腔(2)的外壁为金属层(2b)、内壁为塑料层(2d),在金属层(2b)及塑料层(2d)之间充满微波吸收材料(2c),可将微波吸收腔(2)焊接或做成型材固定在炉腔(1)前面外侧;所述方形突台(3a)高度与微波吸收腔(2)组成的凹槽深度一致,炉门(3)合上后,方形突台(3a)便陷入凹槽内,并与炉腔(1)前面紧紧贴合,使泄漏微波通过炉门(3)与炉腔(1)间的缝隙后由长条开口(2a)直射入微波吸收腔(2)。
