Abstract

本发明涉及一种双极射频刀,是为了解决现有技术存在的易烫伤皮肤,以及使用不方便、治疗效果差等技术问题。所述电极腔内设有电极板B,模架上还设有注水口B,该注水口B与与一内导管相连通,且内导管与电极腔内的电极板B相连通,内导管外设有内绝缘涂层,外导管端部设有出水孔,内导管的端部和外导管通过极间绝缘管相连接,三棱针头固定在极间绝缘管上,内导管端部与三棱针头间设有导电片。本发明可将高频的电流强度只集中在目标区域内,使电场的热效率达到最高,从而可将肿瘤全部覆盖灭活,大大增加了肿瘤消融的范围,并根除了病患皮肤烫伤的危险,杜绝了病患因体质阻抗的大小而治疗效果不稳定的因素。

双极射频刀
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械,具体地说是一种用于人体肿瘤微创消融的双极射频刀。
背景技术
射频技术应用于临床已有几十年的历史,研究表明100KHz以上的高频电流对人体是绝对安全的且不会出现神经刺激,利用高频电流进行治疗通常情况下是无痛的。现有的单级射频伸缩刀包括一模架,以及与模架形成一体的一个注水口和一个管状电极、模架内还固定有一与管状电极及注水口相连通的导管,导管外表面涂有特氟龙绝缘层,导管的端部固定有一三棱针头,针头上开有出水孔。使用时将在影像引导下利用高频电流将可注水的针头经皮穿刺入肿瘤内,和粘在人体上的中性极板构成一个完整的回路,在肿瘤内部形成高强度的电离子震荡,从而使肿瘤细胞在高温下死亡。由于该种单极射频刀在使用时要在皮肤上粘贴一中性极板,而且中性极板要长时间作用于人体,同时会产生较大的热量,因此很容易烫伤皮肤。另外,现有的单极射频刀受其结构的影响产生热场的区域有限,在治疗较大的肿瘤时要用两根单极射频刀同时使用,因此需在人体上穿刺两次,而且两根单极射频刀使用时必须平行,否则产生的热场不均匀,达不到治疗的效果;另外,两根单极射频刀在人体一些狭窄部位无法同时使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术存在的中性极板易烫伤皮肤,以及两根单极射频刀同时使用时很不方便、治疗效果差等技术问题,而提供的一种可彻底根除皮肤烫伤危险、增大肿瘤消融范围的双极射频刀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明包括与模架一体的注水口A,电极腔,固定在模架上与注水口A、电极腔内电极板A相连通的外导管,以及三棱针头,其特征在于:所述电极腔内还设有电极板B,模架上还设有注水口B,该注水口B与一内导管相连通,且内导管与电极腔内的电极板B相连通,内导管外设有内绝缘涂层,外导管端部设有出水孔,内导管的端部和外导管通过极间绝缘管相连接,三棱针头固定在极间绝缘管上,内导管端部与三棱针头间设有导电片。
在本发明进一步的细节结构中,还具有以下技术特征:所述三棱针头通过连接管与极间绝缘管固定,连接管壁上开有针头出水孔。
在本发明进一步的细节结构中,还具有以下技术特征:所述内导管套装在外导管内。
在本发明进一步的细节结构中,还具有以下技术特征:所述内导管与外导管并排设置在模架内。
在本发明进一步的细节结构中,还具有以下技术特征:所述内导管与三棱针头之间设有贮水腔。
本发明具以下优点和积极效果:由于本发明采用了上述双极供电供水结构,可将高频的电流强度只集中在目标区域内,使电场的热效率达到最高,从而可将肿瘤全部覆盖灭活,大大增加了肿瘤消融的范围,并根除了病患皮肤烫伤的危险,杜绝了病患因体质阻抗的大小而治疗效果不稳定的因素。

具体实施方式
参见图1-图5,本发明双极射频刀包括与模架1一体的注水口A2,电极腔4,固定在模架1上与注水口A2、电极腔4内电极板A5相连通的外导管7,以及三棱针头17,电极腔4内还设有电极板B6,模架1上还设有注水口B3,该注水口B3与套装在外导管7内的内导管8相连通,且内导管8与电极腔4内的电极板B6相连通,内导管8外设有内绝缘涂层10,外导管7端部设有出水孔11,外导管7、内导管8通过极间绝缘管13相连接,三棱针头17通过连接管15与极间绝缘管13固定,连接管15管壁上开有针头出水孔12,内导管8与三棱针头17之间形成有贮水腔14,内导管8端部与三棱针头17间设有导电片16,因此外导管出水孔11与针头出水孔12之间可形成较大的电极区从而作用于肿瘤处。

1.一种双极射频刀,它包括与模架一体的注水口A,电极腔,固定在模架上与注水口A、电极腔内电极板A相连通的外导管,以及三棱针头,其特征在于:所述电极腔内还设有电极板B,模架上还设有注水口B,该注水口B与一内导管相连通,且内导管与电极腔内的电极板B相连通,内导管外设有内绝缘涂层,外导管端部设有出水孔,内导管的端部和外导管通过极间绝缘管相连接,三棱针头固定在极间绝缘管上,内导管端部与三棱针头间设有导电片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双极射频刀,其特征在于:所述三棱针头通过连接管与极间绝缘管固定,连接管壁上开有针头出水孔。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的双极射频刀,其特征在于:所述内导管套装在外导管内。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的双极射频刀,其特征在于:所述内导管与外导管并排设置在模架内。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的双极射频刀,其特征在于:所述内导管与三棱针头之间设有贮水腔。
