Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明提出一种人和动物相互沟通的装置和方法。在此种装置和方法中，动物得以自主地观察和玩弄该装置并获得奖品或喜爱品。该装置调整方便，从而能按照动物和装置互相配合的程度以选定的速率自动地将奖品或喜爱品分赏给动物。本发明因此适用于狗、猫和/或小哺乳动物。
背景技术
现有技术已经开发出各种与动物玩耍和教它们不同行为的装置，包括可咬玩具、塑料骨头、人造动物和FrisbeeTM装置。此外，人造老鼠、橡皮和塑料球、发出嘎嘎声的玩具、钟铃和里面填充了物质的东西，如用布和猫薄荷填充的球和袋，就是当前用的常见宠物玩具。
虽然猫、狗和其他宠物也通过拍打、推搡和带着到处跑的方式玩弄玩具，但大多数宠物似乎更喜欢活生生的、能自己运动而无须由宠物连续接触的玩具。不幸的是，对宠物主人来说，这类玩具一般都需要人力，即它们是人力操纵的，因而用起来会变得乏味和疲倦。这类玩具还有一个缺点，即宠物并不喜欢在宠物主人花时间操纵玩具的同时玩弄玩具。结果宠物玩具常常成为无用而被丢弃的东西。
因此，近来努力发展能自己运动的玩具或以喜爱品等赏给动物，促使它们产生连续不断的独立的兴趣的玩具。例如美国的名为“具有吸杯基座的娱乐装置和可互换宠物玩具”的专利No.5,148,769就公开了一种宠物玩具，它包括一根以其一端能拆下地安装在吸杯基座上的拱形弹簧线，吸杯基座基本上向上和向一侧延伸。线的自由端上悬挂一个可移走的玩具。基座靠吸力安装在可能是各种组合件的安装表面上，并可以拆下。
名为“悬垂宠物玩具”的No.5,505,161美国专利也引人注意，它公开了一种类似里面填充材料的老鼠的玩具，用一根弹性细线挂在地板上方的弹性卡子上。卡子适于夹住墙或门框的对边，以便将玩具挂在半空中。
现有技术中有关狗喜爱品装置研究的其他美国专利包括名为“一次性动物喜爱品袋”的No.5,499,403美国专利。这一专利发明了一种临时附着在人们外衣上的用完后即可丢弃的口袋，用以接纳和保存一件动物喜爱品。该口袋据说包含前片和后片，其间用防漏的接缝连接起来。该口袋亦被说成是用防油脂材料制造的。后片有对压力敏感的粘接剂，且其背面上有一层使用前保护粘接剂的可以剥离的膜。
同样值得一提的是名为“动物相互沟通方法”的No.5,799,616美国专利。该专利提出一个人和动物相互沟通的方法：人将一块上面至少装有一样可拆去的东西的板丢出去，让动物为人捡回，由人将东西从板上拆下给动物。
此外，在这类现有技术中，要注意一种由Ethical Products，Inc.公司制造，商品名为“Roll-A-Treat”的产品。该产品被说成是狗的一种喜爱品和训练球。具体言，一个不透明的塑料球内放有喜爱品或食品，并有一个像迷宫那样工作的分发机构，狗的喜爱品(其形状必须适于在迷宫内活动)从一个简单的圆孔中掉出来。
发明内容
因此，有必要进一步改进宠物玩具的设计，使其既能自动地分发任何希望形状的喜爱品并允许宠物和宠物的主人能更容易看到内部装的东西，又适于不同的动物，包括狗、猫和小哺乳动物。此外，这种装置的外表面有必要用经得起动物啃咬的耐用材料制造，而喜爱品分发机构更简单、更有效且不易被卡住和/或将一个简单的孔口结构堵住。综上所述，人们需要一种改进的宠物玩具，它是自己活动的，用不着宠物主人经常不断地驱动或在场，这种玩具是建立在一个有效而简单化了的自我调整机械式分发系统基础上的。
根据本发明，提供了一种自我调整分发选定数量、尺寸和形状的宠物喜爱品的宠物玩具娱乐装置，包括：一个或多个宠物喜爱品；一个装有上述选定尺寸和形状的一个或多个宠物喜爱品的内壳体，该壳体含有一个或多个用以分发上述一个或多个喜爱品的孔口；一个容纳上述内壳体的外壳体，上述内壳体在上述外壳体内是活动的，上述外壳体含有一个或多个用以分发上述一个或多个喜爱品的孔口；上述内和外壳体上的上述一个或多个孔口的数量、尺寸和/或形状随着上述喜爱品的数量、尺寸和/或形状变化而变化，以便当上述装置被宠物运动时，上述装置能自我调整对宠物的上述一个或多个宠物喜爱品的分发。

具体实施方式
参看图1，优选实施例中，本发明包括一个具有孔口12的外壳体10，孔口的数量、尺寸和几何形状是变化的。更具体地说，孔口12是多边形的，最好包括矩形、正方形、梯形、椭圆形和/或圆形的典型几何特征。此外，外壳体10最好由两部分组成，它们在14处可分开的互相啮合，从而使这两部分可以按照本发明的特征用螺纹连接起来使用。
图2表示优选采用的内壳体结构16，它也最好做成两部分，并沿线18可分开的啮合。内壳体16除含有不同形状和尺寸的宠物喜爱品外，还有一个或多个用以分发上述喜爱品的孔口20。如优选实施例所示，孔口20呈一般的狗骨头喜爱品形状，当然亦可设计成其他的喜爱品形状。内壳体16也呈普通形状的球，在它的周围分布着多个这样的孔口。此外，内壳体16可以根据意愿包含其他装饰的或结构型表面特征22，图中表现为火山口形状。在此情况下，表面特征22可以根据意愿包括筋肋或其他形式的模制的凹槽和凸起，以便加强内球体结构的强度。
按照本发明，不同的材料均已被发现适于制造外壳体10和内壳体16。这方面，热塑性和热固性塑料固然适用，弹性体材料也同样适用。在一个特别的优选实施例中，外壳体10用一种耐动物啃咬的坚固材料制造，当然也要做得比内壳体厚一些。内壳体16最好用半透明或透明材料制造，这样方能在使用时让使用者和宠物均能看到内壳体16内的喜爱品。在这方面，可从下列型式的聚合树脂中选用半透明或透明的热塑性、热固性或弹性体材料：聚苯乙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(有机玻璃)、聚丙烯酸酯、聚砜、聚(醚酰亚胺)、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烷、聚乙烯、聚乙烯共聚物、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物、聚酰胺(尼龙)、硅聚合物、聚氨酯和/或环氧树脂。
此外，外和/或内壳体10和16也可以优选用金属材料制造，外壳体10的尺寸仍然要做得比内壳体16的大，同时外壳体的尺寸应能允许小的哺乳动物进入其内。这时，小动物便能进入和通过外壳体10，使内壳体16运动，从而获得一个喜爱品的奖赏。在这种情况下，不管外壳体还是内壳体都希望用金属材料制造，这是因为小哺乳动物喜欢啃咬，而金属壳体能免除这个问题。
其次，注意图3所示以装配形式出现的本发明的动物喜爱品分发玩具。此处，外壳体10仍然是一个包容内壳体16的优选的球形。由于内壳体内装有狗骨头形状的宠物喜爱品，在玩具滚动时，这些狗骨头最终将会从内壳体上的孔口20中跑出来，并且在通过孔口12离开玩具时，自动地分配给动物。这样一来，动物自己将变成本发明玩具的主动玩弄者，而分给的喜爱品将促使动物为了再得到奖品而继续使球运动。
除此以外，通过对图3的观察，可以了解到虽然所示内壳体上的孔口20呈狗骨头形状，但是其他型式的孔口也极易安排。此外，和现有技术更复杂的结构相反，只要按照外壳体10上孔口的尺寸、形状和数量选定好孔口20的尺寸和/或形状以及调整好孔口20的数量，就极易使本发明的装置能自我调整将宠物喜爱品分发给宠物。最后，下述思路值得重视：在内壳体中装入宠物喜爱的食物，然后以选定的速率为上述宠物的互相沟通有选择地向宠物发放报酬。还有，内壳体中可以装入铃或其他类似的发声装置，当宠物使其运动时，铃或发声装置便能发出响声。
Claims (9)
1.一种自我调整分发选定数量、尺寸和形状的宠物喜爱品的宠物玩具娱乐装置，包括：
一个或多个宠物喜爱品；
一个装有上述选定尺寸和形状的一个或多个宠物喜爱品的内壳体(16)，该壳体含有一个或多个用以分发上述一个或多个喜爱品的孔口(20，22)；
一个容纳上述内壳体的外壳体(10)，上述内壳体在上述外壳体内是活动的，上述外壳体含有一个或多个用以分发上述一个或多个喜爱品的孔口(12)；
上述内和外壳体上的上述一个或多个孔口的数量、尺寸和/或形状随着上述喜爱品的数量、尺寸和/或形状变化而变化，以便当上述装置被宠物运动时，上述装置能自我调整对宠物的上述一个或多个宠物喜爱品的分发。
2.根据权利要求1所述的宠物玩具娱乐装置，其特征在于，上述内壳体上的上述一个或多个孔口(20，22)在孔口面积尺寸上比上述外壳体上的上述一个或多个孔口(12)相对小一些。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的宠物玩具娱乐装置，其特征在于，上述外壳体上的上述一个或多个孔口(12)具有矩形、正方形、梯形、锥形、多边形、椭圆形和/或圆形的典型几何形状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的宠物玩具娱乐装置，其特征在于，上述内壳体(16)是半透明的或透明的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的宠物玩具娱乐装置，其特征在于，上述内和外壳体(16，10)每个都包括两部分，这两部分在某处(14，18)可分开地接合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的宠物玩具娱乐装置，其特征在于，上述内和外壳体(16，10)用热塑性、热固性或弹性体材料制造。

8.根据权利要求1所述的宠物玩具娱乐装置，其特征在于，内壳体(16)呈球状，上述外壳体(10)亦呈球状，内壳体能够在上述外壳体内自由地运动和转动。
9.根据权利要求1所述的宠物玩具娱乐装置，其特征在于，上述内壳体(16)还含有宠物食物喜爱品。
