Abstract

本发明涉及一种高压大流量气阀,包括动作操纵机构和阀体,动作操纵机构设置装配在阀体的一端,阀体内设有纵向的通孔,通孔内装配有阀杆,阀杆的两端安装有密封活塞,动作操纵机构的操纵杆传动配装在同侧密封活塞的外端头处,在通孔的中部孔壁及对应位置处的阀杆上安装有左右两套密封副,在一侧活塞和同侧密封副之间的通孔壁上连通有进气口,在左右两套密封副之间的通孔壁上连通有出气口,在阀体另一端的阀杆密封活塞的外端头上安装有复位弹簧,所述的进气口侧密封活塞的密封面的密封面积大于同侧密封副的密封面积,从而在输入高压气体时产生向外的压力,在保证流量要求的条件下,使气体压力成为主要的密封力,弹簧力为辅助压力和复位压力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种气阀,尤其涉及一种高压大流量气阀。
背景技术
目前,高压大流量类电磁气阀一般体积较大,而且这类电磁气阀的特点是完全依靠弹簧力密封,因此弹簧较粗,要求刚度大,这样虽然能满足密封力要求,但弹簧疲劳极限较低,反复使用后弹簧易疲劳,会造成电磁阀不能正常工作,影响电磁阀寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高压大流量气阀,在保证工作压力和流量的情况下,尽量减小气阀的体积,并改进密封方式,提高气阀使用的可靠性。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种高压大流量气阀,包括动作操纵机构和阀体,动作操纵机构设置装配在阀体的一端,阀体内设有纵向的通孔,通孔内装配有阀杆,阀杆的两端安装有密封活塞,动作操纵机构的操纵杆传动配装在同侧密封活塞的外端头处,在通孔的中部孔壁及对应位置处的阀杆上安装有左右两套密封付,在一侧活塞和同侧密封付之间的通孔壁上连通有进气口,在左右两套密封付之间的通孔壁上连通有出气口,在阀体另一端的阀杆密封活塞的外端头上安装有复位弹簧,所述的进气口侧密封活塞的密封面的密封面积大于同侧密封付的密封面积。
所述的左右两套密封付分别由环状密封阀座以及其对应的锥面构成,左右环状密封阀座分别左右相对安装在通孔壁上,与左右环状密封阀座对应配合的两锥面均为中间扩外端收的锥面。
在另一侧活塞及其同侧密封付之间的通孔壁上连通有排气孔。
阀杆的两端安装的密封活塞的密封面的密封面积相等。
所述的动作操纵机构为电磁铁动作操纵机构。
由于本发明的进气口侧密封活塞的密封面的密封面积大于同侧密封付的密封面积,从而在输入高压气体时产生向外的压力,在保证流量要求的条件下,使气体压力成为主要的密封力,弹簧力为辅助压力和复位压力。这样弹簧设计就可以通过改变旋绕比来降低弹簧刚度,提高弹簧的疲劳强度,同时提高电磁阀寿命和稳定使用情况。本阀结构紧凑,与国内同类电磁阀比较,体积可减小三分之一。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,该实施方式为一种高压大流量电磁阀,该电磁阀包括电磁铁动作操纵机构1和阀体5,电磁铁动作操纵机构1设置装配在阀体5的一端,阀体5内设有纵向的通孔,通孔内装配有阀杆4,阀杆4的两端安装有密封活塞10,电磁铁动作操纵机构1的操纵杆2(此例为顶杆2)传动配装(此例为顶装)在同侧密封活塞10的外端头处,在通孔的中部孔壁及对应位置处的阀杆上安装有左右两套密封付,在一侧(此例中在电磁铁动作操纵机构1侧)活塞10和同侧密封付之间的通孔壁上连通有进气口8,在左右两套密封付之间的通孔壁上连通有出气口9,在阀体另一端的阀杆密封活塞7的外端头上安装有复位弹簧6,进气口8侧密封活塞10的密封面的密封面积大于同侧密封付的密封面积。左右两套密封付分别由环状密封阀座3、7以及其对应的锥面构成,左右环状密封阀座3、7分别左右相对安装在通孔壁上,与左右环状密封阀座3、7对应配合的两锥面均为中间扩外端收的锥面。在另一侧活塞10及其同侧密封付之间的通孔壁上连通有排气孔11。阀杆4的两端安装的密封活塞10的密封面的密封面积相等。
工作时,电磁气阀进气口8输入高压气体,在未通电情况下,在弹簧力和气压力P作用下阀杆4锥面紧压阀座3将气流隔断,出气口9和排气口11无气流通过。当电磁铁动作操纵机构1通电产生电磁力,通过顶杆2推动阀杆4向右运动,打开密封面,气流经进气口8由出气口9排出;同时阀杆4右锥面压紧在右侧阀座7上,将排气口1 1和进气口8间的气流隔断。当电磁阀动作操纵机构1断电,电磁力消失,阀杆4在气压力P和弹簧6的推动下向左移动并与左侧阀座3紧密结合,通过密封面将气流隔断,出气口9残余气体由排气口11排出。

Claims (5)

1、一种高压大流量气阀,包括动作操纵机构和阀体,其特征在于:动作操纵机构设置装配在阀体的一端,阀体内设有纵向的通孔,通孔内装配有阀杆,阀杆的两端安装有密封活塞,动作操纵机构的操纵杆传动配装在同侧密封活塞的外端头处,在通孔的中部孔壁及对应位置处的阀杆上安装有左右两套密封付,在一侧活塞和同侧密封付之间的通孔壁上连通有进气口,在左右两套密封付之间的通孔壁上连通有出气口,在阀体另一端的阀杆密封活塞的外端头上安装有复位弹簧,所述的进气口侧密封活塞的密封面的密封面积大于同侧密封付的密封面积。
2、根据权利要求1所述的高压大流量气阀,其特征在于:所述的左右两套密封付分别由环状密封阀座以及其对应的锥面构成,左右环状密封阀座分别左右相对安装在通孔壁上,与左右环状密封阀座对应配合的两锥面均为中间扩外端收的锥面。
3、根据权利要求2所述的高压大流量气阀,其特征在于:在另一侧活塞及其同侧密封付之间的通孔壁上连通有排气孔。
4、根据权利要求3所述的高压大流量气阀,其特征在于:阀杆的两端安装的密封活塞的密封面的密封面积相等。
5、根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的高压大流量气阀,其特征在于:所述的动作操纵机构为电磁铁动作操纵机构。
