本发明提供了一种逆变焊机用实现焊机空载、轻载时软开关装置。该方案主要包括由大功率绝缘栅双极型晶体管Q1、Q3为超前臂,大功率绝缘栅双极型晶体管Q2、Q4为滞后臂,电容C1、C3为超前臂并联电容,电容C2、C4为滞后臂并联电容组成的全桥移相谐振式电路,全桥移相谐振式电路通过高频变压器T初级线圈N1输出,高频变压器T次级输出线圈N2输出逆变电源,本方案的特点是在高频变压器T的次级还有一个次级辅助线圈N3,辅助线圈N3连接一个换流电感L。所述的换流电感L是在U型铁氧体铁芯上用导线缠绕14-21匝。所述的次级辅助线圈N3的匝数与次级输出线圈N2的匝数相同。

所属技术领域:
本发明涉及的是一种工业上用于焊接的焊机,尤其是一种逆变焊机用实现焊机空载、轻载时软开关装置。
背景技术:
目前,软开关弧焊逆变器多采用全桥逆变电路,而控制方式则采用脉宽调制方式(PWM),在现有技术的零电压开关脉宽调制方式(ZVS-PWM)中,两桥臂均实现零电压开关,但滞后桥臂零电压条件是受负载和输入电压极大的影响,当负载在空载或轻载时,就将失去零电压开关的条件,出现环流能量大、占空比丢失等问题,使得开关损耗和开关噪声加大,这是现有技术所存在的不足之处。
发明内容:
本发明的目的,就是针对现有技术所存在的不足,而提供一种逆变焊机用实现焊机空载、轻载时软开关装置技术方案,该方案采用在高频变压器T的次级加装次级辅助线圈N3和换流电感L的方法,改善焊机负载在空载或轻载时,保持零电压开关的条件,不增加开关损耗和开关噪声。
本方案是通过如下技术措施来实现的。主要包括由大功率绝缘栅双极型晶体管Q1、Q3为超前臂,大功率绝缘栅双极型晶体管Q2、Q4为滞后臂,电容C1、C3为超前臂并联电容,电容C2、C4为滞后臂并联电容组成的全桥移相谐振式电路,全桥移相谐振式电路通过高频变压器T初级线圈N1输出,高频变压器T次级输出线圈N2输出逆变电源,本方案的特点是在高频变压器T的次级还有一个次级辅助线圈N3,辅助线圈N3连接一个换流电感L。本方案具体特点还有,所述的换流电感L是在U型铁氧体铁芯上用导线缠绕14-21匝。所述的次级辅助线圈N3的匝数与次级输出线圈N2的匝数相同。
本方案的有益效果可根据对上述方案的叙述得知,由于该方案中在高频变压器T的次级还有一个次级辅助线圈N3,辅助线圈N3连接一个换流电感L。这一结构,当逆变器负载在空载或轻载时,通过高频变压器次级辅助线圈N3上的换流电感L,使谐振回路引入适当的环流,实现了零电压开关的条件,并不增加开关损耗和开关噪声。这个环流当逆变器有负载时,还起到斜坡补偿的作用,这又有利于系统的稳定工作。由此可见,本发明与现有技术相比,具有突出的实质性特点和显著的进步,其实施效果也是显而易见的。

为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点,下面通过一个具体实施方式对本方案加以说明。
通过附图可以看出,本方案的逆变焊机用实现焊机空载、轻载时软开关装置,主要包括由大功率绝缘栅双极型晶体管Q1、Q3为超前臂,大功率绝缘栅双极型晶体管Q2、Q4为滞后臂,电容C1、C3为超前臂并联电容,电容C2、C4为滞后臂并联电容组成的全桥移相谐振式电路,全桥移相谐振式电路通过高频变压器T初级线圈N1输出,高频变压器T次级输出线圈N2输出逆变电源,本方案是在高频变压器T的次级还有一个次级辅助线圈N3,次级辅助线圈N3的匝数与次级输出线圈N2的匝数相同。在辅助线圈N3两端连接一个换流电感L。所述的换流电感L是在U型铁氧体铁芯上用导线缠绕14-21匝,具体匝数要根据负载输出电流的大小而定。

1.一种逆变焊机用实现焊机空载、轻载时软开关装置,主要包括由大功率绝缘栅双极型晶体管Q1、Q3为超前臂,大功率绝缘栅双极型晶体管Q2、Q4为滞后臂,电容C1、C3为超前臂并联电容,电容C2、C4为滞后臂并联电容组成的全桥移相谐振式电路,全桥移相谐振式电路通过高频变压器T初级线圈N1输出,高频变压器T次级输出线圈N2输出逆变电源,其特征是:在高频变压器T的次级还有一个次级辅助线圈N3,辅助线圈N3连接一个换流电感L。
2.根据权利要求1所述的软开关装置,其特征是:所述的换流电感L是在U型铁氧体铁芯上用导线缠绕14-21匝。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的软开关装置,其特征是:所述的次级辅助线圈N3的匝数与次级输出线圈N2的匝数相同。
